Abstract

Quality educational institutions have a vision to produce graduates who are competent and able to compete in the future. To achieve the vision of educational institutions, various programs are needed to produce graduate competencies. Academic culture is a supporting factor to produce quality graduates. Meanwhile, in the application of academic culture there are various obstacles that occur. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to describe how to plan the development of academic culture in schools. How to implement academic culture according to plan. and how the influence of academic culture on the competence of graduates. Qualitative Method Case studies are used to examine quality improvement through academic culture at Sabilurrosyad Islamic Junior High School. Collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that planning for the development of academic culture is carried out by developing several factors that influence academic culture and the management of academic culture. Implementation is used in an academic culture with school review and benchmarking in all programs. Meanwhile, quality assurance and quality control are carried out in most programs. The impact on graduate competence from the application of academic culture is that students can play a very good role in critical, creative, constructive, dialogical, partnership, productive aspects and appreciate achievements.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di masa pandemic Covid-19 pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) melalui pemanfaatan media online pada warga Dusun Krajan, Desa Ngabab, Kecamatan Pujon, Kabupaten Malang. Perekonomian warga tersebut menurun akibat adanya pandemic covid-19. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahn tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode partisipatif. Metode partisipatif adalah metode pendampingan yang bertujuan untuk memberdayakan kelompok masyarakat atau kelompok mitra dalam menyelesaikan permasalahannya. Pihak yang terkait dalam kegitan ini adalah masyarakat Dusun Krajan, Desa Ngabab, Kecamatan Pujon, Kabupaten Malang. Bentuk kegiatan yang dilakukan diantaranya adalah melakukan survey, melakukan penyuluhan, melakukan praktik dan evaluasi. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan yaitu memasarkan produk UMKM Yogurt Dworowati melalui media online yaitu WhatsApp. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah pemilik UMKM Yogurt Dworowati memperoleh penghasilan yang lebih banyak dari biasanya yang dapat digunakan untuk menunjang kembali perekonomiannya.

Abstract

The research aimed to ; 1) describe and analyse how the leadership type of Kyai Mohammad Ali Shobirin in forming independent santri; 2). what kind of habits were done in the Islamic dorm of al Qoyyim , to form independent santri; 3). model of Kyai Ali shobirin leadership in forming independent santri in the islamic dorm Al Qoyyim Kasembon Malang. The applied research method to answer the aim above was grounded theory, because the research was field research. While the references consisted of primary, secondary and tertiary data. Collecting data by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analyze used qualitattive data analyze. The research showed that kyai Ali Shobirin belonged to the one of three type of leadership. Firstly, visionary leadership. Secondly, transformative leadership. Thirdly, charismatic leadership. The habit of Santri to form independent santri in the era 4.0 was discipline in every aspect, santri ‘s habituality to be entrepeneur and The model of leadership of kyai Ali Shobirin was individual-kolektif, it happened because collaboration in developing Islamic dorm. While, the policy was taken by the head dominantly.

Abstract

The plurality that exists in Indonesia as something real and must be understood by all the elements in this nation, do not let these differences cause a split in the dynamics of community life. From here, this research will focus on how multicultural travel and conditions exist in Indonesia, and at the same time looking at the factors that make multiculturalism remain in one unity, living in harmony in diversity. Abstract

 ABSTRAK Kata kunci: Harmonisasi, Kehidupan, Masyarakat, Nilai Pendidikan Hubungan antar umat beragama yang ada di Indonesia secara menyeluruh masih belum bisa dikatakan harmonis ini bisa dilihat ketika masih ada konflik atas nama agama yang terjadi belum lama ini di Tolikara, dan Aceh. Hal ini bisa dikatakan pemahaman masyarakat yang masih belum bisa menerima sebuah perbedaan dan masih merasa paling benar sendiri, akan tetapi ada beberapa wilayah yang masyarakatnya sudah bisa saling memahami dan pengertian antar umat beragama seperti di wilayah Desa Senduro,Kecamatan Senduro, Lumajang. Melihat didaerah Senduro bahwa disini terdapat multi agama yaitu agama Islam, Hindu dan Kristen yang sebenarnya secara teori disini rawan konflik dengan adanya sebuah hubungan yang terjalin antar umat beragama dan pasti ada benih-benih yang itu menimbulkan sebuah konflik akan tetapi diDesa Senduro terlihat bisa dikatakan antar umat beragama itu saling toleransi, gotong royong dan saling membantu satu sama lainnya, seperti ada sebuah nilai-nilai tertentu yang menjadikan tali perekat antar agama.bisa itu nilai yang terkandung didalam ajaran agama masing-masing atau bisa itu nilai-nilai pendidikan yang diajarkan dan diterapkan dalam hubungan antar umat beragama dalam kehidupan sosial.Oleh sebab itu, peneliti ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan menginterpretasikan tentang bagaimana nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam, Hindu dan Kristen diDesa Senduro dan bagaimana proses merealisasikan keselarasan dan keseimbangan dalam kehidupan antara umat Islam, Hindu dan Kristen diDesa Senduro, serta bagaimana harmonisasi yang terjalin antara umat Islam, Hindu dan Kristen di Desa Senduro, Lumajang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah grounded theory, karena penelitian bersifat lapangan, yang mana penelitian ini referensinya terdiri dari data primer, sekunder dan tersier. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatif.Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil kesimpulan yaitu Nilai pendidikan yang diterapkan oleh umat Islam didalam kehidupan sosial di Desa Senduro adalah nilai toleransi, moderat, tawazun, demokrasi, kerja keras, cinta tanah air, peduli sosial dan kejujuran. Dari umat Hindu nilai pendidikan yang bisa dilihat didalam kehidupan sosial adalah nilai kesetaraan, toleransi, kerjasama dan cinta damai. Sedangkan dari agama Kristen lebih menekankan Nilai cinta kasih, nilai kesabaran dan nilai tanggung jawab.Adapun Terealisasinya keselarasan dan keseimbangan antar umat Beragama yang ada di Desa Senduro dikarenakan pertama, ada sebuah integrasi sosial yang merata tidak ada diskriminasi antar masyarakat atau antar umat beragama.Kedua,  proses komunikasi yang baik antar masyarakat dan pemerintah yang menghasilkan sebuah keselarasan dalam kehidupan masyarakat dan mengurangi sebuah kesalahpahaman antar masyarakat.ketiga, masyarakat antar umat beragama ketika ada sebuah masalah melakukan sikap secepatnya meredakan dan mendamaikan agar kembali stabil hubungan antar umat beragama. Keempat, masyarakat senduro mempunyai nenek moyang yang sama dan mempunyai tujuan yang sama jadi tidak membeda-bedakan antar suku, agama akan tetapi bersama-sama mencapai tujuan kehidupan yang damai dan tentram. Kelima, di Senduro juga ada akulturasi budaya Madura dan jawa serta akulturasi agama Islam dengan Hindu. Keenam, masyarakat melakukan sebuah kerjasama yang saling menguntungkan disini terjadi sebuah keselarasan dan keseimbangan.Sedangkan harmonisasi kehidupan masyarakat yang terjalin diDesa Senduro adalah harmonisasi dibidang keagamaan, bidang sosial, bidang ekonomi dan bidang politik.

Abstract

The approach used in this study uses a qualitative research approach. The type of research used is the type of case study research. The purpose of this study was to describe how the internalization of Islamic religious education values in growing students' religious attitudes at SMPN 13 Malang. In this study, the researcher acts as an instrument as well as collects data. The results of the research that have been carried out are 1) The steps for internalizing the values of Islamic religious education in fostering students' religious attitudes are by submitting data according to facts, namely religious activities such as habituation of dhuha prayer in congregation in the morning, reciting activities, and religious lectures; 2) The process of internalizing the values of Islamic religious education in fostering students' religious attitudes through exemplary strategies, inculcating discipline, habituation methods, creating a religious environment; 3) The impact of internalizing the values of Islamic religious education in growing students' religious attitudes has positive and negative impacts

Abstract

The Indonesian people today have been faced with various problems that are alternating and in various forms and have not been resolved properly. One of the problems is the decline in national character education which is motivated by the rapid development of technology, and the interaction of students in daily life. Thus, if parents do not educate and provide a strong religious foundation, it is feared that it will cause a decline in the character of students. SMK Asy-Syafi'iyyah Kebonagung is a formal educational institution located under the auspices of the PPIQ Asy-Syafi'iyyah. Pesantren is one forum that is quite relevant in the process of inculcating and improving character education in students, the Asy-Syafi'iyyah Vocational School applies pesantren-based character education in shaping its student character. Islamic boarding school-based character education at Asy-Syafi'iyyah Vocational School is maximized by various series of pesantren activities such as madrasa diniyyah, Khitobah, routine activities of public recitation and istoriah thoriqoh every month, as well as exemplary caregivers in talking to anyone, humble, and living simple,  so that they can form the personality of students who are independent, responsible for acting, able to control emotions, religious, and Islamic music extracurricular.

Abstract

Novel 99 Cahaya di Langit Europe not only has the function of entertainment media, but can also be a medium in internalizing educational values, especially Islamic education. Proud to be a Muslim. The author tells about Muslims as a minority population on the European continent who find it difficult to maintain religious principles, but if their faith is strong they are able to survive and carry out Islamic Shari'a solemnly. Hanum and Rangga as Muslims try to carry out the mission of Islam as a religion of mercy. lil alamin not only to fellow Muslims aka but also to non-Muslims. Both depict the fruit of obedience to carry out orders and stay away from the prohibitions of Islam and do good to others, if there is a sense of tolerance among human beings.

Abstract

Indonesia is the largest multicultural country in the world, considering the many cultures, religions, and races that exist in Indonesia. Therefore, education in Indonesia must use a multicultural-based approach, especially in Islamic education. This research will discuss the concept of multicultural Islamic education in the view of KH. Muhammad Tholchah Hasan and Ali Maksum, which a comparison was made of the two concepts, and the implications for Islamic religious education in Indonesia. The method in this research uses a qualitative approach with the type of literature study. In the results, it was found that the concept of multicultural Islamic education in the view of KH. Muhammad Tholchah Hasan is an education that must emphasize respect for diversity by promoting inclusive values of self-reliance. Meanwhile, Ali Maksum in his concept states that multicultural Islamic education is education about religious and cultural diversity in responding to socio-cultural changes in people's lives. There are differences and similarities in the two concepts. The difference is in the aspects of the background, foundation, and values. The similarities is in the aspects of the characteristics, objectives, curriculum development, and the learning morning. Both concepts have positive implications for Islamic religious education in Indonesia.

Abstract

At the time of the Prophet Muhammad, character education was really used. This is evidenced by the command of Allah SWT that the first and most important mission of the Prophet Muhammad was to perfect the morals of all his people. The discussion of the substance of the meaning of personality is the same as the concept of morality and Islam. Both discuss human behavior. Therefore, applying personality education to students in order to understand human behavior related to Allah SWT, oneself, fellow humans, the environment and nationality as well as reflected in thoughts, attitudes, emotions, words and behavior. The location of this research is in SMA Negeri 2 Malang. This study uses a qualitative method where data collection uses the method of observation, interviews and documentation and is supported by the opinions of experts. The efforts of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in forming the tolerance character of students at SMA Negeri 2 Malang have been good, carried out through habituation methods inside and outside the classroom, such as getting used to praying together before and after learning with their religious beliefs, and PAI teachers conveying material about the importance of the character of tolerance towards students through the lecture method in the form of advice about the importance of the character of tolerance in capable classes outside the classroom, with teachings from Islamic religious education teachers so that this school develops tolerance for students of different religions.
