Abstract

Word Of Mouth adalah suatu proses pembicaraan, memperkenalkan, atau mempromosikan mengenai suatu produk kepada orang lain. Namun, terkadang terjadi ketidaksesuaian informasi yang didapatkan dengan yang diinginkan. konsumen sehingga konsumen pada akhirnya tidak jadi melakukan keputusan dalam membeli produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Word Of Mouth terhadap Keputusan pembelian di Toko Serba 35.000 Cabang Mabuun dan seberapa besar pengaruh Word Of Mouth terhadap Keputusan pembelian di Toko Serba 35.000 Cabang Mabuun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 86 responden dengan teknik random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji statistik, yaitu statistik deskriptif, tabulasi frekuensi, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji regresi linier sederhana, uji hipotesis uji-t, uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh Word Of Mouth Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Di Toko Serba 35.000 Cabang Mabuun Kabupaten Tabalong dan besarnya pengaruh adalah sebesar 57,4% sedangkan sisanya yakni 42,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar variabel yang diteliti. Abstract

Persaingan bisnis yang ketat menuntut pengusaha untuk kreatif menarik konsumen. Kualitas barang dan Store Atmosphere menjadi faktor penentu kepuasan dan keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Store Atmosphere terhadap keputusan pembelian di toko serba 35.000 Tanjung Tabalong dan seberapa besar pengaruh Store Atmosphere terhadap keputusan pembelian di toko serba 35.000 Tanjung Tabalong. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Store Atmosphere Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Di Toko Serba 35.000 Cabang Mabuun Tanjung Tabalong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif verifikatif. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 86 responden dengan teknik random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji statistik, yaitu statistik deskriptif, tabulasi frekuensi, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji regresi linier sederhana, uji hipotesis uji-t, uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengatuh Store Atmosphere Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Di Toko Serba 35.000 Cabang Mabuun Tanjung Tabalong dan besarnya pengaruh adalah sebesar 34,9% sedangkan sisannya yakini 65,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar variabel yang diteliti. Abstract

This systematic literature review (SLR) thoroughly investigates the significant role of English for Public Administration (EPA) in improving the overall employability of STIA Tabalong graduates in an increasingly competitive job market. Employing a rigorous and structured search protocol across major academic databases such as Scopus and Google Scholar, this study carefully synthesizes key findings from relevant scholarly articles published between 2015 and 2025. The comprehensive review reveals that proficiency in EPA is absolutely crucial for effective professional communication in various public sector roles, significantly impacting a graduate's ability to secure employment and advance their career. Key findings indicate a strong correlation between specialized English skills and job opportunities, while also highlighting common challenges in EPA implementation, such as a lack of relevant teaching materials and pedagogical limitations. The findings provide concrete implications for STIA Tabalong, suggesting necessary curriculum enhancements to better align with industry demands and to bridge the existing skills gap.

Abstract

Increased productivity, which was carried out by the company for employees as a means of perfecting the human resource through the creation of motivation, is one of the factors that can directly influence employee productivity, and one way to motivate employees to increase the productivity of their work is by awarding appropriate compensation from the company. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of compensation on employee productivity at PT. Senamas Energindo Mineral in Barito Timur. The research method used to use quantitative methods with a simple linear analysis tool with free variables is variable compensation and work productivity. Sample techniques used in this research were random sampling. Population: 627 employees of PT. Senamas Energindo Minerals, which samples as many as 86 employees. Based on the results of the research note that the positive effect of compensation against work productivity with the R Square of 0.353, meaning that contributions to the compensation effect on work productivity of 35.3% and the rest of 64.7% is affected by other variables. The implications of the research are that further internal research needs to be carried out by the company PT. Senamas Energindo Mineral in East Barito in terms of reviewing efforts to increase or maintain the level of employee work productivity at a level that is in line with the company's expectations to support the company's efforts in achieving its goals.
