Abstract

Abstak: This study aims to investigate the influence of the cooperative members' knowledge and quality of service to the participation of members of the Cooperative Sri Mersing SMK N 1 High Cliff Meranti Islands District. The population in this study were all members of the Cooperative Sri Mersing SMK N 1 High Cliff totaling 71 members. Sampling using the full sample totaled 64 minus 7 board members. Methods of data collection: questionnaire, test and documentation. Methods of data analysis in this study consisted of quantitative descriptive method, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the knowledge of members and the quality of service simultaneously significantly to the participation of members of the cooperative. Analysis of the factors examined in the study showed that the variables are the dominant influence on the participation of members of the Cooperative Sri Mersing SMK N 1 High Cliff Meranti Islands District is the knowledge variable members.Keywords: participation of members, members' knowledge and quality of service

Abstract

Abstack: The cooperatives is a business entity that membered a people or legal entity with the bases its activities cooperative principles are based on the principle of kinship. SHU in cooperative is one factor to measure the success of the cooperative and also the welfare of the members. In this study aims to determine how much influence the number of members and own capital to the reception SHU KUD in Kampar regency. Locations in this study in KUD located in Kampar regency. Data obtained from the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs Kampar Regency the book year 2015. Techniques used random sampling and analyzing 38 KUD from 42 KUD active in Kampar regency which use formulas Slovin. The analysis used in this study using multiple linear regression. The results of analysis obtained variable results number of members does not affect the reception SHU KUD in Kampar, while its own capital and significant influence on the acceptance of SHU KUD in Kampar regency. From the results of research conducted recommended that cooperatives prioritize the quality of members not the quantity of the KUD members. Additionally KUD expected to priority and utilize its own capital owned by the cooperative and is also supported by external capital, which is expected to raise the reception to be obtained KUD SHU..Keywords: membership, own capital and net income ( SHU ).

Abstract

Abstract : The learning result is the ability of the student after he received alearning experience, to determine the results of the study carried out using the test.Basically, student learning outcomes in social studies Economics at SMPN 6 Siak HuluKampar regency still low. This happens because teachers often use the conventionalmethod of learning which is still dominated by lectures so monotonous, and the lack ofuse of media subjects during teaching and learning process. Given this research, aimsto determine the effect of the use of instructional media and audiovisual power pointtowards learning outcomes IPS Economy class VII SMPN 6 Siak Hulu Kampar regency.This study uses primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were allstudents or a student of class VII SMPN 6 Siak Hulu Kampar numbered 80 students.samples taken in this study 54 students appointed intentionally (purposive). Abstract

Abstract. This classroom action research, conducted in the fourth grade primary school 012 Perfect Bangko Bangko Pusako District of School Year 2015/2016. The study began on January 11 to February 1, 2016. The number of students 30 students, consisting of 15 female students and 15 male students. Based on the results of the study, an increase in teacher activity occurs on the implementation of the second cycle, which reached the percentage of 94% in the category of very perfect. From the results of observations conducted by the observer on the second cycle, the teacher has been carrying out all activities very well in accordance with the steps - steps learning word square Along with the increased activity of teachers in the second cycle, the student activity also increased reaching the percentage of 94% in the category of very high motivation learning students also appeared to increase, as seen in the first cycle only reaches the percentage of 51% in the high category, increased in the second cycle to 87% in the very high category. Based on the results of these discussions show that by using the word square models are applied in teaching, can give students motivation sehinnga learning materials delivered to attract the attention of students. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini, dilakukan di kelas IV SD Negeri 012 Bangko Sempurna Kecamatan Bangko Pusako Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian ini dimulai pada tanggal 11 Januari sampai 1 Februari 2016. Dengan jumlah siswa 30 siswa, terdiri dari 15 orang siswa perempuan dan 15 orang siswa laki-laki. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peningkatan aktivitas guru terjadi pada pelaksanaan siklus II yang mencapai persentase 94 % dalam kategori sangat sempurna. Dari hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan oleh observer pada siklus II, guru telah melaksanakan seluruh aktivitas dengan sangat baik sesuai dengan langkah - langkah pembelajaran word square Seiring dengan meningkatnya aktivitas guru pada siklus II, aktivitas siswa juga meningkat yang mencapai persentase 94 % dalam kategori sangat tinggi Motivasi Belajar siswa juga terlihat meningkat, hal ini terlihat pada siklus I hanya mencapai persentase 51% dalam kategori tinggi, meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 87 % dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model word square yang diterapkan dalam pembelajaran, dapat memberikan motivasi belajar siswa sehinnga materi pembelajaran yang disampaikan dapat menarik perhatian siswa. Berdasarkan analisis data dan pembahasan, maka dari pelaksanaan penelitian ini dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran word square dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas IV SD Negeri 012 Bangko Sempurna Kecamatan Bangko Pusako Kabupaten Rokan Hilir tahun Pelajaran 2015 / 2016.Kata Kunci

Abstract

Abstract: The problem this research is the students achievement of social studies SMP N 3 Tanah Putih fourth graderes still low with an average value of 63.93 and minimum completenness criteria (KKM) social studiesis 75. Between students, amounting to 28 people only 12 students who achieve classical KKM with 42.86%. This research is classroom action research (CAR), which aims to improve the student achievement of social studies class VIII2 at SMP N 3 Tanah Putih with implementation cooperative learning model type Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS). Formulation of the problem : is the implementation of cooperative learning model type Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) can improve students achievement of social studies at SMP N 3 Tanah Putih. The research was conducted on January 25, 2016 ‘to February 15, 2016 by 2 cycles. Subjects werw students of SMP N 3 Tanah Putih, totaling 28 people who use the data source. The data collection instruments in this skription is a teacher and students activities sheets and students achievement. This skription presents the results obtained each day before the action an improve in base score cycle with the average being 63.93. In the first cycle improve an average of 81.79 and an improve in the second with an average 90.00. Activities of the teacher in the learning process in cycle of 70.83% and the second meeting improve to 91.67%. Abstract

Abstrack: Learning outcomes is the ability gained after the child through learning activities. Each requires a process of learning outcomes developed by teachers with an approach that maximizes student learning outcomes themselves. Contextual approach to teaching and learning is a view in seeking ways students interact with the environment. So whether the approach Contextual Teaching and Learning is relevant research and to improve learning outcomes is the goal of this research. The location in this research that SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir. Data obtained from the results of observations, the results of student evaluation, and documentation during the study. The number of samples in this study were 23 students consisted of 9 male students and 14 female students. The analysis is the activity of students and teachers, the evaluation result and the thoroughness of the students later described. From the results of research can be concluded that the application of CTL approach can improve learning outcomes IPS VIII.3 grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir. From the results of research conducted suggested that teachers should choose an approach CTL as one of the alternative learning approaches in class. Abstract

Abstack: This research is a classroom action research that aims to identify learning outcome IPS with the use of methods of Inquiry on the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 034 Mega Gulf of Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir. The subjects were students of class IV SDN 034 Teluk Mega Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir in the academic year 2015/2016 the number of students 20 people, consisting of 14 boys and 6 girls. This study was conducted by two cycles and at the end of each cycle conducted daily tests. Data collected through observation and tests in the form of sheets daily tests. Results of research on the observation sheet shows the activity of teachers and students have done well after doing the action. On the observation of students' activity shows that in the first cycle of activities undertaken as many as 125 students and is still categorized Enough activity. This means that research should continue into the second cycle. In the second cycle the observation of student activity increased significantly, namely the results of 175 students who perform the activity. The ability of the students in learning social studies, the average student in the initial tests are categorized less with an average value of 65.75 and the first cycle increased to 73.75 by category, please, while the second cycle of the average value of the results of learning social studies increased significant is 81. classical mastery that achieved by students at the beginning of the test is only 30% or 6 students, and the first cycle classical completeness increased by 45% to 60% or 12 students, and at the time of the second cycle of classical completeness increase to 95% or 19 students. Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study was to demonstrate empirically the effect of credit risk on the level of Profitability in Commercial Banks go public . The sampling technique used is the census , with a sample of some 42 commercial banks that go public period of 2014. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression . The results of this study indicate that : Credit Risk negative effect on the level of commercial bank profitability that go public . The test results demonstrate the contribution of Credit Risk influence on the level of profitability was 13.2 % , while 86.6 % are influenced by other factors not included in this research model .Keywords : Credit Risk , Profitability

Abstract

Abstrack: The learning model Think Pair Share (TPS) provides an opportunity for each student to demonstrate the participation of others, working alone and in collaboration with others, so expect the students to be more active in the learning process in the classroom The aim of this study was to determine the improvement of learning outcomes IPS by applying cooperative learning model Think Pair Share (TPS) in class VA SD Negeri 011 XII Banjar Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir. The sample used is graders VA SD Negeri 011 XII Banjar Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir by the number of students 22 people, consisting of 9 male students and 13 female students. Data obtained by using observation and learning teshasil. Data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics: teacher and student activity analysis and analysis of achievement test. From the results of data analysis that has been done shows cooperative learning model Think Pair Share (TPS) can improve learning outcomes IPS Elementary School fifth grade students on the material XII 011 Banjar Indonesian Independence Struggle preparing the 2015/2016 school year. From these results it is expected that the school, the principal should give attention to cooperative learning model Think Pair Share (TPS), which is used by the teacher in the learning process for cooperative learning model Think Pair Share (TPS) can improve learning outcomes.
