Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine economic education student perception’stoward Kopma of Riau University. Problem Formulation in this research is HowEconomics Education Student Perception’s toward Kopma of Riau University? This is adescriptive study with a quantitative approach which aims to describe the results by thenumbers. The sampling technique using stratified random sampling, taken at randombased on the level (2010, 2011, 2012). Data collection techniques in this study is thequestionnaire technique which there are 35 items statement. Data obtained from 61respondents as the sample study, sources from class 2012 amounted to 36 people, classof 2011 amounted to 18 people and the class of 2010 amounted to 7 people. The resultshowed that economic education student perception’s toward Kopma of Riau Universityclassified as poor, with an average percentage of 40.9%. From the six indicators, thehighest average percentage is on Attention indicator, which amounted to 47.5%. Theseresults indicate that the Attention indicator has a great influence in shaping studentperception’s toward Kopma of Riau University. Kopma administrators can improve thequality of Kopma from these points, such as by improving services to students so thatthe attention of students increased to Kopma and also by increasing socialization andinformation as posible.Keywords: Perception of Students, Economic Education

Abstract

Abstract: Cooperative task is none other than the body tasked to provide services (service) to its members as cheaply as possible, as smoothly as possible and as best as possible, and able to provide a quality service to the needs of its members. Members have a very important role in the cooperative, since cooperatives can only live, grow and develop if it gets the support of its members, namely those who are aware of the membership, to know their rights and obligations and is able and willing to follow the rules of the game in a cooperative organization. This study aimed to determine the quality of service and level of member participation as owners and customers on Women's Cooperative Nurul Amal Pekanbaru. The study began with prariset in March 2015. The population in this study are members of the cooperative who has been a member of the cooperative for 5 years amounted to 130 people using pursosive sampling techniques, the samples obtained as many as 56 people. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire, then the data is analyzed. The results showed that the five dimensions of quality of service cooperatives showed that overall has a good quality. While the results of the study included the participation of members of the cooperative being. Based on the results of this study concluded that service quality Nurul Amal Women's Cooperative Pekanbaru City are in good category and the participation of members of Nurul Amal Women's Cooperative Pekanbaru in middle category. To improve the quality of service of the cooperative board is expected to consider the condition of the building cooperative and look for employees to schedule a cooperative operations run as specified. Furthermore, to increase the participation of members, administrators need to increase knowledge of the cooperative and the need for traction in following the annual meeting of members. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of leadership and achievement motivation on the performance of social studies (IPS) teachers at Pekanbaru Private Junior High School. The total population was 129 teachers. A sample of 32 people was obtained using a proportional random sampling technique. Data were collected by means of a questionnaire, then analyzed by descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of the study found: (1) the leadership of the principal has an effect on the achievement motivation of social studies teachers at Pekanbaru Private Junior High School. The meaning of good leadership will be able to increase the achievement motivation of IPS teachers; (2) the leadership of the principal has a direct and indirect effect on teacher performance through the achievement motivation of social studies teachers at Pekanbaru Private Middle School. The meaning of principal leadership can improve teacher performance by increasing the achievement motivation of social studies teachers; and (3) achievement motivation has an effect on the performance of social studies teachers. The meaning of good achievement motivation will be able to improve the performance of social studies teachers at Pekanbaru Private Junior High School.
