Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of whatsapp broadcast on increasing sales of UMKM products at Sleman Mart by comparing sales data in 2020 with 2021, where in 2020 marketing uses continuous whatsapp broadcasts and in 2021 uses discontinuous whatsapp broadcasts. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a comparative approach. The results of this study show that there are differences in sales of UMKM products at Sleman Mart during 2020 with 2021 where the average sales in 2020 are greater than in 2021. In other words, there is an effect of WhatsApp broadcast on increasing sales of UMKM products at Sleman Mart.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the unemployment rate increased because companies reduced the number of employees. The Labor and Transmigration Office of the DIY Province takes a role in reducing unemployment rate in Kota Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study is to explain the role of the Labor and Transmigration Office of DIY Province in an effort to reduce unemployment in the era of the new normal in the city of Yogyakarta. The research data was collected through observation, interviews, document studies and literature studies. The role of the Labor and Transmigration Office of DIY Province, as a result of this research, is to create programs and activities for the community of Kota Yogyakarta so that the community has certified knowledge and abilities, namely the Workforce Certification Activity Program, Apprenticeship Program, Business Assistance Program for Educated Independent Workers ( TKMT) and Technical Guidance for Accreditation and Instructor Accreditation of Job Training Institutes (LPK) and Job Training Centers (BLK).

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to examine the effect of education (X1) and training (X2) on the competence of health workers (Y) at PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital. The writing method uses quantitative methods. The population used is all health workers at PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital with a probability sampling sample. The distribution of questionnaires was distributed to health workers as many as 57 respondents. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The hypothesis is tested using the T test, F test and determination test. The results of data analysis showed that there was a partial effect of the education and training variables as indicated by the results of the t count of education of 13.051 and the result of t count of training of 26.783 which is greater than t table = 2.005 with each having a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. And there is the influence of education and training variables simultaneously where the calculated F result is 366.116 greater than the F table of 3.168 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. While the contribution value of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 93.1% and the remaining 6.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the completeness of the admission and discharge summary forms in terms of patient identification, important reporting, authentication, and documentation in the medical records of inpatients. The research method used is descriptive method using quantitative analysis methods. The Simple Random Sampling technique was used in this study with a sample of 163 incoming and outgoing summary forms out of a total population of 274 incoming and outgoing summary forms. The results of this study showed that based on patient identification completeness was 78% and incompleteness reached 22%, important reporting with a completeness rate of 67% and 33% incompleteness, authentication with a completeness rate of 99% and 1% incompleteness, as well as correct documentation with a completeness level 94% and 6% incomplete. So that the results of the study show that the percentage of completeness of filling in the summary forms of admission and discharge in the medical records of inpatients at RSKIA Ummi Khasanah Bantul Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta is still not 100% with a percentage of completeness of 84% and incompleteness of 16%.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kualitas pelayanan merupakan indikator terpenting untuk mengetahui kepuasan pasien. Makin sempurna kepuasan tersebut, makin baik pula kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. RSUD Saptosari merupakan salah satu institusi penyedia jasa pelayanan kesehatan di Kabupaten Gunungkidul DIY. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat jalan di RSUD Saptosari Gunungkidul DIY. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, kuesioner, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Jumlah Sampel adalah 77 responden. Hasil uji t bahwa t hitung > t tabelĀ  6,085 > 1,992 dan nilai signifikansi yang dihasilkan adalah 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Sedangkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi, diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) adalah 0,331, yang artinya kualitas pelayanan memiliki kontribusi terhadap kepuasan pasien sebesar 33,1% dan sisanya 66,9 % dipengaruhi oleh faktorĀ  lain.

Abstract

Sudah seharusnya masyarakat yang memiliki usaha harus mempunyai keahlian dan pengetahuan dalam hal menangani permasalahan dan melakukan beberapa macam strategi terutama dalam mengatasi permasalahan umkm dalam mendapatkan kredit usaha, sehingga masyarakat bisa melakukan pengembangan umkmnya dengan mudah tanpa adanya kendala.Tujuan kegiatan abdimas ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat dalam mengatasi permasalahan UMKM terutama dalam hal mendapatkan kredit usaha dan strategi pengembangannya. Kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat ini diikuti oleh masyarakat pelaku UMKM. Kegiatan ini melibatkan tim dosen AMA Yogyakarta dalam upaya menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak masyarakat dalam rangka mengembangkan UMKM. Berdasarkan data hasil pengabdian di lapangan yang penulis laksanakan, bahwa dengan diadakan pengabdian ini masyarakat mempunyai kemampuan untuk melakukan pengembangan UMKM yang telah dimilikinya.
