Abstract

ABSTRACTThe island of Bali itself is famous for its tourist spots, and one of the places visited by foreign and domestic tourists is Denpasar City, Denpasar City is the Capital City as well as the center of life in Bali. Homeless and beggars appear in big cities in Indonesia and Denpasar City is one of them. And cause discomfort for tourists who want to travel on the island of Bali, especially in the city of Denpasar. The discussion is about the regulation regarding the handling of homeless people and beggars in increasing tourism, the effectiveness of the implementation of Denpasar Mayor Regulation Number 20 of 2016 concerning the Integrated Handling of Homeless and Beggars. This research is a juridical research. The results obtained are according to data obtained from the Denpasar City Social Service that the Mayor's Regulation has been effective, but empirically the application of the Mayor's Regulation is not optimal or effective, in fact there are still homeless and beggars who are active in tourist attractions and crossroads. Keywords: Denpasar City, application, homeless and beggars, tourism ABSTRAKPulau Bali sendiri terkenal dengan tempat-temat wisatanya, dan salah satu tempat yang dikunjungi oleh wisatawan luar ataupun dalam negeri adalah Kota Denpasar, Kota Denpasar adalah Ibu Kota Sekaligus Pusat kehidupan di Bali. Gelandangan dan pengemis muncul di kota-kota besar di Indonesia dan Kota Denpasar menjadi salah satunya. Dan mengakibatkan ketidak nyamanan wisatawan yang ingin berwisata di Pulau Bali, khususnya di Kota Denpasar. Pembahasannya tentang pengaturan tentang penanganan gelandangan dan pengemis dalam peningkatan pariwisata, efektifitas penerapan Peraturan Walikota Denpasar Nomor 20 Tahun 2016 tentang Penangan Terpadu Gelandangan dan Pengemis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis. Hasil yang didapat yaitu menurut data yang diperoleh dari Dinas Sosial Kota Denpasar bahwa Peraturan Walikota sudah efektif, namun secara empiris Penerapan Peraturan Walikota tersebut kurang maksimal atau efektif, nyatanya masih ada gelandangan dan pengemis berktivitas di tempat- tempat wisata dan persimpangan jalan.Kata kunci : Kota Denpasar, penerapan, gelandangan dan pengemis, pariwisata

Abstract

Feminism as a social movement and thought has fought for gender equality and women's freedom in various parts of the world. In Indonesia, the feminist movement emerged as a response to the dominant patriarchal social structure and culture that limits women's roles in society. This article aims to examine the role of feminism in fighting for women's freedom in Indonesia through a philosophical study. Using the literature review method, this article explores the views of Indonesian and international feminist thinkers on women's freedom and how the philosophy of feminism is applied in the context of Indonesian culture. Based on this analysis, Indonesian feminism can be understood not only as a social movement, but also as a philosophical foundation that changes the understanding of the role and rights of women in Indonesian society.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the teacher’s strategies in stimulating the creativity of children aged 5-6 years through recycling activities at PA UD Al-Hikmah, Tanara District. Creativity in early childhood is an essential aspect that should be developed from an early age, encompassing the ability to take initiative, process materials, and produce original works. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The subjects consisted of teachers and Group B children. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis involved data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that teachers implemented learning strategies based on play, experimentation, and projects. Through these activities, children were encouraged to explore various recyclable materials such as cardboard, plastic bottles, and used paper. These strategies effectively enhanced children’s creativity indicators, namely the emergence of initiative, skills in processing materials into functional products, and the ability to create unique and aesthetic works. Supporting factors included the availability of recyclable materials, active teacher involvement, and the supportive school environment. This study recommends the continuous use of recycling activities as an effective medium to stimulate creativity in early childhood
