Abstract

The role of the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (DP3A) in preventing acts of violence against early childhood in Karawang. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. Singaperbangsa University Karawang 2022. Aims to describe the role of DP3A in implementing the prevention program for violence against early childhood in Karawang in an effort to prevent the increase in cases of violence against early childhood. This research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. This research consisted of one party from the DP3A institution, one DP3A volunteer, and three victims of violence. The results showed that the program carried out by the DP3A district was running quite well which made changes to victims who dared to fight back when a crime occurred and parents became aware of the correct parenting pattern.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a limited trial of a hypothetical project-based learning (PjBL) model to increase environmental awareness in early childhood. This research uses Research and Developmentnet. The research subjects were teachers and early childhood students from kindergartens in Serang City who were determined through a multistage cluster sampling technique. The data in this study were collected through questionnaires, observations, interviews, FGDs and documentation/literature studies. Research data analysis was carried out through data analysis on the development of a hypothetical model and testing the effectiveness of the model. The results of limited trials of project-based learning models to improve environmental care attitudes in early childhood were declared feasible and effective. The feasibility of the learning model was assessed by material experts to get the "Good" category. The feasibility of supporting media in the form of module books/guidelines was assessed by media experts as included in the "Very Good" category. The feasibility of the instrument was assessed by instrument experts into the "Very Good" category. The project-based learning model developed in this study was declared effective for increasing early childhood environmental care attitudes. The average results of the assessment of environmental care for early childhood showed an increase after being given 5 treatments. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a significant difference in the average rating of caring for the environment in early childhood using a project-based learning model

Abstract

The aim of this study was to describe the implementation of the independent entrepreneurship program in developing students' interest in entrepreneurship. Describe students' interest in becoming social entrepreneurs after participating in the 2023 UNY independent entrepreneurship program. Describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in students' interest in becoming social entrepreneurs. This research method uses a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were the head of the organizers, supervisors, and 5 student participants in the program. The results of this study indicate the implementation of the 2023 UNY independent entrepreneurship program in developing students' interest in entrepreneurship was carried out very well, starting from the 3 stages of learning in the independent entrepreneurship program as indicators that influence students' interest in entrepreneurship. Students' interest in becoming social entrepreneurs shows a positive direction, based on students' experiences in participating in the entire series of independent entrepreneurship program activities. Supporting factors in students' interest in becoming social entrepreneurs are self-motivation, ability, feelings of happiness, and family support. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor in students' interest in becoming social entrepreneurs is the community environment. This study provides a new contribution in understanding the role of the independent entrepreneurship program in shaping students' interest in social entrepreneurship. This study specifically explores the impact of participation experiences in the program on students' motivation and orientation towards social entrepreneurship, which has rarely been studied before. In addition, this study identifies unique supporting and inhibiting factors in the context of implementing entrepreneurship programs in higher education, especially in Indonesia.
