Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the relationship of Knowledge, Motivation and Training with Quality Documentation of Nursing Care in Internal Room of RSUD Dr. MM Dunda Limboto. This research use descriptive analytic research design with cross sectional approach. The population of this study is all nurses who are in the internal room of RSUD Dunda Limboto, with a sample size of 35 nurses using Total Sampling technique. Data is collected through Cakeys. The results showed: 1) There is influence of knowledge with documentation quality of nursing care with pvalue value 0.002, 2) There is influence of nurse motivation with documentation quality of nursing care with p value 0,015 3) There is no effect of training with documentation quality of nursing care with pvalue value 0.152.

Abstract

Perawat dalam menjalankan perannya sebagai care giver  memandang pasien secara holistik, sehingga perawat sangat berperan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan spiritual pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Hubungan Peran Perawat Sebagai Care Giver Dengan Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Spiritual Pasien di Ruang Rawat Inap Internal RSUD Hasrie Ainun Habibie  Provinsi Gorontalo. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah populasi 199 pasien. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Consecutive Sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 responden,  11 responden (36,3%) merasa terpenuhi kebutuhan spiritualnya, dan 19 responden (63,7%) merasa tidak terpenuhi kebutuhan spiritualnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan nilai P Value = 0.000 dimana lebih kecil dari a(0,05) sehingga ada hubungan signifikan Peran Perawat sebagai Care Giver  dengan Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Spiritual Pasien di Ruang Rawat Inap Interna RSUD dr. Hasri Ainun Habibie Provinsi Gorontalo. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini  diharapkan Perawat mampu meningkatkan Perannya  sebagai Caregiver  khususnya dalam Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Spiritual Pasien.

Abstract

Hand hygiene is activities to clean hands with alcohol-based soap and water (hand wash) or (hand rub), washing hands also acts as a breaker of disease transmission chain. Nurse hand hygiene behaviour can affect the health of nurses and clients in preventing the transmission of HAIs (Health care associated infection) infection. The objective of research was to determine correlation of nurse knowledge level with the compliance implementation of hand hygiene. The design used quantitative analytic with cross sectional method. The samples were 34 respondents used total sampling technique. The variables researched include the dependent variable is compliance with the implementation of hand hygiene and the independent variable is nurses' knowledge. The method of collecting data used questionnaire with the observation and analysis used chi square test with significance value α=0,05. The result showed there are significance correlations with P value=0,003 which means small than α value=0,05. Concluded there is correlation of nurse knowledge level with the compliance implementation of hand hygiene in interna room of RSUD Toto Kabila.

Abstract

Emotional intelligence is needed to be able to hold someone solve problems and overcome things that are around him. Puasa Daud can have a positive impact on the psyche, mental retention, self-control, stress control, and psyhophysical therapy. Purpose of research; To know the influence of Puasa Daud on Emotonal Intelligence of Ma’had Al-Husain bin’Ali Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo. The design of this study used Pre Experiment with One Group Pre-test and Post-test design. Sample of 15 respondents. The result of the research using Paired T-Test statistic test showed emotonal intelligence after done the fasting teratment daud got sig value. 0,000 (p <0.05). the conclusion in this research is that there is influence of Puasa Daud to Emotional Intelligence of Ma’had Al-Husain bin ‘Ali Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo.

Abstract

Quality of health care in a hospital is required in order to maintain the number of visits, both curative visit and rehabilitative visit. Good quality service is expected by the patients (customers),   it can be a encouragement for the customers to establish strong ties with the service provider such as hospitals, especially, in the globalization era where the competition among health care providers both public and private get stronger ( Kadir, 2002). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the service quality (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and  physical evidence) and the increase the visit number of outpatient unit at Prof. Dr. Aloei Saboe General Hospital in Gorontalo City. The method used in this research was survey research with an analytical approach. The population was the entire patients of Aloei Saboe Hospital in 2012. The samples were 110 people, taken from all outpatients, by proportional stratified random sampling. There is a relationship between reliability with increased outpatient visits. The test result obtained x2 count (13.838), greater than the x2 table (3,841) phi value of 0.34, whereas the OR value of 6.341, meant that reliability increased 6.3 times the number of outpatient visits. Service responsiveness test results showed that there is a relationship between responsiveness and the increase of outpatient visits. The Service Assurance of Aloei Saboe was lack. The test results showed there is relationship between assurance with the increase of outpatient visits. The test results also showed there is relationship between empathy with the increase of outpatient visit. The test results showed an association between physical evidence with the increased of outpatient visit at Aloei Saboe Hospital.

Abstract

The Factors that Influence the Society in Utilization of Herbal in the village of West Pilohayanga su-district of Telaga Gorontalo Regency Gorontalo Province.Herbs are natural ingredients that are useful to increase endurance and can treat various diseases. The purpose of this research to determine the factors that influence the society in using of herbal in the village of West Pilohayanga sub-district of Telaga Gorontalo Regency. Design research using descriptive survey with cross sectional approach. Sampling used random sampling technique systematic sample of 36 respondents. The society use herbal 61.1%, good knowledge society 69.4%, the society habit 58.3%, high-income society 19.4%. After statistical test showed knowledge p value = 0.043, habit p value = 0.028, and revenue p value = 0.005. Conclusion there is has the influence of knowledge, there is the influence of habit, and there is has the inluence of income on the utilization of herbals.

Abstract

Increasing the popolation of mental disorders, making a variety of health problems and diseases that are typical in humans are increasing. The way to control the recurrence of sensory hallucinatory perception disturbances is by dhikr technique. Dhikr is the highest commemoration of prayer, in which there are various strengths and great benefits to our lives. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of dzikir technique on recurrence rate in sensory auditory sensory perception patients at Tombulilato Bone Bolango Hospital, Gorontalo. This research design uses one group pretest postest research design that aims to reveal the cause of effect on one group of subjects that will be observed before the intervention and then re-observation after the intervention. The sample in this study were 22 patients of auditory hallucinations. The result of research shows that there is the effect of dzikir technique on the recurrence rate of sensory perception of auditory hallucinations in RSUD Tombulilato Subdistrict Bone Raya Bone Bolango District because P value = 0.000 (p <O, 005).

Abstract

Dokumentasi proses asuhan keperawatan sebagai informasi keperawatan secara tertulis yang yang merupakan dasar komunikasi yang akurat dan lengkap dalam tanggung jawab perawat, sehingga dokumentasi proses asuhan keperawatan sangat penting bagi perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan untuk menunjang pelayanan keperawatn yang diberikan kepada pasien yang merupakan tanggung jawab dan tanggung gugat dari berbagai kemungkinan masalah yang dialami pasien masalah kepuasan maupun ketidakpuasan terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan pelaksanaan manajemen pelaksanaan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan di puskesmas medical center kwandang. Jenis penelitian cross sectional study. Sampel  menggunakan metode total sampling sebanyak 19 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dari 19 responden terdapat 36,8 % responden  yang mengatakan fungsi manajemen baik dan responden yang mengatakan fungsi manajemen cukup sebanyak 63,2 %. Terdapat 73,7% yang memiliki motivasi rendah dan 26,3 %responden yang memiliki motivasi tinggi. Terdapat 26,3% responden yang melaksanakan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan baik dan 73,7 % responden yang melaksanakan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan kurang. Disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara fungsi manajemen dan motivasi perawat dalam pelaksanaan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan kepeda puskesmas medical center kwandang agar lebih meningkatkan fungsi manajemen keperawatan dan motivasi perawat dalam pelaksanaan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan.

Abstract

BPH  constituting hyperplasia urgent periuretra gland network prostate to perifer. Its prevalence increases in line with age step-up on man. age end man 38 49 beresiko's years 8% suffers BPH and ages 60 70 jeopardy year increases to become 34%. Cause of BPH being known by ala must. But there is umpteen hypothesis names that BPH hand in glove bearing it with increasing dihidrotestosteron's rate (DHT) and process gets old .  To the effect in peneitian this is subject to be know wont relationship smokes with instance BPH. Research utilizes to methodic cross sectional   study.  Analisis is data did by analisis univariat and analisis is bivariate by use of quiz chi square is test . observational result wont smokes that in reference to instance BPH is custom smoking =12 erects perhari total 20 respondents (80,0%) with p value 0,001.There is relationship among custom smoking with instance BPH  at care room dissects RSUD. Abstract

The proportion of patients with smear-positive pulmonary TB in 2012 that 141 people (1:56%) of the total population were found smear-positive and amounted to 130 people (1.44%) of the total population. From the data Bolangitang Health Center in 2012 it is known that there is a population of 9,027 souls 189 (2.09%) were estimated economic suspected pulmonary TB and the suspected when examined totaled 180 people (1.99%). While in 2013 the number of TB patients increased again that 157 people (1:59%) of the total population. Formulation of the problem ie what are the factors associated with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in Puskesmas Bolangitang Mongondow Bolaang North In 2013?. The purpose of the study to determine the factors associated with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in Puskesmas Bolangitang Bolaang North Mongondow. The research design used in this study is the design of the study is descriptive and analytical research methods research is conducted with the main objective to create a picture / relationship about a situation objectively. The survey results revealed that the value of alpha chi square 38.000 with α = 0.000> 0.05 means that there is a relationship between age and the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis. Chi-square value of 18,661 with a significant level of α = 0.000> 0.05 means that there is a relationship between poverty and the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis. Chi-square value of 16,765 with a significant level of α = 0.000> 0.05 means that there is a relationship between poverty and the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis.  ased on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that age, poverty and the environment associated with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in Puskesmas Bolangitang Bolaang North Mongondow.
