Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) Internasional digagas oleh Komunitas Pengabdian Masyarakat (KOMPAK) berkolaborasi dengan 40 Kampus se-Indonesia. Target Kegiatan adalan Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI). Kegiatan ini bekerjasama dengan Kedutaan Besar Republic Indonesia (KBRI) Kuala Lumpur. Tujuan Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) KBRI memberikan Pelatihan dan sosialiasai kepada PMI yang bermasalah untuk dapat menghindari praktik ilegal atau penyalahgunaan fungsi tenaga kerja, PMI dibekali dengan pelatihan yang sesuai dengan profesi, dan PMI dibekali dengan pelatihan dan pemahaman dalam mengembangkan potensi dan soft skill agar bisa bersaing dan menjadi tenaga kerja profesional di luar negeri. Pelaksanaan program pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan beberapa urutan yaitu survey/penjajakan, penggalangan dana, technical meeting, pelaksanaan seminar internasional PKM dan Pelaporan. Hasil Pengabdian diperoleh bahwa Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI) yang hadir di kegiatan ini dapat memahami materi singkat yang diberikan dan menerima dengan baik informasi/pengetahuan yang kami berikan . Selama kegiatan pengabdian ini terlihat respon positif dari PMI, mulai dari terhibur dan dapat mengisi kekosongan waktu dalam menanti penyelesaian masalah mereka. Target Capaian adalah PMI dapat memiliki kompetensi, lebih Mandiri dan dapat mengupgrade soft skil mereka sehingga kelak ketika mereka tidak lagi bekerja sebagai PMI memiliki kompetensi yang dapat meningkatkan posisi tawar PMI di pasar kerja Internasional. Dengan demikian, perlindungan diri PMI sendiri dapat lebih diwujudkan

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of implementating Government Accounting Standards, InternalControl System and Accounting staff Competence City Regional Apparatus. The data in this research was collected by distributing questionnaires to 30 employess, and then thereslts of the questionnnaire data were tested using validityand reliability test, data analysis techniques using classicassumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing.The results of the t test research show that (1) the application of Government Accounting Standards has a significant effect on the quality of financial reports in the Regional Apparatus of Pariaman City whit a t-count value of 13.132 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, (2)The Internal Control System has a significant effect on the quality of financial reports at the Pariaman City RegionalApparatus with a t-Count value of 10.397 and a significance value of 0.008 <0.05 and (3) Accounting staff competency has a significant effect on the quality of financial reports at the Pariaman City Government Regional Apparatus with a t-count value amounting to 9.597 and a significance value of 0.011,0.05. The result of the f test show that the implementation of Government AccountingStandards, Internal Control Systems, and Acconting Standards, Internal Control Systems, and Accounting staff competency simultaneously (Together) has an effect on the quality of financial reports in pariaman city Regional Apparatus with a calculated F Value of 61.732 and a significant value 0.000.05. Based on the results of the determination test, it can be seen that from the calculations the adjusted R Square value is 0.863. This shows that the large percentage of financial report quality (Y) thay can be explained by the independent variable implementation of Government Accounting Standards (X1), Internal Control System (X2), and Accounting staff competency (X3) is 86.3 %, while the remaining is 13.7 is influenced by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

Hasil analisis situasi Masyarakat Desa Cubadak Air Selatan menunjukkan bahwa masih kurangnya pengetahuan bagaimana menambah pendapatan rumah tangga dengan makanan olahan. Selama ini Masyarakat desa Cubadak Air Selatan masih mengeluhkan kurangnya pendapatan dalam rumah tangga. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini Masyarakat desa Cubadak Air Selatan terutama ibu-ibu rumah tangga mendapatkan pengetahuan dan ide untuk bisa menambah pendapatan/penghasilan dalam rumah tangga dengan mengolah ayam menjadi nuget ayam.  Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan ditunjang dengan metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan praktek langsung membuat nuget ayam. Pendampingan yang diberikan kepada ibu-ibu rumah tangga untuk peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pembuatan nuget ayam yang enak gurih dan dapat dipasarkan sebagai pendapatan tambahan rumah tangga nantinya. Selain itu, kegiatan ini dapat menumbuhkan nilai-nilai kebersamaan, yaitu rasa ingin tahu, kreatif, kerja keras, dan jiwa kewirausahan. Kegiatan diawali dengan pelatihan, kemudian dilanjutkan pendampingan bagaimana cara memasarkan produk nuget yang dapat diterima dilingkungan Masyarakat sekitar desa Cubadak Air Selatan. Hasil evaluasi berupa peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu-ibu rumah tangga dalam mengolah ayam menjadi nuget ayam serta dapat memasarkan produknya dilingkungan sekitar dan hasilnya nanti dapat menambah pendapatan rumah tangga.

Abstract

In today's world, technological innovations make it easier to choose doors that enhance security, such as those with digital locks that integrate biometric systems such as fingerprint scanners or facial recognition. Previous research has successfully developed a prototype smart door locking system that combines RFID technology, keypads and motion sensors. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology and keypads are two key components of modern security systems. Their use can enhance security in applications ranging from door access control to storage solutions. Motion sensors are devices designed to detect movement in a given area. They work by monitoring changes in the physical environment, such as changes in temperature, sound waves or electromagnetic fields, caused by the movement of objects or people. The method used in this research is the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) approach, together with the BlackBox method. EUCS is a technique used to measure user satisfaction with a system, emphasising the user's experience while interacting with the system. Based on the analysis of the evaluation results, it can be concluded that the RFID-based smart door lock system, equipped with a keypad and a sensor, meets the usability criteria and falls into the good or acceptable category for users. In addition, the black box test results show that the system is functioning as expected.

Abstract

Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) play an important role in supporting their own country's economy, but often face challenges in managing and reporting their finances. This community service activity aims to introduce digital-based financial reporting to PMIs with the aim of improving their understanding of financial management and facilitating more accurate reporting. The method used in this community service involves counseling and training to PMI on the use of digital-based applications to record their financial transactions. In addition, they were also given a better understanding of the importance of reporting their finances routinely and accurately. In this process, PMIs are taught about basic accounting concepts and how to apply them in recording their personal finances. The results of this service showed an increase in PMI's understanding and skills in managing and reporting their finances. They are able to record transactions in a more structured manner and report their finances more accurately, which can support better financial planning and wiser decision-making. This service activity makes a positive contribution to the economic welfare of PMI and encourages the use of digital technology as an effective tool to improve their financial literacy and financial independence. In addition, this service can be the basis for further program development that supports PMI in their financial aspects.

Abstract

Innovation and digital transformation today play an important role in affecting various aspects of people's lives, including in the social, cultural, economic, and political spheres. Advances in information and communication technology have changed the way people interact, communicate, learn, and work.  Various virtual communities are emerging, enabling individuals to connect through digital media to share information, exchange ideas, and build relationships unlimited by distance and time. (Widyaningrum, 2021). Digital transformation has also affected the productivity and performance of organizations, including UMKM, where the use of digital technology can help boost productiveness and profitability. However, the process of digital transformation also requires changes in organizational behavior and culture. By leveraging digital technology, organizations can be more flexible, efficient, and innovative, which can ultimately improve competitiveness and long-term profitability

Abstract

Dalam bidang keilmuan diperlukan sebuah pemetaan yang tepat dan jelas untuk setiap bidang. Pemetaan tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan acuan dalam mepertimbangkan pengambilan keputusan yang relevan dengan bidang keilmuan yang dimiliki. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat kecenderungan bidang keilmuan dengan cara pemetaan analisis scientometric dan bibliometric di program studi Pendidikan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer UNJ. Proses pemetaan ini dimulai dengan pengumpulan data mata kuliah, bimbingan skripsi dan artikel/makalah dosen. Kemudian, data tersebut dianalisis dan divisualisasikan dengan software VOSViewer. Hasil analisis menunjukkan kecenderungan bidang Computer Science berdasarkan mata kuliah, Information Technology berdasarkan bimbingan skripsi, dan Pendidikan berdasarkan artikel/makalah dosen.

Abstract

This dedication activity was carried out at the Aula Hotel Linge, Takengon, central Aceh, Indonesia with the target target being the head of the first and upper secondary school level in the district of Central Aceh. This dedication aims to train school leaders and teachers in the use of augmented reality (AR) based learning media. The Augmented Reality application can display 3D objects in the real world through virtual displays, allowing users to interact with virtual objects. This training uses training methods. In this dedication training practice it was found that the head of the school and the teacher better understand the use of augmented reality-based learning media (AR) through increased assembler applications before and after the given training practice. The increase can be seen from the comparison of pre-test and post-test values given at the time of the activity.

Abstract

Empowering communities is key to strengthening local participation and voice, especially in areas facing socio-economic challenges. The purpose of this community dedication activity is to explore a multidisciplinary strategy in empowering communities in Songkhla, Thailand, which is part of the IMT-GT region. Through a qualitative approach, the study analyzes the challenges faced by communities at Songkhlas and identifies various effective empowerment strategies. The results show that its main challenges include the lack of natural resource protection, limited community capacity, and weak coordination among stakeholders. The recommended empowerment strategies include strengthening community capacities through training and support, enhanced partnership and coordination between stakeholder, and the protection of natural resources through environmentally-conscious policies. The findings in this activity highlight the importance of a multidimensional approach in empowering communities in border regions, by involving various stakeholders to inclusive and equitable development

Abstract

Advances in digital technology have had a significant impact on human life, including in the field of education, which has undergone significant changes. Technological advances in education have given rise to various new innovations to support the learning process. Interactive learning media that are in line with current technological developments have a significant impact on learning systems, providing many benefits. However, problems can arise in any school where students feel bored during learning because the learning system is considered to be non-interactive and still uses print media. Therefore, the researcher developed a type of teaching material that can be used by students, namely a learning module for the IPAS subject. One of the digital modules referred to is Flipbook. The use of Flipbook is similar to the use of e-books, but the advantage of Flipbook is that it can be opened page by page like a book and can be accompanied by audio, text, and images, as well as other media such as Augmented Reality (AR). This research uses the ADDIE method, which consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation, but this research is limited to the Development stage only. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and validation tests with media experts and subject matter experts. The platform used to design the Flipbook is Canva, and the 3D Augmented Reality element is created using the Heyzine flipbook.Based on the assessments of media experts and subject matter experts, the results from media experts, namely lecturers and digital classroom teachers in IPAS subjects, were 94%, and the assessments from both subject matter experts, namely IPAS teachers at MIN 20 Aceh Besar were 92%. Therefore, it can be concluded that according to both aspects of the assessment, the Flipbook media is “Highly Suitable” for use by students in classroom learning.
