Abstract

Abtract This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of Profitability (ROE), Growth Opportunity and Liquidity (CR) on Capital Structure during the Covid-19 pandemic. The population used in this study were tekstil and garment industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2020 period. The sample used in this study was a purposive sampling technique. Companies included in the criteria for this study consisted of 11 companies during the study period of 1 year. The data collection method used in this research is the documentation of the financial statements of tekstil and garment industry companies which are listed on the IDX. The analysis used is multiple linear regression by testing the hypothesis using the f test and t test. The results showed that the simultaneous test on the Profitability (ROE), Growth Opportunity, and Liquidity (CR) variables had a simultaneous effect on the capital structure (DER). Whereas in the t test the Profitability (ROE) and liquidity (CR) variables had a significant effect on the capital structure (DER), while the Growth Opportunity variable had no significant effect on the Capital Structure (DER). Keywords : Profitabilitas, Growth Opportunity, and Likuiditas

Abstract

Karakter peduli lingkungan merupakan salah satu karakter yang harus di bentuk oleh stakeholder pendidikan kepada peserta didik. Peduli lingkungan merupakan sikap dan tindakan seseorang yang mencerminkan bahwasanya dirinya terus mengupayakan agar lingkungannya tetap terjaga yaitu dengan mencegah kerusakan lingkungan serta berusaha untuk memperbaiki kerusakan-kerusakan alam yang sudah terjadi. Salah satu program yang dapat membentuk karakter peduli lingkungan yaitu dengan adanya layanan program ekstrakurikuler pramuka. Melalui kegiatan pramuka, siswa tidak hanya dapat mengasah jiwa kepemimpinan, tolong menolong dan kedisiplinan saja melainkan juga dapat meningkatkan jiwa kepeduliannya terhadap lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber datanya terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru pembina pramuka dan juga siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, strategi pembentukan karakter peduli lingkungan melalui layanan program ekstrakulikuler pramuka SMA Negeri 2 Pamekasan yaitu dengan melakukan pembiasaan-pembiasaan yang berhubungan dengan peduli lingkungan kepada siswa, menempelkan media poster peduli lingkungan di sekitar lingkungan sekolah, memberikan himbauan serta bekerjasama dengan pihak luar; kedua, faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya, faktor pendukungnya: kegiatan Pramuka di SMA Negeri 2 Pamekasan yang bersifat wajib sehingga dapat secara terus menerus dalam mengajarkan peduli lingkungan kepada siswa. Sementara untuk faktor penghambatnya yaitu dari latar belakang peserta didik yang berbeda-beda, artinya ada peserta didik yang memang sudah memiliki dasar karakter peduli lingkungan namun juga ada peserta didik yang kurang memiliki dasar karakter peduli lingkungan

Abstract

The style or way of leading a principal is something that greatly influences the success of improving teacher performance. Through a good leadership style according to the capacity of the principal, all elements managed will be able to achieve targets according to their main tasks and functions, even the leadership style becomes a picture of the success of efforts to advance educational institutions. One of them is teacher motivation which is a pillar of high work ethic, professionalism, and even increasing self-value as an educator. This article will discuss in more depth the concept and types of leadership styles, so that anyone can choose the leadership style to become a personality in carrying out responsibilities. In the context of Islamic education, the application of a leadership style that is in accordance with Islamic values ​​such as justice, protection, and participation can increase teacher motivation to give their best in the learning process. This study examines various leadership styles that are commonly applied such as transformational, democratic, and authoritarian leadership, and their influence on teacher intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Therefore, it is important for a leader of an Islamic educational institution to apply a leadership style that encourages teacher professional development, builds harmonious relationships and creates a positive work environment.
