Abstract

This study aims to determine the dimensions of customer engagement and customer loyalty dimensions. The design of this study was cross sectional using an explanatory approach through an explanatory survey method. Blibli.com customer analysis unit of 200 respondents. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analysis technique used is an explanatory technique using frequency distribution and path analysis. Based on the results of the study using path analysis, the results show that e-service quality has a positive effect on e-loyalty with a strong category. The most dominant dimension of e-service quality influences e-loyalty, namely efficiency and the least dominant influence of e-service quality dimensions, the dimensions of privacy.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the entrepreneurial creativity and startup success on The Greater Hub startup business. Population in this research is The Greater Hub startup business with the number of respondents as many as 30 reviewers. The method used in this research is explanatory survey to explore the problem situation. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling by using path analysis. Results entrepreneurial creativity generate positive influence on startup success.

Abstract

Companies without good human resources in strategy and operations will not be able to achieve company goals. Success or failure of company goals can’t be separated from how the performance of its employees. Organizations are required to maintain their employees so as to produce good performance and employees can dedicate themselves to the organization where employees work. The problem of employee performance is still a serious problem for many companies both in manufacturing and services. One company that is experiencing performance problems is by PT. PLN Persero Distribution West Java. The efforts to be made by PT. PLN Persero Distribution West Java to improve performance that is by increasing on the job training and work ability to its employees. This study aims to obtain (1) implementation of on the job training, (2) description of work ability, (3) description of employee performance, (4) Effect of on the job training and work ability both partially and simultaneously. The object of the unit of analysis in this study is the employees of PT. PLN Persero Distribution West Java. The type of research used is descriptive and verification. The method used was an explanatory survey with a sample of 58 employees. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with Statistical Product for Service Solutions (SPSS) 24.0 computer software tools for windows. The findings in this study indicate that the picture on the job training is in the good category, a description of work ability in the good category. Variables that have an influence on employee performance are on the job training and work ability. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that on the job training in companies be further improved in the aspect of job instruction training. In terms of work capabilities in the company improve intellectual abilities. So it is expected that on the job training and work skills need to be considered further by the company in supporting employee performance improvement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of influencer marketing and brand loyalty as well as the influence of influencer marketing on brand loyalty to Nike customers in the Indonesia Sneaker Team Facebook group, which amounts to 85 respondents. The questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The design and method of this research is an explanatory survey with a quantitative approach. The analysis technique used is the verification technique using simple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, there is a positive and significant influence between influencer marketing on brand loyalty in Nike customers. Verificatively, the data shows that influencer marketing has a good effect on brand loyalty.

Abstract

The city of Cimahi is ranked the lowest in wealth and deposits compared to eight cities in West Java Province, which confirms that the level of public trust in Islamic banks is still low. Another factor that causes low customer confidence is that the Sharia Corporate Governance has not been maximized, as evidenced by IRTI's research results showing that GCG implementation has not been implemented well in Islamic banks in various countries and failure to apply sharia principles to 85%. Sharia Corporate Governance (SCG) combines two theories, namely Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and the theory of Sharia Compliance. The implementation of SCG in Islamic banks is based on six principles: transparency, accountability, accountability, professionalism and fairness, and implementation of compliance shariah. Sharia Corporate Governance (SCG) can also be referred to as a system, regulation, and process used to realize a compliance culture in managing Islamic banking risk as well as monitoring, regulating, and encouraging its performance efficiently to generate sustainable added value for stakeholders in the long term following sharia principles. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of SCG and reputation on customer trust in Islamic banks. The population in this study is the customer of BJB Syariah KCP Cimahi. The sampling technique in this study was simple random sampling with a sample of 210 respondents. The method used in this research is the explanatory method. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression method. The results of the research designation that the implementation of Sharia Corporate Governance and reputation simultaneously affect customer trust, which will increase the market share of Islamic banks.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Kahoot application as an evaluation tool for students in terms of student attention. This type of research is quantitative, with a one-shot case study design. The population in this study were all eighth-grade junior high school students, the sampling in this study was through purposive sampling, namely class 8.5. The research instrument consisted of an attention questionnaire through Google Forms and observations. The results of the study found that Kahoot was used in the pre-test and post-test to make students' attention more effective. The average Kahoot in learning is 82.6% or very effective, the average pre-test using Kahoot is 80.07% or very effective, and the post-test average using Kahoot is 82.3% or very effective. Thus, Kahoot is very effective for pre-test and post-test.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much the Islamic brand affects customer loyalty of Islamic Bank customers in the city of Bandung. The type of research used is descriptive verification by describing the variables studied and then drawing conclusions. The research object are the dependent variable is Customer Loyalty and Islamic Brands as independent variables. The population in this study using Sharia Bank customers in the city of Bandung. Sampling in this study using the Simple Random Sampling method (taking random samples) to 165 respondents. The instrument test was carried out by validity and reliability testing and the technique used was path analysis with computer software tools SPSS 24.0 for Windows and Microsoft Excel. 2010 for Windows 7. Based on the overall research results through path analysis, it shows the calculation results are greater than those in the table. This means that overall there is a significant effect of Islamic Brand on customer Customer Loyalty. In an effort to increase loyalty, Islamic Banks need to increase branding according to the sub-variables in Islamic Brands.Keywords: Islamic Branding, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This research aims to find out the impact of Brand Trust on Repurchase Intention. This type of research uses descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach. The dependent variables in this study are repurchase intention (Y), and brand trust (X) as independent variables. Populations in this study are Nivea reviewers on Shopee Niveas.Official.Store has a total of 1,700 and a sample of 425 respondents who are Nivea consumers using simple random sampling techniques. The analysis technique used is Simple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of Computer Software SPSS 26.0 for Windows. The findings of this study found that the image of brand trust versus repurchase intention is in a fairly good category. Brand trust has a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention. The findings show that the implementation of brand trust by Nivea will be able to encourage repurchase intention among NIVEA customers in Indonesia.

Abstract

Masalah pengangguran lulusan perguruan tinggi di Indonesia menjadi tantangan yang perlu diatasi melalui pendekatan strategis. Salah satu solusi yang efektif adalah menumbuhkan semangat kewirausahaan di kalangan mahasiswa. Artikel ini membahas implementasi GROW Coaching Model sebagai pendekatan pendampingan kewirausahaan di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). Dengan mengintegrasikan empat tahapan utama yaitu Goal, Reality, Options, dan Will, program ini berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Sebanyak 80% peserta program melaporkan mampu menyusun rencana bisnis yang terukur. Program ini juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan soft skill dan hard skill mahasiswa yang berperan penting dalam keberhasilan bisnis mereka.
