Abstract

Batik craft in Banjarnegara Regency is one of superior product with Gumelem Kulon Village, Gumelem Wetan and Penetan Village Wetan, Susukan Sub-district as its center. There are 59 UKM batik tulis and 11 UKM batik cap in Susukan. UKM is spread in Gumelem Wetan Village 26 UKM, Gumelem Kulon Village 29 UKM, Village Penangkusan Wetan 11 UKM, Kulon 2 UKM and Susukan 2 UKM. The use of natural dyes in batik business become environmentally friendly business potential. Batik UKM in Kecamatan Susukan engaged in batik activities with natural dye there are two UKM that using natural dyes is Giri Alam and Prana Mukti. Both UKM began the production of batik tulis with natural dyes since2015. The purpose of this community service activities was to help batik craftsmen in improving their income and welfare with a healthy production process and environmentally friendly. This activity uses socialization of natural dyes based on local potential, health and safety socialization in batik process, business management and production assistance activities and advisory activities for the application of liquid waste processing technology. The result of this activity are innovation of batik cap product with natural dye, method of application of wastewater treatment technology, metod of application of electric stove technology for melt wax, community empowerment model by giving priority to safety and hearlth of batik craftsmen group.

Abstract

Farmer of cassava in Karanganyar village of Banjarnegara have social characteristic different economics with other farmer. Intention of research is to know social characteristic of economics farmer of cassava that is farmer age, other production contribution, amount of family responsibility, wide of farm, and production able to influence level earnings farmer of cassava. Research method the used is method survey approach of case study. Method intake of sampel is Simple Random Sampling. Data analysis is doubled linear regresi with test by parsial (Uji-T) and simultaneously (Uji-F) and also analyse coefficient of determinasi (R2). Result of research indicate that: a). By parsial (Variable Uji-t) old age farmer, amount of family responsibility, and production in the reality do not have an effect on reality to level earnings farmer of cassava, while other production contribution and wide of farm in the reality have an effect on reality, b). Simultaneously (Uji-F) indicate that all social variable of the economics have an effect on manifestly to level earnings farmer of cassava, c). coefficient of determinasi (R2) indicate that level earnings farmer of cassava 97,9% influenced by all variable of social economic, farmer age, while the rest 2,1% influenced by other variable which do not check. Its conclusion that social characteristic of economics influencing level earnings farmer of cassava is farmer age, other production contribution, amount of family responsibility, wide of farm, and production.

Abstract

Gambir Jasmine is one of the unique and rare commodities, it is only found in the Rakit Subdistrict Banjarnegara Regency. The difference potential of each village in producing jasmine gambir commodity causes differences in the distribution of the commodities its produces. It means that there is a gambir jasmine commodities evenly distributed in each village and there are concentrated in one village. The research that is important about potential and distribution analysis, development and implementation strategy of commodity growth centers gambir jasmine and potential area of ​​its development so that commodities of gambir jasmine can be supreme and mainstay commodity in Rakit District Banjarnegara Regency. The aim of this research is to analyze the potential and distribution of Gambir Jasmine as a mainstay commodity on each village, determine commodity distribution and development strategy of gambir jasmine areas in Rakit subdistrict. This research was conducted by using survey method with main target is all farmer of gambir jasmine in Rakit District. The data analysis used Location Quotient, Shift Analysis, Super Impose, analysis of localization and specialization coefficient. The result shows that all villages in Rakit District have potential for development gambir jasmine as mainstay commodity, distribution commodity it’s spread all over villages in Rakit Subdistrict so that comparative advantages could be known or different. In addition all villages in Rakit Subdistrict don’t have certain event to develop gambir jasmine. Based on SWOT analysis so that analysis produced gambier jasmine development strategies in Rakit. Abstract

Tujuan jangka panjang dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah membantu petani ubi kayu dalam menemukan, menggambarkan dan menjelaskan tentang pengambilan keputusan berusahatani dalam rangka meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan. Sedangkan target khusus penelitian ini adalah petani dapat melakukan analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi, efisiensi penggunaan biaya dan menentukan besarnya pendapatan yang diperoleh dari usahatani ubi kayu secara tepat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada petani ubi kayu di Desa Karanganyar. Sasaran utama adalah para petani ubi kayu di Desa Karanganyar. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling. Metode pengambilan datanya dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, pencatatan dan observasi serta data yang dikumpulkan terdiri atas data primer dan sekunder. Adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji statistiknya menggunakan uji secara parsial dan simultan serta dihitung juga koefisien determinasinya, analisis efisiensi biaya dan analisis biaya serta pendapatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berdasarkan uji secara parsial (uji t) faktor produksi luas lahan, tenaga kerja, pupuk dan pestisida ternyata tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tingkat produksi ubi kayu, sedangkan faktor produksi bibit tanaman berpengaruh nyata. Secara uji simultan (uji f) justru semua faktor produksi berpengaruh nyata terhadap tingkat produksi. Berdasarkan analisis penerimaan rata-rata ubi kayu diperoleh sebesar Rp. 9.069,813,-, biaya produksi rata-rata sebesar Rp. 6.331,160,- sehingga analisis pendapatan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp. 2.738,654,-. Efisiensi biaya produksi (Eb) menunjukkan efisiensi yang ditandai dengan nilai Eb>1.

Abstract

Buah carica merupakan buah khas daerah yang tumbuh Dieng Kulon Banjarnegara. Keberadaan buah carica sampai saat ini terus diupayakan dan dikembangkan melalui teknologi diversifikasi produk menjadi aneka olahan pangan yang bernilai tinggi serta berdaya saing. Salah satu kelompok masyarakat ekonomi produktif yang melakukan teknologi pengolahan manisan carica adalah kelompok yang tergabung dalam usaha mikro kecil dan menengah carica izayo Dieng Kulon Banjarnegara. Tujuan kegiatan tersebut adalah untuk membantu kelompok masyarakat ekonomi produktif dalam meningkatkan pendapatan dan kemandirian usaha pengolahan manisan carica agar memiliki nilai tambah dan daya saing sebagai komoditas unggulan daerah umumnya di wilayah Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Melalui kegiatan transfer teknologi pengolahan manisan carica secara tepat akan dapat membantu kelompok masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk khas unggulan daerah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendidikan masyarakat, difusi ipteks, dan advokasi. Hasil kegiatan secara khusus menunjukkan bahwa kelompok masyarakat 80 % meningkat pengetahuan dan keterampilannya dalam pengolahan manisan carica yang meliputi tahapan mulai dari sortasi, pengupasan, pencucian, pembelahan, pemisahan biji, pengirisan, perendaman air kapur, pencucian, perebusan, penirisan, pewadahan serta penambahan sirup, penutupan (sealer), pasteurisasi, pendinginan, pengemasan dan pelabelan.
