Abstract

Siswa yang menjalani pendidikan di sekolah penerbangan di Indonesia dihadapkan dengan berbagai tuntutan pembelajaran dengan basic semi militer yang belum pernah ditemui sebelumnya, sehingga untuk para siswa yang baru masuk diperlukan adanya kemampuan penyesuaian akademik yang baik agar dapat mempertahankan dirinya disekolah penerbangan dengan tuntutan yang tinggi. Salah satu faktor yang diduga memiliki hubungan dengan penyesuaian akademik adalah self efficacy. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self efficacy dengan penyesuaian akademik pada siswa sekolah penerbangan di Indonesia. Rancangan dalam penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif noneksperimental. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan jenis sampling kuota. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 85 siswa sekolah penerbangan di Indonesia. Alat ukur pertama self efficacy dari teori Bandura berjumlah 28 aitem valid dengan koefisien realibilitas sebesar (α) 0,936 dan alat ukur kedua penyesuaian akademik dari teori Schneiders berjumlah 32 aitem valid dengan koefisien realibilitas (α) sebesar 0,953. Berdasarkan hasil uji pearson product moment memiliki hasil sig (p) = 0,026 (p < 0,05) dengan nilai r = 0,240 yang menyatakan adanya hubungan positif antara self efficacy dengan penyesuaian akademik pada siswa sekolah penerbangan di Indonesia yang berarti hipotesis diterima. Self efficacy mempengaruhi penyesuaian akademik sebesar 5,76%, sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Students who are studying in aviation school in Indonesia are faced with various demands for learning on a semi-military basis that have never been encountered before, so for new students who are required to have good academic adjustment skills in order to be able to defend themselves at flight schools with high demands. One factor that is thought to have a relationship with academic adjustment is self efficacy. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self efficacy and academic adjustment in pilot students in Indonesia. The design in this study is quantitative non-experimental. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with the type of quota sampling. The research sample was 85 pilot students in Indonesia. The first self efficacy measuring instrument from the Bandura theory is 28 valid items with a reliability coefficient of (α) 0.936 and the second academic adjustment tool from the Schneiders theory is 32 valid items with a reliability coefficient (α) of 0.953. Based on the Pearson product moment test results have the results of sig (p) = 0.026 (p <0.05) with a value of r = 0.240 which states there is a positive relationship between self efficacy and academic adjustment in pilot students in Indonesia, which means the hypothesis is accepted. Self efficacy affects academic adjustment by 5.76%, the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Instagram merupakan media sosial dengan pengguna terbanyak di Indonesia. Penggunaan Instagram memiliki dampak positif dan negatif. Dampak positifnya adalah menambah informasi dan pertemanan, sedangkan salah satu dampak negative yaitu cyberbullying. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan empati dengan cyberbullying pada remaja pengguna Instagram. Metode penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasional. Responden yang terlibat adalah 100 remaja usia 18-22 tahun pengguna Instagram. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini yaitu non-probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Skala empati berdasarkan teori Davis, berjumlah 21 item valid dengan reliabilitas 0,86, dan skala cyberbullying berdasarkan teori Willard, berjumlah 22 item valid dengan reliabilitas 0,87. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi Pearson Product moment menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif lemah yang signifikan sig (p 0,028 dan r 0,220). Empati menyumbangkan 4,84% terhadap cyberbullying dan sisanya 95,16% oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Remaja pengguna Instagram lebih banyak melakukan cyberbullying sebanyak 63% dan empati tinggi 71%. Remaja laki-laki lebih banyak melakukan cyberbullying (68%). Responden yang menggunakan Instagram selama <1 jam sampai >3jam, cenderung melakukan cyberbullying. Responden yang memiliki dan tidak memiliki pengalaman dibully cenderung melakukan cyberbullying. Instagram is a social media with the most users in Indonesia. The use of Instagram has both positive and negative impacts. The positive impact is adding information and friendship, while one of the negative impacts is cyberbullying. Objective to determine the relationship between empathy and cyberbullying among young Instagram users. Methods this research is quantitative with a correlational type. The respondents involved were 100 teenagers aged 18-22 years who were Instagram users. The sampling technique in this study was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The empathy scale is based on Davis' theory, totaling 21 valid items with a reliability of 0.86, and the cyberbullying scale based on Willard's theory, totaling 22 valid items with a reliability of 0.87. Pearson Product moment correlation test shows that there is a weak positive correlation that is sig significant (p 0.028 and r 0.220). Empathy contributed 4.84% to cyberbullying and the remaining 95.16% was contributed by other factors not examined in this study. Adolescent Instagram users do more cyberbullying as much as 63% and 71% high empathy. More male adolescents do cyber bullying (68%). Respondents who use Instagram for <1 hour to >3 hours tend to do cyberbullying. Respondents who have and do not have experience of being bullied tend to do cyberbullying.

Abstract

Workplace bullying remains a significant issue, particularly among early adults who are entering the workforce. This study aims to describe the tendency of early adults to engage in workplace bullying. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, the study involved 103 workers aged 18–40 years in Jakarta, selected through purposive sampling. The modified NAQ-R instrument was used, consisting of 22 valid items (r = 0.418–0.936) with very high reliability (α = 0.959). The findings show that 67.0% of respondents have a low tendency to engage in bullying, while 33.0% fall into the high category. Both men and women exhibit similarly low tendencies. The most frequent forms of bullying reported relate to personal and work-related aspects. Civil servants and individuals with 2–4 years of tenure demonstrate higher bullying tendencies compared to other groups. Position and ethnicity do not indicate significant differences in bullying tendencies.
