To create the feel secure in the marriage, the adult candidate is needed, physically and mentally. However, the preachers have different views about the meaning of manhood. Islamic law indicates that couples getting married have to mature physically and mentally. Thus, under the laws of our government is 1/1974, Article 7, paragraph (1), it is said that marriage is allowed only if the groom was 19 and the bride was 16.In Islam, marriage position has an important role in the survival of a family. Besides in a hadith history explained, marriage is one way for someone to reach heaven. In Indonesia, the law of marriage is also arranged. Starting from the terms of the age, the condition of validity to be a guardian. Syi'iran is a form of local Javanese tradition or tradition which is converted into Islamic teachings. The chanting voices of the santri reading and singing poetry and other syi'ir became the menu in the morning, afternoon, evening and night in various pesantren. Several subjects in pesantren, especially language and literature in pesantren, contribute to the existence of the image of Islam today and tomorrow. It is a "soft thread" that determines "the motifs and patterns of Islamic weaving" which are full of nuances of beauty and wisdom. Syi'iran has become a mandatory menu to support their learning in pesantren. In the learning process, the students are not too far from the Arabic syi'ir, they must learn and understand the santri as the basic foundation in the grammatical study of Arabic, which is full of literary values that echoes to the corners of the pesantren. The Syi'ir Tanpo Waton research on the reconstruction of local Islamic culture in the context of Sufism is a research that uses field research methods with qualitative descriptive research types, by applying research concepts that are in accordance with conditions in the field. Qualitative research method, Creswell quoted by JR Raco defines it as an approach or search to explore and understand a central phenomenon. Qualitative methods treat participants as subjects and not objects. This is where the participants find themselves as valuable, because the information is very useful. This research method provides a very large space for participants. The pesantren community as mothers who give birth may think that a child born named syi'ir written in Javanese is too small to be appreciated, especially when compared to the literary treasures of books written in Arabic by priests of madhhab and great scholars from Arabia. . This could be due to ignorance or negligence of the pesantren community in appreciating its literary tradition because it is more concerned with the scientific tradition. The meanings contained in the text of syi'ir tanpo waton provide a lot of understanding and influence on the personal life of humans or society. This syi'ir describes the principle of human interaction, namely, “hablu mina Allah and hablu minan nas”, namely the relationship between humans and God and the relationship between humans and humans. This could be due to ignorance or negligence of the pesantren community in appreciating its literary tradition because it is more concerned with the scientific tradition. The meanings contained in the text of syi'ir tanpo waton provide a lot of understanding and influence on the personal life of humans or society. The preservation of syi'iran culture is the original derivative culture of the pesantren. In this case, the preservation of syi'iran in the pesantren is carried out in a recitation program which then asks the congregation to memorize it. The next stage, the kiai will explain in detail the purposes contained in the singiran, with the hope that the congregation will know and be able to practice it in their lives. To always remember the singiran and can be heard by many people, it is advisable to chant the singiran at the time between the call to prayer and iqamah in the mosque. In addition, it can also avoid conversing or playing in the mosque while waiting for the imam to perform congregational prayers.

Multicultural Approach For Inspiration and not just conceptually give equality rights of learners to get a chance in any field, but it is also important to explain to students how Islam maintains good relationships with followers outside the Islamic tradition of the Prophet Muhammad ever some centuries ago. To improve the quality of education, it is necessary to have a leadership pattern that empowers all members of the academic community. In other words, it can be said that the leadership model is an important factor in school administration because it refers to a phenomenon of one's ability to move, guide, and direct others in a collaboration. In practice, implementing quality leadership in managing schools often does not materialize. This is caused by a lack of leadership competence (leadership). The main problem faced by universities is the incompetence of leaders in leading universities. The digital era has driven a significant transformation in brand marketing strategies, with content marketing emerging as a key approach in building brand image. This study aims to analyze the role of content marketing in shaping brand image in the digital age using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, based on the PRISMA 2020 framework. A total of 31 journal articles published between 2020 and 2025 were thoroughly reviewed. The findings indicate that content marketing not only directly influences brand perception but also strengthens brand image through the mediating roles of brand awareness, electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM), and user-generated content (UGC). Content strategies that are emotional, informative, and personalized have been shown to enhance consumer engagement and stimulate purchase intention. This study concludes that the success of content marketing lies in its ability to build a strong brand image through relevant, consistent, and long-term value-driven digital communication.

Di Indonesia aktivitas akuntansi mulai meningkat, maka permintaan jasa pajak dan audit untuk melakukan penilaian dan pemeriksaan mengalami peningkatan. Profesi akuntan publik merupakan profesi kepercayaan masyarakat. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) mengajak remaja karang taruna serta pengurus RT 006 RW 01 Kelurahan Panunggangan Utara Kecamatan Pinang Kota Tangerang. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan memberikan manfaat di kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyampaian materi tentang pajak dan audit, memberikan contoh yang mudah dimengerti, sesi tanya jawab sebelum akhir kegiatan, dan ditutup dengan sesi foto bersama anggota kelompok dan pemenang sesi tanya jawab. Hasil dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini diharapkan meningkatkan pemahaman para remaja tentang pajak dan audit dan meningkatkan kesadaran pentingnya pajak dan audit bagi para remaja sehingga dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kesimpulannya adalah pengenalan dasar pajak dan audit sangat penting bagi para remaja dalam perkembangan zaman yang pesat ini sehingga para remaja memiliki pengetahuan dan kesadaran. Sarannya yaitu diperlukannya sosialisasi lebih lanjut untuk remaja karang taruna, sehingga dapat menambah tingkat pengetahuan umum remaja dengan harapan pengetahuan tersebut dapat di terapkan baik untuk kehidupan sehari-hari ataupun di sebarluaskan kembali kepada remaja lainnya.Kata kunci : pajak, Audit, remaja karang taruna

The development of innovative educational programs based on digital technology in Islamic private schools presents significant learning transformation opportunities, but also poses various risks that need to be managed systematically. This research aims to identify, analyze, and formulate risk mitigation strategies in implementing digital technology-based educational programs in Islamic private school environments. Using a qualitative approach with case study methods at three private madrasah tsanawiyah in Lampung, namely MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung, MTs Mathlaul Anwar Cintamulya, and MTs Darul Ma'arif Natar, this research collected data through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. The results show that the main risks include aspects of technological infrastructure, educators' digital competence, integration of Islamic values, financial sustainability, and data security. Recommended mitigation strategies include developing an integrated risk management model, enhancing human resource capacity, curriculum adaptation, developing strategic partnerships, and strengthening technology governance. This research contributes to the development of a comprehensive risk management framework to support digital transformation in Islamic educational institutions while maintaining Islamic values that form the foundation of institutional identity.
