Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness and contribution of PBB revenue to PAD in Purworejo Regency, Central Java. The results of the research and discussion concluded that 1) The realization of PBB revenue in Purworejo Regency for the last 5 years was still above 100%. Thus, during that period, PBB revenue was categorized as “Very Effective” and 2) The contribution given by PBB to PAD in Purworejo Regency during the last 5 years was categorized as very low, because all of them were still below 10%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out 1) the per formance of employees during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Yogyakarta Land and Spatial Planning Office, 2) the obstacles in implementing WFH (Work From Home) during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Yogyakarta Land and Spatial Planning Service and 3) the efforts made by the Yogyakarta Land and Spatial Planning Office to analyze the constraints of WFH (Work From Home). The results of the study obtained information that 1) Employee performance in WFH (Work From Home) during the Covid-19 pandemic was good, the quality of work remained the same as before the Covid-19 pandemic with the responsibility, initiative and discipline of employees, because the output targets must still be met same. 2) Constraints experienced include network and time, but do not reduce the quality of employees because any problems that occur will be directly coordinated together in the work group. 3) Efforts are being made to implement SPIP (Government Internal Control System).

Abstract

Covid-19 has been declared a world pandemic by WHO and has been designated by the Government as a non-natural disaster in the form of a disease outbreak that requires integrated countermeasures including the involvement of all components of society. The purpose of this community service activity is to find out the efforts made to prevent the spread of Covid -19 in RT. 004 RW 029 Padukuhan Jomblang, Sendangadi Village, Mlati district, Sleman Regency, DI Yogyakarta. The implementation of this Community Service activity is packaged using cooperative learning methods including lectures, discussions and practice. Efforts to prevent the spread of Covid -19 include: 1) Applying how to prevent the spread of Covid-19 in daily life; 2) Avoid direct contact with other people, and try not to leave the house except in critical times; 3) covid-19 is a virus that damages the respiratory system and can cause several complications from infection to death; and 4) Don't feel too stressed and burdened during this pandemic, because what is needed is a strong immune system or body metabolism and can increase immunity by exercising and eating healthy foods.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction of non-health workers in the Technical Implementation Unit of the Yogyakarta City Pratama Hospital.The population in this study amounted to 67 people, while the sample in this study amounted to 57 people. The results of this study indicate that the magnitude of the Influence of Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction of Non-Health Workers Employees in the Technical Implementation Unit of the Pratama Hospital, Yogyakarta City is 0,718.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarat ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai kewirausahan dengan konsep dan ide baru serta peluang dan tantangan dalam pemasaran menggunakan teknologi digital.Setelah dilakukan pembahasan didapat bahwa pemasaran digital memiliki hubungan yang sangat erat dengan kewirausahaan, dimana kedua item tersebut memiliki target yang sama. Pemasaran digital merupakan bagian dari aktifitas kewirausahaan. Pemasaran digital memiliki peluang yang sangat besar dalam pengembangan dunia usaha mulai saat ini hingga dimasa depan dimana target pasar sudah bertransformasi ke platform digital. Abstract

One of the key success factors for the provision of cellular services in this competitive era is the ability of an operating network to provide customer service to the public. The desire to successfully solve problems while satisfying customers is part of the work culture of Telkomsel employees. Caring for consumers is important. The purpose of conducting this research is to determine the effect of service quality which consists of dimensions of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction at Grapari Telkomsel Madiun. Based on the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that service quality which consists of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy dimensions partially and simultaneously has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Grapari Telkomsel Madiun.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran yang terdiri dari produk, harga, jalur distribusi dan promosi, baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap keputusan masyarakat menggunakan Produk PT. Unilever Indonesia di Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif. Mengingat jumlah populasi yang sulit diukur, maka sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 272 responden. Sampel diambil secara acak di beberapa lokasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh informasi bahwa 1) Produk memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Masyarakat menggunakan produk PT. Unilever Indonesia; 2) Harga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Masyarakat menggunakan produk PT. Unilever Indonesia; 3) Jalur distribusi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Masyarakat menggunakan produk PT. Unilever Indonesia; 4) Promosi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Masyarakat menggunakan produk PT. Unilever Indonesia; dan 5) Produk, harga, jalur distribusi dan promosi secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Masyarakat menggunakan produk PT. Unilever Indonesia.Kata kunci: bauran pemasaran, produk, harga, jalur distribusi, promosi, keputusan masyarakat

Abstract

Sudah seharusnya masyarakat yang memiliki usaha harus mempunyai keahlian dan pengetahuan dalam hal menangani permasalahan dan melakukan beberapa macam strategi terutama dalam mengatasi permasalahan umkm dalam mendapatkan kredit usaha, sehingga masyarakat bisa melakukan pengembangan umkmnya dengan mudah tanpa adanya kendala.Tujuan kegiatan abdimas ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat dalam mengatasi permasalahan UMKM terutama dalam hal mendapatkan kredit usaha dan strategi pengembangannya. Kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat ini diikuti oleh masyarakat pelaku UMKM. Kegiatan ini melibatkan tim dosen AMA Yogyakarta dalam upaya menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak masyarakat dalam rangka mengembangkan UMKM. Berdasarkan data hasil pengabdian di lapangan yang penulis laksanakan, bahwa dengan diadakan pengabdian ini masyarakat mempunyai kemampuan untuk melakukan pengembangan UMKM yang telah dimilikinya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine 1) the influence of the product on the community decision to become a customer of PDAM Sleman DIY, 2) the influence of price on the community decision to become a customer of PDAM Sleman DIY, 3) the influence of distribution on the community decision to become a customer of PDAM Sleman DIY, 4) the effect of promotion on the community decision to become a customer of PDAM Sleman DIY, and 5) the effect of the curious mix consisting of product, price, distribution and promotion simultaneously on the community decision to become a customer of PDAM Sleman DIY. The results of the study concluded that 1) The product has a significant influence on customer decisions of PDAM Sleman. This is evidenced by the t arithmetic value of 6.471, 2) Price has a significant influence on customer decisions of PDAM Sleman. This is evidenced by the t-count value of 3.157, 3) Distribution has a significant influence on customer decisions of PDAM Sleman. This is evidenced by the t value of 7.033, 4) Promotion has a significant influence on customer decisions of PDAM Sleman. This is evidenced by the value of t count of 5.173, and 5) Product, price, distribution and promotion together have a significant influence on customer decisions of PDAM Sleman. This is evidenced by the calculated F value of 74,316.
