Abstract

This study seeks to analyze the effect of service quality on satisfaction, the effect of service quality on loyalty, the effect of service quality on motivation, the effect of satisfaction on loyalty, the effect of satisfaction on motivation, and to analyze the mediation of student satisfaction on the effect of service quality on student motivation and loyalty. In this quantitative research, a questionnaire was distributed to 100 fifth-semester students of Administrative Management Academy Yogyakarta. The samples were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The variable measurement used a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3 software. The results of the analysis show that service quality affects student satisfaction, student loyalty, and student motivation. Student satisfaction affects student loyalty and student motivation. Service quality affects student loyalty and student motivation mediated by student satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze employee performance in terms of work ethic and religiosity. This research is a quantitative research. This research method uses a questionnaire given to 70 employees of BMT Al Barokah Ngluwar Salam Magelang as a sample with purposive sampling technique. Measurement of variables using a Likert Scale. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that work ethic and religiosity affect employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of confirmatory second order factor analysis in testing the validity and reliability of the service quality construct consisting of the dimensions of reliability, assurance, tangible, empathy, and responsiveness. The sample in this study were customers of Bank X in Yogyakarta with a total of 150. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis with the help of the AMOS 20 program. The conclusion that can be drawn is that all indicators forming the latent variables of service quality dimensions are valid and reliable. The greatest value of the dimension constructing service quality is the dimension of responsiveness, then assurance, empathy, reliability and tangible. Overall the model has met the criteria of a good goodness of fit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of whatsapp broadcast on increasing sales of UMKM products at Sleman Mart by comparing sales data in 2020 with 2021, where in 2020 marketing uses continuous whatsapp broadcasts and in 2021 uses discontinuous whatsapp broadcasts. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a comparative approach. The results of this study show that there are differences in sales of UMKM products at Sleman Mart during 2020 with 2021 where the average sales in 2020 are greater than in 2021. In other words, there is an effect of WhatsApp broadcast on increasing sales of UMKM products at Sleman Mart.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarat ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai kewirausahan dengan konsep dan ide baru serta peluang dan tantangan dalam pemasaran menggunakan teknologi digital.Setelah dilakukan pembahasan didapat bahwa pemasaran digital memiliki hubungan yang sangat erat dengan kewirausahaan, dimana kedua item tersebut memiliki target yang sama. Pemasaran digital merupakan bagian dari aktifitas kewirausahaan. Pemasaran digital memiliki peluang yang sangat besar dalam pengembangan dunia usaha mulai saat ini hingga dimasa depan dimana target pasar sudah bertransformasi ke platform digital. Sedangkan tantangan yang harus dihadapi oleh dunia usaha ketika melaksanakan pemasaran digital yaitu kesiapan dari segi sumber daya manusia dan sumber daya keuangan dalam mendukung kegiatan pemasaran secara digital

Abstract

The change in marketing behavior from conventional to digital is not balanced by the existence of business actors who use digital marketing, even though businesses are believed to be able to stimulate the Indonesian economy. The use of digital technology-based marketing concepts is a hope for businesses to develop into centers of economic power. Digital marketing promotional media is expected to be an effective choice for business actors in developing their business and reaching national and international markets. Conventional promotional media, which require a lot of money and are much more complicated, are no longer a main concern for business people because of digital marketing.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of YouTube broadcasting on tourists' interest in visiting Parangtritis Beach, Bantul Regency, DIY. This research is a type of quantitative research and data collection techniques use questionnaires, observation, literature study and documentation. The population of this research is the number of visitors to Parangtritis Beach in 2022 who have seen broadcasts related to Parangtritis Beach on the social media accounts of the Bantul Regency Tourism Office. Sample selection was carried out using purposive nonprobability sampling. The sample used was 100 tourists. The research results show that YouTube broadcasting has a significant effect on tourists' interest in visiting Parangtritis Beach with a t count of 6.890, significance 0.000 0.05.

Abstract

Problems in online marketing knowledge for women farming groups include a lack of understanding of effective digital marketing strategies and limited technological accessibility, which hinders optimizing digital marketing and increasing farmers' income and business opportunities. The solution to this problem is to provide online marketing knowledge and skills for farmers through a comprehensive training and mentoring program. This program includes understanding digital marketing strategies, the use of online platforms, engaging content, and consumer behavior. Training helps women farming groups face online marketing challenges. The material is presented in simple and accessible language, and collaborative workshops strengthen farmers' knowledge and skills.
