Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the quality of Arabic learning for Madin teachers so that students are more motivated and active in the learning process. The form of implementing community service is in the form of training and mentoring in the use of Arabic language learning methods and strategies so that the learning process is more active and varied and not boring. The implementation of this community service uses the PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) method, by prioritizing the participation of madin teachers in improving the quality of Arabic learning and providing ongoing assistance. The results of community service activities include: (1) Strengthening Arabic learning strategies based on innovative, creative Arabic learning methodologies through socialization and training; (2) Mentoring that is carried out intensively every two months of learning Arabic has produced results, as evidenced by the enthusiasm of the students increasing during the learning process; (3). Abstract

Era revolusi 4.0 menjadi era yang digadang-gadangkan menjadi era keberhasilan pada sejarah manusia. Era tersebut menuntut manusia harus mampu bersikap seimbang dalam menyikapi perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, kemampuan santri dalam spiritualitas dan inteklektualitas merupakan suatu keharusan yang wajib miliki oleh santri milenial, apabila keduanya seimbang maka santri tidak akan teromabang ambing oleh perubahan zaman yang begitu cepat. Pembelajaran Enjoyable learning merupakan langkah awal untuk merubah mindset santri dalam memahami agama dari mindset tradisional menjadi mindset intelektual religius yang mampu menghadapi segala kemungkinan perubahan zaman. Dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini pengabdi menggunakan metode  Parti­cipatory Action and Learning System (PALS). Metode ini merupakan salah satu metode pemberdayaan sasaran yang merupakan ba­gian dari PLA (Participatory Learning and Action). Dengan metode ini, maka masyarakat sasaran (pesantren) diperlakukan sebagai subjek sekaligus objek dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat, Sasaran pengabdian ini adalah pondok pesantren Miftahul Ulum Annur yang berada di Desa Majangtengah Kecamatan dampit Kabupaten Malang. Hasilnya adalah mengadakan  sarasehan pada santriwan dan santriwati tentang model pembelajaran yang menyenangkan (Enjoyable Learning)  oleh pemateri secara khusus dengan menyajikan materi-materi yang mengandung unsur motivasi agar santri siap menghadapi era revolusi 4.0 yang mengharuskan terpondasikan jiwa spiritual yang kuat dan seimbang dengan in telektual yang sangat mumpuni.

Abstract

Dalam setiap lingkungan  desa dapat dipastikan terdapat lahan kosong yang sering diabaikan oleh masyarakat dengan dibiarkan tanpa adanya tanaman ,  dalam pelaksanna  kegiatan KKN Tematik yang dilaksanakan Universitas Islam Malang, di desa Majangtengah kecamatan Dampit, pengabdi atau dosen pembimbing masayarakat bersama mahasiswa perserta KKN  kelompok 65 membuat program kerja penunjang “ Penanaman bunga lahan kosong di pinggir jalan raya” untuk memperindah desa Majangtengah,  pemanfaatan lahan kosong ini bertujuan untuk memperindah desa juga untuk menguatkan struktur tanah yang banyak memiliki kemiringan dan kalau dibiarkan dikawatirkan akan terjadi longsor, Dari berbagai survei yang dilakukan pengabdi  terdapat sangat minimnya  tanaman bunga yang memperindah tampilan jalan-jalan desa. Selain untuk memperindah, tanaman bunga juga bermanfaat untuk mecegah longsor atau pengikisan tanah ketika musim hujan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Parti­cipatory Action Metode ini merupakan salah satu metode pemberdayaan sasaran, dengan metode ini, maka masyarakat sasaran diperlakukan sebagai subjek sekaligus objek dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat, hasilnya adalah penanaman bunga bersama masyarakat di sudut-sudut yang memiliki lahan kosong yang sangat strategis untuk di tanami bunga untuk mempercantik penampilan desa dan menguatkan struktur tanah yang miring. Dan ke depan diharapkan juga dengan penanaman bunga ini akan menjadi modal masyarakat desa Majangtengah untuk membuat tempat yang khusus untuk mengembangkan bibit bunga untuk diperjual belikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang intensitas kasus cerai gugat, penyebab terjadinya perceraian, dan upaya yang dilakukan hakim Pengadilan Agama Bangil dalam meminimalisir tingginya kasus perceraian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pandemi Covid-19 dapat mempengaruhi perceraian yang berasal dari kasus cerai gugat dan terjadi kenaikan dari sebelum pandemi Covid-19. Penyebab terjadinya perceraian di masa pandemi Covid-19 dikarenakan beberapa faktor, salah satu faktor yang paling banyak adalah faktor ekonomi. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan oleh hakim Pengadilan Agama Bangil dalam meminimalisir tingginya kasus perceraian adalah dengan jalan mediasi.

Abstract

HOTS-based Arabic learning in the Covid-19 pandemic era experienced complex problems because the learning process carried out online had an impact on the implementation of HOTS which was not optimal. This research encourages the disclosure of the challenges faced by teachers when implementing HOTS in learning Arabic in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research used a qualitative approach with the case study method in Islamic senior high school (MAN) 3 Padang Panjang West Sumatera, Indonesia. Collecting data was through an in-depth review of observations, interviews, and documents. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique was based on Miles and Huberman's theory by reducing data, presenting data, and concluding field findings. The data obtained were validated with data triangulation techniques and data sources. This study shows that the challenges faced by teachers stem from three main factors, namely; a) from the students' lack of Arabic language skills and uneven internet connection problems in the areas where students live; b) from the teachers' low understanding of the HOTS concept and its application in learning Arabic and; c) from school rules that have not set HOTS standards as a reference in learning. The test of the effectiveness of the application of HOTS skills in Arabic learning needs to be done through an online learning system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the contextual teaching learning (CTL) method through zoom in improving Arabic speaking skills during Covid-19. This type of research is quantitative research with an experimental approach using a series of research the one-group pretest-posttest design. The object of this research was the 3rd-semester students of Islamic Education at the State Islamic Institute Kerinci. The research technique was carried out using tests and observations. The results showed that the significance value of 0.000 <probability 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Also, there is a significant difference in the mean learning outcomes between the pretest and posttest with the mean paired differences of -18,500. These results indicate the average learning outcomes between pretest and posttest 59.56 - 78.06 = -18,500 and the difference between these differences is between -20,618 to -16,382. From these results, it was explained that the contextual teaching learning (CTL) method through zoom was effective in improving the Arabic speaking skills of 3rd-semester students of Islamic Education at the State Islamic Institute Kerinci.

Abstract

Arabic learners often encounter obstacles in the form of interference from their mother tongue or the first language they master. This is one of the consequences of using the mother tongue too often in daily conversation and is included as one of the language errors. This study aims to (1) determine the process of language interference in Arabic against students in the Arabic language learning center area at the Al-Qodiri Islamic Boarding School Jember, (2) find out the types of language interference. This research uses descriptive qualitative research to get the results the researcher wants. The results of this study indicate that there are 3 types of language interference, namely: arrangement interference, morphological interference (prefix-infic-suffix) and syntactic interference (grammatical).

Abstract

The study aims to identify the role of Islamic education in developing moral values among students of the Department of Arabic Language Education at the Indonesian Islamic University of Malang. To achieve this study, the researcher designed a tool to measure the role of Islamic education in promoting moral values for university students who must have the qualities of honesty, constancy, self-confidence, and honesty. and mastering their religious knowledge to enhance their moral values. The reality of Islamic education at the Indonesian Islamic University of Malang may significantly affect the formation of moral behavior among students, especially in the Arabic language teaching department, and in terms of objectives, it has certain characteristics, which is to train students to understand Islamic religious sciences on the approach of the Sunnis and the renaissance group, and to train them with characteristics Tolerance, balance, justice, and these qualities are a mission of the Nahdlatul Ulama Society, which is the largest Islamic society in Indonesia. The study recommended the development of a strategic plan that enables the Ministry, educational institutions and designated associations to develop the Islamic education curriculum in such a way that it adopts their Islamic religious knowledge and avoids students from the characteristics of religious extremism, inculcates moral values and strengthens them using organized religious educational methods and educates them in good behavior during their studies at the university. And addressing wrong behaviors according to their importance. Key words: The role of Islamic education, development of moral values, Students of the Department of Arabic Language Teaching.

Abstract

The role of career women in the world of work professions. Generally, careers are run by women outside the home. So that career women include those who take part in the public sector. But in the case of career women at the Bahrul 'Ulum Al-islamy Islamic Boarding School, Perhentian Raja District, Kampar Regency, they work only in the cottage environment. A career woman who has an obligation to manage the household as well as possible, always serves her husband and helps her husband to work together to find economic needs so that the mandatory role of a housewife as well as being a career woman can fulfill the requirements that women may work according to legal theory. Islam Buya Yahya.The formulation of the problem in this study are: (1) What are the rights and obligations of the wife who becomes a career woman from the perspective of Islamic law and positive law? (2) What is the perspective of Islamic law and positive law on the dual role of a wife who becomes a career woman? This research is in the form of a sociological approach or empirical legal research. The researcher uses the method in this thesis using a qualitative analysis approach which is intended to examine the final results of in-depth interviews (deep interviews), then analyze the final results of the data obtained in order to conclude the research conclusions. This approach is intended for the views of the ustadzah who at the same time has a structural position within the Bahrul 'Ulum Al-Islamy Islamic Boarding School. Kata kunci: : Rights and Obligations, Career Women, Islamc Law, Positive Law.

Abstract

AbstractMediation is a model of problem solving through deliberation to obtain the agreement of the parties with the assistance of the mediator or a judge. This writing aims to determine the effectiveness of mediation in Sumber Cirebon  Religious Court Number 1 of 2016. This type of research is a field of study, the type of research used is descriptive research qualitative, mainly by describing a state of subject or object of research. Then the data collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. Then the data processing and analysis techniques used by using that the effectiveness of mediation in Sumber Cirebon Religious Court based on the review of Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2016 have not been effective, this is because the parties do not have good faith and in each mont there are approximately 700 cases that go to court religious sources. However, the implementation of Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 in 2016 at the source religious court has been effective and has been implemented since March 2016.Keywords: Effectiveness, Mediation, Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 in 2016.
