Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kewajaran harga dan inovasi pelayanan terhadap niat beli yang dimediasi kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) di Stasiun Gambir selama Pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan daftar pertanyaan melalui google form. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 182 responden. Analisis data menggunakan SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa  kewajaran harga dan inovasi pelayanan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, demikian juga  kewajaran harga, inovasi pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap  niat beli.  Inovasi pelayanan berpengaruh terbesar terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan mampu memediasi niat beli, sehingga PT. KAI harus terus melakukan Inovasi Pelayanan untuk mendapatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan meningkatkan niat beli pelanggan.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to find out the effect of the first security inspection place monitoring to flight safety implementation in Husein Sastranegara International Airport.  The analysis techniques used in this study were simple linier regression, coefficient correlation, determinant coefficient and hypothesis test. The result shows that there is a balance effect between the first security inspection place monitoring and flight safety implementation based on simple linear regression analysis Y = 20,601 + 0,656X which means each changes from one variable X will be followed by Y changes of 0,656 times X in constant of 20,601. Based on coefficient correlation analysis, r= 0.735 is close to 1 that there is a strong and positive relation between the first security inspection place monitoring and flight safety implementation in Husein Sastranegara International Airport. Based on the determinant coefficient analysis, 54 % shows the contribution of variable X (first security inspection place) to variable Y (flight safety implementation) while the other 42 % is from other factors. The last result is t count > t table: 5,729 > 1,701 from hypothesis test which means there is a significant relation between X and Y variables (Ho is rejected while Ha is accepted).

Abstract

Undang-undang Republik Indonesia No. 1 tahun 2009 tentang penerbangan yang disyahkan oleh Dewan Perwakilan rayat dan Presiden Republik Indonesia merupakan acuan dan standar keselamatan penerbangan sipil yang harus dipatuhi dan dilaksanakan oleh seluruh perusahaan penerbangan yang beroperasi di di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman, kepatuhan dan tanggung jawab konsumen penerbangan domestik di Indonesia terhadap Undang-undang Republik Indonesia No. 1 tahun 2009 tentang penerbangan. Kenyataannya masyarakat pengguna jasa penerbangan masih ada yang belum memahami, patuh dan tanggung jawab terhadap peraturan tentang keamanan  dan keselamatan penerbangan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan berbagai asumsi yang mendasarinya dengan menggunakan 74 responden penumpang penerbangan domestik di Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat memberikan masukan yang berharga kepada pemerintah selaku regulator dan perusahaan penerbangan selaku operator dalam hal perlunya pemahaman, kepatuhan dan tanggung jawab dari konsumen penerbangan di Indonesia terhadap isi dari Undang-undang Republik Indonesia No. 1 tahun 2009 tentang penerbangan yang terkait dengan penumpang perusahaan penerbangan.

Abstract

Singapore Airlines is one of the best full service airlines in the world. The problem of the study was the effect of service quality of the airlines to the passengers’ loyalty of Singapore-Jakarta route in 2017. This study was aimed at finding out the above statement. To analyze the problem, the researchers were using analysis of simple linear regression. The data was taken from 154 passengers’ statement of SQ 958 Singapore-Jakarta route. The result shows the low effect of X and Y variables. Based on t-table result that Ha is accepted while Ho is not accepted, there is a significant and positive low effect of X (service quality) and Y (passengers’ loyalty) variables.

Abstract

Climate Change is one of the negative impact of globalization which currently challenges  the world community. Climate change is also an important issue in the global aviation sector. However, the growth of  CO2 and Greenhouse Gas emissions from the global aviation sector continues to increase in line with the demand for aviation services. This paper aims to describe the growth of global aviation industry which has an impact on the  increasing of carbon emissions (CO2) trend globally and the mitigation efforts to anticipate weather worsening in the future.  The result shows that the growth of Passenger Kilometer Revenue (RPK) on international flights since 2010 has continued to increase significantly. In general, the global aviation industry (including domestic and international; both passenger and cargo) is estimated to contribute to climate change through 1.9% greenhouse gas emissions (which includes all greenhouse gases) and 2.5% CO2 emissions, and 3. 5% of “Effective Radiative Forcing' (ERF).The reduction of CO2 emissions from the aviation sector includes: 1) improvement of technological efficiency; 2) increased operational efficiency, 3) Use of alternative fuels ,4) change the travel behaviour, etc. Moreover, the mitigation strategies to reduce the impact of AIC (Aircraft-Induced Clouds) in the short term and at low cost can be carried out by operational changes to the aircraft trajectory and adaptation of jet engine fuel.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the priority suppliers in the repackaging division. The main problem is that there are no results of the assessment of the existing criteria, namely one criterion with other criteria is considered to be superior in selecting a vendor. This study uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process analysis tool. The results of this assessment are the supplier's performance to the company using the AHP method based on the right criteria, namely, Dynastyindo with very good results and World Expert with quite good results. The Dynastyndo vendor is classified as very good for March 2021, while the World Expert vendor can improve its performance further. The key findings are, the criteria that are considered most important at this time are price and both services. So that these two things can be focused which can then be seen in terms of which sub-criteria or indicators need to be repaired from vendors who have problems.Policy recommendations as a follow-up to research that still has limitations, it is necessary to carry out actual vendor assessments for all vendors that work with PT. DG Pack Wahana Multi Logsitk using actual data from the current month.

Abstract

Finding out how digital marketing affects the marketing effectiveness of micro, small, and medium-sized firms (MSMEs) in East Java, Indonesia, is the aim of this study. Data from 351 SMEs were gathered using the structural equation model (SEM) to evaluate the research hypothesis. According to the study's results, digital marketing considerably improves MSMEs' marketing efficiency. It was also discovered that digital marketing acts as a link between the marketing performance and capabilities of MSMEs. For MSMEs in East Java and other parts of Indonesia, as well as for policymakers and academics interested in promoting the growth and development of the MSME sector, these findings have significant ramifications.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to ascertain how consumer purchasing choices at Warung Selasih Kadungora Garut were influenced by price, café ambiance, and social media. In this study, data were gathered using the Accidental Sampling technique using a questionnaire with 91 respondents. The research used a quantitative approach together with a descriptive examination of case studies. Data analysis used normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests utilizing Durbin Watson tests, and hypothesis testing to identify which variables had a meaningful link. Validity and reliability tests were applied to data instruments. The partial t-test produced a tcount price variable of 0.867 1973 and a significant value of 0.242 > 0.05, showing that the test was not significant. Then, Ho is approved while Ha is turned down. A significant value was 0.342 > 0.05, suggesting that the cafe atmosphere variable is not significant. The cafe atmosphere variable received 15 tcount from the t-test (partial) computation, and it was 0.834 1.873. Additionally, the social media variables obtained from the partial t-test calculation produced the values 6.174> 1.873 for the tcount social media variables and a significant value of 0.000 0.05, indicating significant.

Abstract

Memahami tentang karakter bencana baik bencana yang diakibatkan oleh alam maupun bencana yang ditimbulkan oleh kegiatan manusia adalah sesuatu hal yang sangat penting, karena kita akan bisa meminimalisir dampak dari bencana ketika bencana tersebut terjadi. Pengetahuan mengenai kebencanaan harus disampaikan dan diajarkan sedini mungkin, mulai dari anak usia TK sampai dengan dewasa. Salah satu upaya untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai kebencanaan adalah dengan melakukan sosialisasi cara penanganan jika terjadi bencana ke sekolah-sekolah. Pengabdian masyarakat dengan judul Sosialisasi dan Pelatihan Penanganan Bencana bertujuan untuk membangun konsep pendidikan kebencanaan pada anak usia sekolah, dan luarannya adalah peningkatan kesadaran dan pengetahuan akan bencana, sadar bencana dan tangguh akan bencana. Dalam rangka tujuan tersebut, team Dosen ITL TRISAKTI sebanyak 3 orang bersama mahasiswa pendukung sebanyak 4 orang, melakukan sosialisasi tentang kebencanaan dan penanganan bencana yang dilakukan dengan cara presentasi, diskusi, tanya jawab, pre test dan post test kemudian pemutaran video kepada siswa SMPN 9 kota bekasi yang dihadiri sebanyak 52 siswa. Berdasarkan perbandingan hasil pre test dan post test dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pengetahuan siswa SMPN 9 kota Bekasi antara sebelum dan sesudah menjalani kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan penanganan bencana.
