Abstract

This study aims: (1) to determine the effect of leadership on the performance of the employees of the Teluk Bintuni Regency Health Office, West Papua, (2) to determine the effect of competence on the performance of the employees of the Teluk Bintuni Regency Health Office, West Papua, and (3) to determine the effect of motivation on the performance of the employees of the Teluk Bintuni Regency Health Office, West Papua, and (4) to determine the effect of leadership, competence and motivation on the performance of the employees of the Teluk Bintuni Regency Health Office, West Papua. The variables of this research are leadership as the first independent variable, competence as the second independent variable, motivation as the third independent variable and employee performance as the dependent variable. The population of this study were all civil servants of the Teluk Bintuni Regency Health Office, amounting to 68 people, while the sample of this study was taken with a saturated sample technique so that the sample used was as much as the existing population. Data was collected by using a questionnaire/questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis was performed by descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, instrument test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant level <0.05 and competence has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant level <0.05 and motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant level < 0.05. Leadership, competence and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with a significant level <0.05. In addition, the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.532 (53.2%). This means that the influence of leadership, competence and motivation on employee performance is 53.2% while the remaining 46.8% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of village funds in empowering rural communities in Tondowolio Village, Tanggetada District, Kolaka Regency. This study uses a descriptive method using qualitative data types, data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation, data analysis is carried out by collecting all information, reducing data, data validity and drawing conclusions. The results of the research analysis show that the use of Village Funds for community empowerment is in accordance with its designation but is not yet maximized. It can be seen from the indicators in measuring effectiveness, namely the understanding of the program where the community's understanding is still minimal about village funds. The target of village funds is in accordance with the RKPDes which has been prepared by the village government and village communities, the timeliness is still not optimal because the implementation of village funds is adjusted to the disbursement of village funds. The achievement of the goals has not been fully achieved because the empowerment program is still limited to meeting needs and providing convenience for the community but there is no new economy created that provides a source of income for rural communities. As well as real changes, the existence of this village fund provides a good change for the village community and the village government.

Abstract

Infeksi corona virus merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus corona dan menimbulkan gejala utama berupa gangguan pernapasan. Penyakit ini menjadi sorotan karena kemunculannya di akhir taun 2019 pertama kali di wuhan, china. Penyebab corona virus merupakan virus single stranded RNA yang berasal dari kelompok corona viridae. Dinamakan corona virus karena permukaannya yang berbentuk seperti mahkota. Virus lain yang termasuk dalam kelompok yang serupa adalah virus yang menyebabkan Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS-Cov) dan Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS-Cov) beberapa tahun silam. Namun virus corona wuhan ini merupakan virus baru yang belum pernah teridentifikasi pada manusia sebelumnya. Karena itu, virus ini juga disebut sebagai 2019 Novel Corona Virus atau Covid-19. Salah satu hal yang dapat mencegah penyebaran Virus Covid-19 ini adalah dengan melakukan penanganan Virus Covid-19. Sebagai upaya penanganan Covid-19 di tingkat mikro Satuan Tugas (Satgas) Covid-19 melalui Surat Edaran nomor 9 tahun 2021 memaparkan tentang langkah dan unsur pembentukan Posko Covid-19 Desa/Kelurahan. Posko Covid-19 Desa/Kelurahan sendiri adalah tempat dan perangkat pelaksana sebagai pusat perencanaan, koordinasi, pengendalian dan evaluasi kegiatan penanganan Covid-19 di suatu wilayah desa/kelurahan melalui fungsi pencegahan, fungsi penanganan, fungsi pembinaan, dan fungsi pendukung. Pembentukan Posko Covid-19 di Desa Kalimporo dilakukan berdasarkan inisiatif kepala desa Kalimporo. Maka dari itu, kami dari mahasiswa KKN PPL-Reguler Angkatan XXII Universitas Negeri Makassar, turut membantu dalam pembuatan posko penanganan Covid-19 di Desa Kalimporo Kecamatan Bangkala Kabupaten Jeneponto.
