Abstract

The growing development of information technology cannot be separated from the use of Multimedia as a means of supporting the delivery of information. Information about West Kalimantan Province is needed by the community in the world of education and knowledge because West Kalimantan has a variety of cultures. This diversity exists because the social life, customs, and art of the region are different from one another. This cultural diversity is a wealth and can be seen in house models, traditional dances, folk songs, musical instruments, and culinary specialties of each Regency / City in West Kalimantan. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to expand knowledge by creating a Motion Graphic 2D Animation Video as an introductory media about the arts, culture, and culinary specialties of West Kalimantan province which is easy to understand and learn and provide information in an interesting way. The research method used is Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). The development of this multimedia method is carried out based on six stages, namely concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. These six stages do not have to be sequential in practice, they can be interchanged. However, the concept stage must be the first thing done. The Research Hypothesis is that Information Delivery using this media makes users interested in using it and is easy to use. makes users interested in using it and easy to understand in the process of conveying information.

Abstract

The advancement of information and communication technology (ICT) has significantly impacted various aspects of life, including education. One of the latest innovations with great potential for the education sector is Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI refers to systems that can mimic human cognitive functions such as learning, thinking, and problem-solving. In the context of digital schools, AI can be implemented through adaptive learning systems that adjust content and teaching methods to meet the needs and abilities of individual students. This community service activity aims to apply AI technology to the learning process in schools. Held on August 14, 2024, at SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak, the activity involves three phases: preparation, implementation before participants, and the core activities, including QA sessions and discussions led by faculty members. The training, attended by 28 students, was conducted by the lecturers. Results show that implementing AI in education enhances the quality of learning in digital school environments by providing a more personalized and adaptive learning experience. The training was successful, focusing on the direct demonstration of AI-based adaptive learning systems. In conclusion, the use of AI in education can improve the effectiveness and personalization of learning and was carried out smoothly and effectively.

Abstract

Hasil SSGI menyebutkan stunting di Indonesia tahun 2023 sebesar 21,5%. Penurunan angka stunting juga terjadi di Kalimantan Barat menjadi 24,5% (2023). WHO conceptual framework menyatakan bahwa pendidik kesehatan yang berkualitas termasuk dalam faktor komunitas dan kemasyarakatan dalam konteks stunting. Kader merupakan tonggak utama dan garda terdepan dari program posyandu. Tujuan sosialisasi penggunaan E-Book Insting sebagai media deteksi dini stunting bagi kader. Metode Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan di Poskesdes wilayah kerja Puskesmas Ambawang, Kubu Raya, Kalimantan Barat. Target capaian dari kegiatan ini adalah pemanfaatan E-book bagi kader untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kader dalam melakukan deteksi dini stunting di Posyandu. Hasil kegiatan edukasi pemanfaatan e-book interaktif deteksi stunting (E-Book INSTING) bagi kader berjalan lancar. Peserta kegiatan terdiri dari kader posyandu bayi balita wilayah kerja Puskesmas Ambawang, Kubu Raya. Kader dapat memanfaatkan ebook untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan serta kompetensi dalam deteksi dini stunting. Simpulan Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat berkelanjutan dan terevaluasi, sehingga kesalahan dapat diperbaiki dan menjadi lebih baik lagi kedepannya.
