Abstract

Tourism development is sought to be developed in the context of economic improvement, sustainable development and technological development. Geographically, each region has different characteristics with their own uniqueness and advantages. Natural resources that are owned with all its contents, land in all its forms and the sea with all its contents. This potential can be utilized optimally through tourism. Natural resources owned with all their contents and existing potential will be utilized for development purposes. That potential can be an asset through the tourism sector. One of the attractions that attracts the attention of both domestic and foreign tourists is the hot springs in Tombasian Bawah Village. Tombasian Bawah Village is one of the villages in Kawangkoan Barat District, Minahasa Regency, where in general the people work as farmers and craftsmen on stilt houses. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is analyzed by descriptive analysis using the SWOT analysis method and breaking it down internally and externally. The stages of the research were field observations by collecting data at the physical location, conducting interviews with the government of tourist attraction locations with village programs and district governments related to the development of tourism objects, specifically hot water in the village of Tombasian Bawah and visitors to obtain data. The results of the study show that the Hot Spring Tourism Object Development Strategy is adequate which can be applied by developing tourism on holidays and other holidays. And the model is community based. The development of this hot spring tourism object can be done by diversifying tourism objects and modifying the system so that tourists can travel easily and pleasantly. The results of this research are the proceding/Sentrinov output targets and reports. KEY WORDS : Strategy, Development, Tourism Object, Hot Water, Tombasian Bawah, Style

Abstract

Producing a Web-based Information System blog with data visualization containing information on the location of tourist objects that are presented to the public as a promotion of Tomohon tourism based on a Web Blog According to Gween Solomon, lynne Lynne, Web 2.0 Guide for educators (Jakarta: Ptindex index) Blog stands for weblog. a weblog is a type of website developed and managed by individuals using online software or a very user-friendly hosted platform, with room to write. Blogs feature instant online publications and invite the public to read and provide feedback as comments with the existence of a web blog created on blogger.com containing 10 tomohon attractions, it is hoped that it l make it easier for people to determine trips witwithatravele tomohon area which has more than 90 natural, cultural and artificial attractions. The blog content created includes 10 superior tourist attractions that are still operating well and relatively close to the city center of Tomohon and a Google Maps link to allow readers to find location points to be able to reach the most important attractions. This blog can be accessed with electronic devices such as (mobile phones and laptops) that have an internet network.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keunggulan dan kelemahan dari metode Project Based Learning dalam penerapannya di mata kuliah Manajemen Usaha Perjalanan Wisata dengan sub topik dampak kegiatsan pariwisata di program studi Usaha Perjalanan wisata diploma 3 Politeknik Negeri Manado. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PBL) ialah model pembelajaran yang berdsar pada masalah yang dialami oleh peserta didik pada proses mendapatkan ilmu pengetahuan . Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data observasi dan RPS. Dengan teknis tahapan-tahapan untuk diamati yang diterapkan sesuai materi di kelas oleh pendidik , bahwa model pembelajaran Project Based Learning memiliki keunggulan dan kelemahan . Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning di kelas semester 4 Program Studi Usaha Perjalanan Wisata di Politeknik Negeri Manado dengan Sub topik Dampak Kegiatan Pariwisata menunjukkan adanya keunggulan dan kelemahan. PBL lemah dalam proses pembelajaran pemecahan masalah tertentu, ada mahasiswa yang aktif dan tidak aktif, perlu ditunjang oleh buku referensi yang dapat dijadikan pemahaman dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. PBL tidak diberlakukan untuk semua materi pada mata kuliah yang sama di semester yang sama. Keunggulannya pemecahan masalah dapat membantu peserta didik untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan barunya dan dapat bertanggung jawab dalam pembelajaran yang mereka lakukan, jugga dapat mendorong melakukan evaluasi diri baik terhadap hasil belajar maupun proses belajar
