Abstract

The implementation of development, especially in coastal areas of Riau Province, has not been able to improve the welfare of the people especially those living in rural areas. The disparity between rural and urban areas caused by bias and distortion of the development which more pro to urban economy. It causes disadvantaged areas that poor and underdeveloped. The strategy of disadvantaged areas development in Regency of Kepulauan Meranti is the development of agriculture sector based on agribusiness, because most of its population are farmers and fishermen. In the effort to spur the development from economic and social aspects in disadvantaged areas, then the program of rural development should prioritize the three main aspects, those are: 1) Improvement of Peoples Economy (Eradicate Poverty); 2) Improving the Quality of Human Resources (Alleviation of Ignorance); 3) Infrastructure Development.

Abstract

Abstrac : This study aimed to determine what factors are the cause of accounting computer learning difficulties in class XI Accounting student of SMK Nurul Falah Pekanbaru. The study lasted from July to December 2015. The population in this study were all students of class XI Accounting SMK Nurul Falah Pekanbaru totaling 58 students. The sampling technique is purposive sampling sample selection based on consideration of the particular destination where consideration is the student who can not do the work according to the schedule at least 3 times totaling 35 students. Data collection instruments used were questionnaires were processed using semantic differential scale with variable depender: learning difficulties (Y); independent variables: internal factors (X1) and external factors (X2). From the results it can be concluded that based on the results of descriptive analysis 89.98% of the students agreed to external factors and 73.16% agree to internal factors so that external factors more influential in causing learning difficulties accounting computer in class XI student of SMK Nurul Falah Accounting Pekanbaru. The same is indicated by the results of the t test where t test result of external factors 2.907> 2.78 t internal factors.Key words : factors, causes, learning difficulties, computer accounting

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine economic education student perception’stoward Kopma of Riau University. Problem Formulation in this research is HowEconomics Education Student Perception’s toward Kopma of Riau University? This is adescriptive study with a quantitative approach which aims to describe the results by thenumbers. The sampling technique using stratified random sampling, taken at randombased on the level (2010, 2011, 2012). Data collection techniques in this study is thequestionnaire technique which there are 35 items statement. Data obtained from 61respondents as the sample study, sources from class 2012 amounted to 36 people, classof 2011 amounted to 18 people and the class of 2010 amounted to 7 people. The resultshowed that economic education student perception’s toward Kopma of Riau Universityclassified as poor, with an average percentage of 40.9%. From the six indicators, thehighest average percentage is on Attention indicator, which amounted to 47.5%. Theseresults indicate that the Attention indicator has a great influence in shaping studentperception’s toward Kopma of Riau University. Kopma administrators can improve thequality of Kopma from these points, such as by improving services to students so thatthe attention of students increased to Kopma and also by increasing socialization andinformation as posible.Keywords: Perception of Students, Economic Education

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study is aimed to evaluate the teaching and learning quality at the UNRI (University of Riau), which currently ranked at the top 21 best Indonesian universities and ranked at the 2,185 of the world universities ranking. The UNRI was chosen because it is the top university at the Riau Province and it offers various fields of study. The research population is all registered students for the year 2010 academic session. The instrument to test the teaching quality is adapted from a study conducted by M.D. Toland & R.J. de Ayala (2005). In overall, it was found that the lecturers’ teaching and learning quality is at the low level for the domain of course subject. Students reported that the teaching and learning dynamic is also very low, particularly due to the lecturers’ failures in integrating various methods. In addition, the absence of active interaction process is because it is very exam oriented and the lessons are normally conducted one way with only a little option for question and answer session. This result shows that students prefer to find other sources of information regarding the content of the course, instead of meeting and consulting the lecturers. In overall, the lecturers’ quality is only average which needs improvement in the aspects of teaching motivation, teaching approaches, maintaining relationship with students, efficiency, assessment, and assignments. Other than that, the result also shows the quality is at the low level for the list of courses and students relationship in the context of academic development. Abstract

Abstrack : This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative services to the participation of members. Research was conducted on KUD Jasmine Village Four Halls Districts Kuok District Kampar with 73 sample obtained using the method of probality sampling. The data was collected through simple linear regression analysis techniques. The result showed that the cooperative services has positive affect to the participation of members of the cooperative, (R²) of 0.650. It means, the contribution of cooperative services to the participation of members is 65%. While the rest 35% is another variable that is not examined in this study. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using ICT based on learning media to student’s learning motivation. The hypothesis of this study is: ICT based learning media is the determination of students’ learning motivation which has a positive influence. This survey method with technique using purposive sampling is applied. The type of data was primary data obtained by questionnaire. The technique of data analysis is regression analysis and independent sample T-test analysis with SPSS program. The result showed that using ICT based on learning media has a positive and significant effect on student’s learning motivation.

Abstract

English abstract: The aim of this research is to determine the influence of family environment toward students’ learning motivation in economic subject class X IIS SMA Negeri 1 Pangean. The research’s population is all the sample 79 students. The data was taken by questioners and analyzed by linear regression. Based on the result is known that students’ family environment is not good. Meanwhile, students’ motivation some of them is low category. The result analysis data was gotten that family environment has positive influenced and significant towards students’ learning motivation contribution is 27,4%. It means that to increase the students’ learning motivation is needed good and conducive family environment. As better and espouse family environment so as better to students’ learning motivation. If the family environment is not good and not espouse so the students’ learning motivation decreases.Keywords: Family Environment, Learning Motivation

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to determine the effect of student discipline and learning motivation to the achievement in economic learning of student in public high school 10 Pekanbaru. This study uses quantitative appoach method and the population in this study is students grade X MIA which amounted to 108 people and the sample obtained 85 respondens using proportional random sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used are Descriptive Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS version 16.0. The result of this research is the discipline learning have an effect on significantly to student achievement which obtained tcount 4,726> ttabel 1,663 and significant value 0,000 <0,05. Motivation learning significantly effected to student in learning achievement which obtained tcount 2,459> ttabel 1,663 and significant value 0,000 <0,05. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between learning discipline and student learning motivation with learning achievement where obtained value fhitung 30,266> ftabel 3,11 and significant value 0,000 <0,05. Multiple linear regression equation obtained in this research is Y = 41,466 + 0,351X1 + 0,220X2. The results of this study showed that the discipline and learning motivationbe affected to learning achievement on economic subjects student class X mia SMA Negeri 10 Pekanbaru. It’s means that the higher of discipline and motivation to learn will improve student in achievement learning. For increasing the learning achievement of studentis need a support from teachers and themselves in the form of discipline and motivation.Keywords: Learning Discipline, Learning Motivation, Learning Achievement

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of parents education level and motivation on student achievement. on Economic in MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru. Population in this study are students of class XI IPS in MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru with a total of 52 students. Research takes the entire population as a sample or is called a cencus study. Data collection is done through documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate (1) The level of parents education has a significant effect on learning achievement. With the tcount (4,139> t_tabel (2,010) or sig. And Sig. (0,000) <0,05. (2) Motivation to learn has a significant effect on the learning preset by value. Based on the results of regression analysis t count test (5,306)> t table ( 2,010) and Sig. (0,000) <0,05, with an R value of 0.599, this proves that the percentage of parents' level of education and learning motivation contribute 59.9% to learning achievement (Y) while the remaining 40.1 % is influenced by other variables not included in this regression model. from research results can be recommended, Students are expected to improve learning motivation, especially in terms of tenacity in carrying out tasks by frequently discussing or learning from the success of their friends.Keywords: Parents education level , Learning motivation, Learning achievement
