Abstract

Hand hygiene is activities to clean hands with alcohol-based soap and water (hand wash) or (hand rub), washing hands also acts as a breaker of disease transmission chain. Nurse hand hygiene behaviour can affect the health of nurses and clients in preventing the transmission of HAIs (Health care associated infection) infection. The objective of research was to determine correlation of nurse knowledge level with the compliance implementation of hand hygiene. The design used quantitative analytic with cross sectional method. The samples were 34 respondents used total sampling technique. The variables researched include the dependent variable is compliance with the implementation of hand hygiene and the independent variable is nurses' knowledge. The method of collecting data used questionnaire with the observation and analysis used chi square test with significance value α=0,05. The result showed there are significance correlations with P value=0,003 which means small than α value=0,05. Concluded there is correlation of nurse knowledge level with the compliance implementation of hand hygiene in interna room of RSUD Toto Kabila.

Abstract

Motivasi kerja adalah suatu hasil kerja yang dicapai seseorang dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas yang didasarkan atas kecakapan, pengalaman dan kesungguhan serta waktu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan Peran Interpersonal Kepala Ruangan dengan Motivasi Kerja Perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Toto Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat yang bekerja Di RSUD Toto Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango yang berjumlah 105. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik probability sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat uji Chi square. Hasil penelitian ini sangat nyata dengan nilai P Value= ,000 pada taraf uji <α =0,05. Kesimpulan: ada hubungan peran interpersonal kepala ruangan dengan motivasi kerja perawat di RSUD Toto Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango, dengan kata lain Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

One of the problems for the elderly during the COVID-19 pandemic is limited mobility due to activities that only take place at home during the pandemic. This causes the daily activities of the elderly to be limited. This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and the independence of the elderly in fulfilling daily activities during the Covid-19 pandemic in Tenggela Village. The research is descriptive correlation type with a cross sectional study approach. The population is the elderly in Tenggela Village, It was concluded that there was a relationship between family support and the independence of the elderly in fulfilling daily activities during the Covid-19 pandemic in Tenggela Village.

Abstract

SBAR (Situation, Background, Assessment, & Recommendation) is a framework of communication techniques used between health service teams in communicating to convey patient conditions. SBAR is an effective form of communication that is used to avoid mistakes in managing actions on patients, preventing unexpected events and preventing injury to patients. the purpose of this study was to observe the SBAR communication method. This study used an observational and descriptive research design with an analytical approach to the SBAR communication method. With 12 nurses. This study uses data collection procedures by observing and documenting. Based on the results of the study, the average situational communication was 72.7%. Background communication obtained an average result of 79.15%. Assessment communication obtained an average result of 97.21%. Communication recommendations obtained an average result is 100%.
