Abstract

Social media basically reshapes the way information is distributed and consumed. Through user-generated content, Instagram users become active players and act as providers and connoisseurs of information. Instagram users can freely share their travel experiences through uploads that include hashtags and geotags. Through searching using hashtags and geotags, tourists can help with initial expectations. This study aimed to analyse the process of forming tourism expectations through hashtags and geotagging on social media Instagram. The research method used was a qualitative method with data collection through interviews with 10 informants. This study revealed the role of user involvement in hashtags and geotags in shaping expectations. Information search support features such as hashtags and geotags have been shown to support the formation of initial expectations of tourists, ranging from geographical descriptions of places to nearby accommodations. In addition, the visual content factor that attracts the attention and information contained in the content through the tag or text feature also plays a role for user decision making.

Abstract

This study discusses the process of purchase decision making which made through online transaction in customer to customer (C2C) e-commerce platform. Online review and online rating have been known as a part of electronic word of mouth which has an impact on buyer's purchase decisions. This study use Kotler and Keller's (2009) purchase making decision process to finds out the purchase decision making process which happens through C2C e-commerce. This study also aims to finds out how online reviews and online rating are used in purchase decision making process. This study uses post-positivistik paradigm with qualitative approach and case study strategy. Data were obtained from in-depth interview and literature studies. The results of this study show that the informations in online review and online rating can provide an overview of seller's reputation and form buyer's perception of products and services quality. The results also indicate that in the purchase making decisions process, there is a zero moment of truth phase. In this phase, buyers learn about the product or seller's reputation through the information that they got from online sources. One of the informations used in zero moment of truth is from online review and online rating.

Abstract

In the digital era, public organizations are inevitably required to adapt interactions with the public and manage information through online communication. This activity became one of the tasks carried by government public relations (PR). The objective of this research describes how the use of micro-level social media in public organizations to achieve PR objectives. The research locus is the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI). The research method used is qualitative. Data were collected through interviews and document studies. The result indicates that micro social media has been used ANRI since 2014, namely: Twitter and Facebook. In managing of social media, it is found that the PR model is asymmetric, the PR strategy is dominated by the proactive strategy with transparent communication type. The reactive strategy used deliberate inaction strategy. Social engagement in social media is still considered minimal. There is some information content that has significant attention, which is considered to have relevance to current issues, humanist and has a high historical value. PR in ANRI have realized the importance of managing social media and communication models that should be implemented, but in reality, hasn't been able optimally. This is because there are obstacles related to the organization policy, the capacity of social media managers.

Abstract

Ketua RW merupakan salah satu posisi yang vital bagi kemajuan suatu lingkup daerah. Pemilihan Ketua RW biasanya diadakan secara musyawarah mufakat oleh masyarakat sehingga besar harapannya untuk ketua RW bisa bekerja secara maksimal. Pelayanan yang baik muncul dari adanya kerja sama yang baik antara ketua RW dengan masyarakat. Kepuasan masyarakat terhadap ketua RW memiliki berbagai macam faktor seperti kinerja, mengatasi masalah, memfasilitasi kegiatan dan responsif. Analisa kepuasan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu seberapa puas masyarakat terhadap kinerja ketua RW 007 selama ini dan hasil penelitian ini sebagai bahan evaluasi untuk memajukan wilayah RW 007. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode data mining Algoritma C4.5 pada tool RapidMiner dengan memberikan kuesioner terhadap 52 responden sebagai perwakilan dari beberapa Rukun Tetangga. Kriteria responden antara lain jenis kelamin, lama tinggal dan usia. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor paling penting dalam kepuasan masyarakat adalah faktor kinerja dan sebagian warga sudah merasa puas dengan kinerja saat ini dengan tingkat akurasi yang diraih pun baik yaitu di angka 96,15%.

Abstract

Catholic students are members in the campus environment who have a very important role, because mostCatholic students are young people. Catholic students believe that the Catholic faith is an inspiration in the process of human life. Catholic students can be successors in the campus environment, the future of the campus. Catholic students have an activity such as: training, education, renewal, worship, retreats, memoirs, youth Eucharist and activities. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Quantitative research methods are a type of research that has a systematic, planned, and well-structured approach to creating a research plan from start to finish. Respondents from Class 19 amounted to 45 students with a percentage of participating in off-campus activities by 15%, while respondents from Class 20 amounted to 31 students with a percentage of participating in off-campus activities by 5% and respondents from Class 21 amounted to 41 students with a percentage of participating in off-campus activities by 4%. The respondents of Class 19 were 45 students with a percentage of participating in campus activities at 5%, while the respondents of Class 20 were 31 students with a percentage of participating in campus activities at 7% and the respondents of Class 21 were 41 students with a percentage of participating in off-campus activities at 9%. From the above data it can be concluded that Catholic students have an important role in religious participation in increasing faith. It can be seen from the data above that they still have a fairly high sense of empathy in the presence of off-campus compared to inside the campus also has an influence in the activities carried out.Keywords: Catholic Youth, Faith and activities

Abstract

Leadership at the village level plays an important role in encouraging community participation in village infrastructure development. In Salo Village, the success of village infrastructure development is greatly influenced by the village head's ability to build communication and the spirit of community participation. However, community participation is still relatively low, especially in the implementation stage of village infrastructure development. This is caused by the community's misunderstanding of village funds and a lack of awareness of the benefits of planned development. This study aims to describe the leadership of the Salo Village Head to increase community participation in infrastructure development in Salo Village, Salo District, Kampar Regency in 2023-2024. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The results show that the Head of Salo Village, Mr. Ihfasni Arham, M.Ag, applies five leadership indicators based on the theory of Rivai and Dedy (2012), namely: (1) the ability to foster cooperation and good relationships, (2) the ability to be effective, (3) participatory leadership (4) the ability to delegate tasks and time, and (5) the ability to delegate tasks and authority. The conclusion of this study is that the leadership of the Salo Village Head has succeeded in creating an environment that encourages community participation, although challenges remain in increasing awareness and active involvement. The research recommends that the village government increase outreach and education on the importance of participation and strengthen community empowerment through training and economic programs.
