Abstract

The use of teacher strategies, especially in the Quran Hadith course in MIN1 Malang, was effective and enjoyable for the students. The focus of the study is on planning, implementing and assessing teacher strategies to motivate students studying in the Quran Hadith courses in MIN 1 Malang City. To achieve this goal, researchers use a qualitative approach in interviews and types of research that generate data from documents when collecting data to provide a summary or presentation format for research reports. .. Researchers found research results from plans, such as the existence of a curriculum, learning of implementation plans, and learning of the media. Implementations include preparatory activities, core activities with a scientific approach, and final activities. Assessments include cognitive, emotional, and  psychomotor aspects.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1. How the implementation of islamic religious education learning based on reward and punishment to increase student motivation in Islamic High School Al Hikmah Tajinan 2. The result of the implementation of islamic religious education learning based on reward and punishment to increase student motivation in Islamic High School Al Hikmah Tajinan.  The research method that used in this research is Classroom Action Research(CAR). In collecting data, Researchers used qualitative research method, namely conducting observations, documentations, and tests. The results of the research show that The implementation of reward and punishment at SMA Islam Al-Hikmah Tajinan carried out by  Teachers and researchers. They give the reward to the students who get the high score, the reward is in the form of verbal and non verbal praise. While for the punishment, they give preventive and repressive punishment. This research is expected to be useful for teachers and parents to be more enthusiastic about motivating students to be more active in learning.

Abstract

In shaping the personality of morality in students, interaction between Islamic religious education teachers and students is needed so that teachers can know student behavior and make it easier for teachers to form morality in students. With this, Islamic religious education teachers carry out several patterns of interaction such as providing motivation and habituation to students, by reading the Qur'an just before the lesson begins, training and providing understanding to students about the importance of a religion, directing students to behave. good in speaking words and attitudes), Familiarize students to follow religious activities at school, By being a good role model.
