PT Schenker Petrolog Utama is one of the most prominent companies in Indonesia that handle service in domestic cargo delivery. In analyzing the problems in handling Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) especially for export documents, the author uses a tree analysis consisting of problem tree, target tree, and alternative tree. The first analysis is done in the process of handling export documents. After that, analysis on the root of problem in handling export documents by using questionnaires—it successfully identifies four problems: lack of human resources, poor communication among the employees in handling export documents, computer network system which is in problem, and slow response from the customer to confirm the export documents. Subsequently, analysis on the solutions or alternative actions for those problems in handling export documents.

Human resources (HR) is one of the most important factor in an organization, especially for PT. PELNI, a prominent goverment-owned marine transportation company.This study aims to determine the factors which can improve the performance of employees at PT.PELNI. Upon getting feed back from 78 employees, it is obvious that the company has apparently been successful in motivating its employees to demonstrate good performance. Success indication can be seen from the regression coefficient X2 (Work Motivation) of 0.428. While the regression coefficient X1 (Leadership Style) of 0.357. This indicates that the motivation influences employee performance greater than leadership. Accordingly, PT. Pelni can be taken as an example of a good company in motivating its employees.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation of stripping process and stuffing process of Excavator distribution at PLB ware house Kawasan Berikat Nusantara company. The problem in this research is the limitation of operational equipment, lack of maintenance service of operational equipment, and lac of number of employees. Quantitatif method with multiple linera regression technique was used in this research. There were 28 employees as sample. The result shows that the stripping process and stuffing process were significant positive relation with spareparts distribution Excavator at Kawasan Berikat Nusantara company.

The objective of the research is to determine the correlation between Employees’ Competence (Ko) and Service Quality (Ku) with Aviation Safety (Ks). The research was conducted at PT. Jasa Angkasa Semesta Tbk Jakarta Eksport warehouse with n = 45 respondent decided fixed due to saturate sample. Data analysis uses simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, simple correlation and partial correlation. The result are as follow ; (1) there is positive correlation between employees’ competence (Ko) and aviation safety (Ks), (2) there is positive correlation between service quality (Ku) and aviation safety (Ks) (3) there is positive correlation between employees’ competence and service quality all together toward aviation safety . Based on the result of research, aviation safety could be enhanced by increasing employees’ competence and service quality.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel-variabel bebas, yaitu promosi dan harga terhadap minat beli penumpang kapal kelud tahun 2020. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini merupakan penumpang kapal Kelud pada PT. PELNI tahun 2020 periode libur natal dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 orang responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling accidental. Data diolah secara kuantitatif dengan pengujian instrument menggunakan uji validasi dan uji reabilitas. Teknik analisa data menggunakan Analisis regresi linear berganda, Uji – T, Uji – F dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel promosi dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli penumpang dengan tingkat determinansi sebesar 71.5% dimana 28.5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya.

The purpose of this study is to investigate parking stand on apron capacity in occupied time. The method of this study was field research and library research. The data was analyzed by using queue theory. The result of this study shows that P, as a level of service facility in occupied time, is 83.33%. Po, probability of 0 planes in queue, is 80%. Lq (average planes in queue in occupied time) is 2.44 planes each hour. Ls (number of planes in total system in occupied time)is 15.77 planes each hour. Wq (average time in queue) in occupied time is 15 minutes. Ws (the average time in queue total system) in occupied timeis 95 minutes. Based on the data, parking stand at international airport Adisutjipto Yogyakarta is not optimal because the number of flight is too crowded in occupied time. It causes the queue of planes at the airport.

The purpose of the research is to find out the effect of the first security inspection place monitoring to flight safety implementation in Husein Sastranegara International Airport. The analysis techniques used in this study were simple linier regression, coefficient correlation, determinant coefficient and hypothesis test. The result shows that there is a balance effect between the first security inspection place monitoring and flight safety implementation based on simple linear regression analysis Y = 20,601 + 0,656X which means each changes from one variable X will be followed by Y changes of 0,656 times X in constant of 20,601. Based on coefficient correlation analysis, r= 0.735 is close to 1 that there is a strong and positive relation between the first security inspection place monitoring and flight safety implementation in Husein Sastranegara International Airport. Based on the determinant coefficient analysis, 54 % shows the contribution of variable X (first security inspection place) to variable Y (flight safety implementation) while the other 42 % is from other factors. The last result is t count > t table: 5,729 > 1,701 from hypothesis test which means there is a significant relation between X and Y variables (Ho is rejected while Ha is accepted).

PT Monang Sianipar Abadi (MSA) Cargo is freight forwarding company that serve in shipping goods domestically and internationally, customs clearance and imported warehouse sales or warehousing. MSA Cargo has some branches that focus more on import division to increase imported warehouse space. The objective of this study is to find out the exact business strategy of this company by using SWOT analysis method. The result of the study shows that the company strategy is horizontal strategy. This strategy is gained from 2 SWOT matrix methods, which are IE matrix and SPACE matrix whose data are produced from the result of IE evaluation Matrix with the internal factor of (3.01) and the external factor of (2.98) for IE matrix data and for SPACE matrix, the data are gained from IE evaluation matrix balanced total with the horizontal X axis of (0.63) and vertical Y axis of (0.84). Therefore, by using the integration of horizontal strategy, the company will have a big control of the competitor companies.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang signifikan dimiliki oleh PT.Wahana Multi Logistik pada tahun 2020 – 2021, untuk kemudian mengetahui analisis strategi yang diperlukan oleh PT.Wahana Multi Logistik dalam meningkatkan daya saing pada masa pandemi tahun 2020 – 2021. Metode atau desain penelitian ini merupakan skema penelitian yang disusun sedemikian rupa sehingga peneliti dapat memeperoleh jawaban terhadap pertanyaan penelitian. Metode penelitian kualitatif dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah matriks TOWS, matriks BCG dan Ansoff Matrix. Hasil pada penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa berdasarkan perhitungan yang didapat pada nilai tertimbang Matrix Internal Factor Evaluasion (IFE Matrix) adalah 3,26 yang berarti memiliki indikasi bahwa posisi PT. Wahana Multi Logistik memiliki posisi internal yang sangat kuat. Sedangkan nilai tertimbang Matrix Eksternal Factor Evaluasion (EFE Matrix) adalah 3,44 yang mengidikasikan bahwa PT. Wahana Multi Logistik dalam menghadapi peluang dan ancaman yang cukup kuat. Pada Matriks Boston Consulting Group, Kondisi PT. Wahana Multi Logistik berada pada kuadran pertama, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan berada dalam kondisi yang sangat menguntungkan karena memilki kekuatan sehingga dapat memilih beberapa peluang dan strategi yang dihasilkan dari matriks tersebut. Pada Matriks Ansoff , Strategi yang didapat berdasarkan Forum Discussion Group ialah Product Development dimana perusahaan dapat melakukan produksi produk Dangerous Packaging yang awalnya perusahaan bekerjasama dengan perusahan lainnya, mungkin kedepannya dapat memproduksi produk sendiri.

Knowledge of Halal Logistics and Dangerous Goods is a basic necessity for logistics students in the era of asean economic and globalization society. Human resources readiness becomes a basic requirement to be able to compete for students. The partner of this activity is Indonesian Logistic Community (ILC) Chapter Academic. The problem facing partners today is the lack of knowledge of members on Halal Logistics and Dangerous Goods. The purpose of this activity is; provide basic knowledge about Halal Logistics and Dangerous Goods in the world of transportation and logistics, considering the increasing volume of movement of dangerous goods and also public interest in halal logistics as part of the lifestyle so that the logistics community needs to have knowledge about both things. Participants of this activity are members of ILC Chapter Academics plus PKM Team and ITL Trisakti students who numbered 94 people. The activity time is February 23, 2021. Method of activity through the introduction of Halal logistics and handling of dangerous goods using training methods, question and answer and video playback. The result of this activity is increased knowledge about Halal logistics and handling of dangerous goods in the world of transportation and logistics.
