Abstract

Hypertension is one of the most dominant problems in the world, both in developed countries and developing countries. Blood pressure naturally tends to increase with age. The prevalence of hypertension in Indonesia reaches 63.8% of the population aged 75 years and over. This literature review aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and prayer on blood pressure in hypertensive elderly. The benefit of this research is expected to be able to improve and provide health information in order to improve health services for the elderly suffering from hypertension. This article is a literature review by examining five journals on the relationship between knowledge and prayer on blood pressure in the elderly. The journals used are the publications of the last five years. This study was done by collecting research results from various journals, articles, and e-books. The preparation of this article took two weeks. From the results of the literature study there was a significant relationship between knowledge and prayer on blood pressure in the elderly. Therefore, it was hoped that the elderly with hypertension can seek more information about hypertension and be more obedient to pray.

Abstract

The human body has important digestive organs such as the stomach. One of the gastric diseases, namely gastritis or ulcer, has started to be experienced due to a lack of knowledge about the factors that cause gastritis and the behavior to prevent gastritis. Gastritis, known as ulcer disease, is an inflammation or bleeding of the gastric mucosa caused by irritation, infection, and irregularity in eating patterns. The method used is a literature review article or literature review by examining 7 journals published from 2010-2020 regarding the effect of fasting on the health of the gastric digestive system which was carried out in April 2020. The results showed that there was a change in diet when fasting caused various changes in the body, especially in the digestive tract. Fasting gives the digestive system time to rest, which can reduce the risk or cure digestive health problems. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between diet, knowledge, and stress on the incidence of gastritis. Meanwhile, coffee consumption behavior and gender have no relationship with the incidence of gastritis.

Abstract

Kemanan makanan adalah kondisi dan upaya yang diperlukan untuk mencegah makanan dari kemungkinan cemaran biologis, kimiawi, dan benda lain yang dapat mengganggu, merugikan dan membahayakan kesehatan. Kemanan makanan harus dipenuhi dalam proses pengolahan makanan. Makanan yang tidak aman dapat menyebabkan penyakit yang disebut foodborne disease, yaitu gejala penyakit yang timbul akibat mengonsumsi makanan yang mengandung atau tercemar bahan atau senyawa beracun atau organisme patogen. Secara umum Rumah Makan  Padang “X” Pamulang Tangerang Selatan belum menerapkan seluruh pengolahan makanan secara baik dan benar sesuai dengan Permenkes Nomor 1096/Menkes/Per/VI/2011. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui gambaran penerapan higiene dan sanitasi dalam pengolahan makanan di Rumah Makan Padang “X” Pamulang Tangerang Selatan Pada Tahun 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan jenis pendekatan kualitatif. Variabel independen adalah pengetahuan penjamah dalam pengolahan dan pemilihan bahan baku, hygiene penjamah dan sanitasi pengolahan penjamah dan variabel dependennya adalah penerapan (tindakan) hygiene dan sanitasi. Informan pada penelitian ini ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Pemilihan informan dilakukan secara langsung melalui pertimbangan sesusai dengan masalah dan tujuan masalah penelitian. Pada penelitian ini pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Mengacu pada prinsip tersebut, maka informan pada penelitian ini dibagi menjadi tiga informan yaitu :Informan utama  adalah penjamah pengolah makanan, informan kunci adalah pemilik rumah makan dan informan penunjang adalah karyawan rumah makan. Hasil penelitian tidak semua pekerja mengetahui cara pengolahan yang baik dan benar yang meliputi hygiene dan sanitasi.---Food safety is a condition and effort needed to prevent food from being contaminated by biological, chemical, and other objects that can interfere, harm and endanger health. Food safety must be met in the food processing process. Unsafe food can cause a disease called foodborne disease, which is a symptom of a disease that arises as a result of consuming food that contains or is contaminated with toxic materials or compounds or pathogenic organisms. In general, Padang "X" Pamulang Restaurant, South Tangerang, has not implemented all food processing properly and correctly in accordance with Minister of Health Regulation Number 1096/Menkes/Per/VI/2011. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of hygiene and sanitation in food processing at Padang "X" Pamulang Restaurant, South Tangerang in 2020. The research method used is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The independent variable is the knowledge of the handler in processing and selecting raw materials, the hygiene of the handler and the sanitation of processing the handler and the dependent variable is the application (action) of hygiene and sanitation. Informants in this study were determined by purposive sampling method. The selection of informants is carried out directly through considerations according to the problem and objectives of the research problem. In this study data collection was done by means of in-depth interviews and observation. Referring to this principle, the informants in this study were divided into three informants, namely: The main informants are food handlers, key informants are restaurant owners and supporting informants are restaurant employees. The results of the study were not all workers knew the proper and correct processing methods which included hygiene and sanitation

Abstract

H. W. Heinrich menyatakan 80% kecelakaan kerja disebabkan dari faktor unsafe action dan 20% kecelakaan kerja disebabkan dari faktor unsafe condition. Berdasarkan hasil survei awal lapangan di Proyek The Canary Apartment terdapat pekerja dengan perilaku tidak aman seperti merokok sambil bekerja, tidak menggunakan safety shoes, tidak menggunakan full body harness saat bekerja di ketinggian, tidak menggunakan sarung tangan, tidak menggunakan pelindung pernapasan dan pelindung mata saat menggerinda kayu, bercanda saat bekerja, kemudian pekerja tidak mengosongi area kerja saat ada pengangkutan besi menggunakan crane. Desain penelitian menggunakan cross sectional dengan sampel 70 responden dengan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara. Data dianalisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan chi square. Penelitian ini mendapatkan kelayakan etik penelitian dengan nomor etik No. 10.475.B/KEPK-FKMUMJ/IV/2022. Variabel yang berhubungan dengan perilaku tidak aman diantaranya sikap (p value 0,025/OR 3,5), pengetahuan (p value 0,028/OR 3,5), pengawasan (p value 0,01/OR 4,9), pelatihan (p value 0,026/OR 4,4), dan ketersediaan APD (p value 0,00/OR 19,5). Faktor- faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku tidak aman pada pekerja proyek The Canary Aprtment PT. Abadi Prima Intikarya adalah sikap, pengetahuan, pengawasan, pelatihan dan ketersediaan APD. Diadakannya sanksi untuk pekerja yang berperilaku tidak aman dan imbalan untuk pekerja yang berperilaku aman, mempromosikan pentingnya K3 melalui saftey talk serta safety sign untuk meningkatkan pekerja agar bersikap sesuai standar yang berlaku, pengawasan yang lebih tegas, serta diperlukannya pelatihan maupun seminar untuk menambah pemahaman tentang K3 dan perusahaan. ---H. The research design used cross sectional with a sample of 70 respondents with a total sampling technique. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed univariate and bivariate using chi square. This study obtained the ethical feasibility of research with the ethical number No. 10.475.B/KEPK-FKMUMJ/IV/2022. Variables related to unsafe behavior include attitude (p value 0.025/OR 3.5), knowledge (p value 0.028/OR 3.5), supervision (p value 0.01/OR 4.9), training (p value 0.01/OR 4.9), 0.026/OR 4.4), and the availability of PPE (p value 0.00/OR 19.5). Factors related to unsafe behavior in project workers of The Canary Aprtment PT. Abadi Prima Intikarya is the attitude, knowledge, supervision, training and availability of PPE. Sanctions are held for workers who behave unsafely and rewards for workers who behave safely, promote the importance of K3 through safety talks and safety signs to increase workers to behave according to applicable standards, stricter supervision, and the need for training and seminars to increase understanding about K3 and company.

Abstract

Hipertensi adalah peningkatan tekanan darah sistolik sedikitnya 140 mmHg atau tekanan diastolik sedikitnya 90 mmHg, dan masih menjadi masalah kesehatan yang besar. Salah satu faktor risiko terjadinya hipertensi adalah riwayat keluarga hipertensi, usia di atas 65 tahun dan penyakit penyerta seperti diabetes atau penyakit ginjal. Kegiatan PBL intervensi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai penyakit hipertensi yang diharapkan agar kesadaran masyarakat dalam mencegah hipertensi dapat tercapai. Kegiatan intervensi ini dilaksanakan dengan cara turun langsung ke lapangan dan melakukan pre-post test mengenai Hipertensi. Jumlah responden pada kegiatan ini berjumlah 27 orang yang berasal dari RT/RW 04/07 Kampung Sawah. Responden yang memiliki tingkat pengetahuan hipertensi baik sebesar sebesar 16 (59,3%) responden. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan ibu sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan penyuluhan (p=0,001). Dengan memberikan edukasi, pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai hipertensi mengalami peningkatan.
