Abstract

In this research, researchers want to know what factors that can affect the performance of employees especially in a hospital which is a health facility. So that writers do associated research the influence of motivation and style of non medical employee performance in Islamic hospital of PDHI Yogyakarta. In this research the use writers and quantitative methods got that koefisiensi regression value of the motivation variable (X1) of 0,392 And value the regression coefficient multiple for variable leadership style (X2) of 0,184. There are significant influence between variables motivations (X1) and variable leadership style (X2) To employee performance (Y). So that, Ho refused and Ha accepted. This means that motivation (X1) Shown to have a positive effect on performance (Y) employees of in hospital of Islamic hospital of PDHI Yogyakarta. This means that if the incentives given the better, will improve employee performance in Islamic hospital of PDHI Yogyakarta

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marketing, service and promotion strategies on the decision to buy train tickets at PT KAI DAOP VI Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques through interviews with data collection instruments in the form of a questionnaire. This study uses quantitative analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, significance test (t test and F test). The results of the study obtained the results of the regression equation Y = -0.130 + 0.341 X1 + 0.396 X2 + 0.318 X3, which means that the influence of marketing, service and promotion strategies affects the decision to buy train tickets at PT KAI DAOP VI Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the method of digital learning transformation to support Merdeka Learning at the Merdeka Campus after the Covid-19 pandemic at the Yogyakarta Administrative Management Academy. This research method uses a qualitative approach. The number of respondents is 116 people, who are participating in teaching and learning activities using the digital learning transformation method. The results showed that 112 people (96.5%) supported, while 4 people (3.5%) did not support the implementation of digital learning transformation and Merdeka Learning Merdeka Campus. The challenges of digital learning transformation are weak internet signal, limited quota, smartphones or laptops that are not suitable for the application being operated, the ability to adapt to the presence of new technology, and the availability of existing memory.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the unemployment rate increased because companies reduced the number of employees. The Labor and Transmigration Office of the DIY Province takes a role in reducing unemployment rate in Kota Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study is to explain the role of the Labor and Transmigration Office of DIY Province in an effort to reduce unemployment in the era of the new normal in the city of Yogyakarta. The research data was collected through observation, interviews, document studies and literature studies. The role of the Labor and Transmigration Office of DIY Province, as a result of this research, is to create programs and activities for the community of Kota Yogyakarta so that the community has certified knowledge and abilities, namely the Workforce Certification Activity Program, Apprenticeship Program, Business Assistance Program for Educated Independent Workers ( TKMT) and Technical Guidance for Accreditation and Instructor Accreditation of Job Training Institutes (LPK) and Job Training Centers (BLK).

Abstract

Pembelian terhadap suatu produk tidak sesederhana yang konsumen pikirkan, diperlukan informasi yang cukup untuk membuat sebuah keputusan. Adanya informasi melalui brosur, informasi melalui media masa lainnya bahkan informasi dari orang lain sangat penting untuk memutuskan pembelian, terutama terkait harga dan apa yang diperoleh setelah melakukan pembelian. Tujuan daripada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan membeli produk berupa perumahan di PT. Puriland Development Nasional Purworejo. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 65 pelanggan PT Puriland Development Nasional di Kab. Purworejo yang dijadikan responden penelitian dan berfungsi mewakili populasinya. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik Purposive Sampling, teknik pengambilan sampel didasarkan atas tujuan tertentu. Hasil penelitian ini adalah : Secara parsial variabel harga (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan membeli yang dibuktikan oleh nilai sig. 0,000 dan T-hitung = 3,314 lebih dari T-tabel = 1,995. Secara parsial variabel promosi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan yang dibuktikan oleh nilai sig. 0,000 dan T-hitung = 5414 lebih dari T-tabel = 1,995. Secara bersama-sama faktor-faktor harga (X1), dan promosi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan yang dibuktikan oleh nilai sig. 0,000 dan F-hitung = 85,326 lebih dari F-tabel = 3,145. Variabel promosi merupakan variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan yang dibuktikan oleh nilai sig. 0,000 dan T-hitung = 5,450 lebih dari T-tabel = 1,265.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, the aviation industry is facing increasingly fierce competition. Therefore, it is important to understand the factors that influence customer satisfaction in the context of airlines. This study aims to see how much influence service quality has on customer satisfaction of Batik Air airline passengers at Abdulrachman Saleh Malang Airport. This research was conducted at Abdulrachman Saleh Malang Airport. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to Batik Air airline passengers at Abdulrachman Saleh Malang Airport. The research used by researchers is field research which uses a quantitative approach, namely testing or analyzing data and calculating numbers and then drawing conclusions from the testing. Based on the results of a simple regression test, it is known that service quality variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of Batik Air airline passengers at Abdulrachman Saleh Malang Airport. This significant effect can be seen based on the results of t-tests on independent variables of management information systems obtained a Sig value of 0.001. A probability value greater than the Sig value (0.05 greather than 0.001) can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that service quality variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of Batik Air airline passengers at Abdulrachman Saleh Malang Airport.
