Abstract

Peranan Sistem Informasi/Teknologi Informasi yang sangat signifikan harus diimbangi dengan pengaturan dan penegelolaan yang tepat sehingga kerugian/ancaman yang mungkin terjadi dapat dihindari bahkan mampu dicegah. Pengamatan ini membahas mengenai keefektifan Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi (TI) pada Fakultas ABC. Tujuan pengamatan ini adalah mempelajari pengelolaan TI sesuai dengan standar COBIT Framework, membuat rancangan Tata Kelola infrastruktur yang relevan dengan kegiatan operasional Fakultas ABC sesuai dengan standar COBIT Framework, membangun Tata Kelola TI yang mampu mengimplementasi dan dapat menilai tingkat kematangan. Metode yang digunakan pada pengamatan ini adalah metodologi kualitatif sedangkan metode pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan Interview/wawancara dan kuisioner dengan narasumber yang telah ditentukan sesuai dengan domain dan Control Objective yang digunakan. Narasumber audit Tata Kelola TI pada Fakultas ABC yaitu Dekan, Ketua Program Studi, Dosen, Kepala Laboratorium dan administrasi. Metode analisis data dilakukan beberapa tahap, yaitu penentuan domain, penentuan proses kontrol, penentuan indikator dan pemetaan tingkat kematangan. Kesimpulan pengamatan ini adalah sebagian besar penerapan proses COBIT di Fakultas ABC berada pada level 2, pada Fakultas ABC terdapat 7 proses TI berada pada level Initial dan 3 proses TI berada pada level repeatable dan 1 proses TI berada pada level define, berdasarkan hasil mapping, terdapat 11 proses TI dan 46 detail Control Cbjectives yang harus diperhatikan pada Fakultas ABC serta tidak semua rekomendasi proses menurut COBIT dapat diterapkan.

Abstract

A beauty product is a kind of product that is needed to take care of and beautify skin and personal performance. Moreover, in Indonesia, the growth of the cosmetics market is also planned to rise 7% in 2021. Therefore, Sephora introduced various beauty products that are offered. In line with that, its unique open retailer environment shows more brands in the products category, including skincare, cosmetics, perfume, body treatment, hair treatment, and many more to complete the label. This research aimed to find out and analyze the effect of brand image and product quality on the lifestyle of purchasing decisions. Additionally, the research was comparative-quantitative. The result concluded that the more increased and stronger the product’s brand image in Sephora was, the more increased the lifestyle of consumers would be. Likewise, the more product quality was, the more the product purchasing decisions would be. However, higher the lifestyle of Sephora won’t increase the consumers’ purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Latar belakang : Air Susu Ibu (ASI) merupakan nutrisi esensial bagi bayi yang yang mudah dicerna melalui proses laktasi. Menyusui merupakan proses alamiah, hampir semua ibu dapat menyusui bayinya tanpa bantuan dari orang lain, namun kenyataanya tidak semua ibu dapat menyusui dengan teknik yang benar Kegagalan laktasi yang disebabkan kesalahan dalam teknik menyusui akan berdampak pada ibu dan bayinya Tujuan Penelitian : tujuan untuk mencapai keberhasilan menyusui diperlukan pengetahuan berupa pemberian edukasi mengenai teknik-teknik menyusui yang benar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengaruh edukasi teknik menyusui terhadap keberhasilan laktasi pada ibu nifas di Praktik Mandiri Bidan. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian kuantitatif dengan dengan metode Pre-experimental dengan pendekatan one grup pretest-post test design dengan menggunakan instrumen Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10). Hasil : Sebagian besar dari hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa sebelum melakukan teknik relaksasi Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara consecutive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh edukasi teknik menyusui dan setelah diberikan edukasi terhadap keberhasilan laktasi pada ibu postpartum (p<0,05). Kesimpulan : Ada pengaruh Terapi Relaksasi Nafas Dalam Terhadap Stres Pada Lansia. Saran dari peneliti Bidan sebagai ujung tombak kesehatan ibu dan anak diharapkan dapat mendukung keberhasilan laktasi dengan memberikan edukasi tentang teknik menyusui yang baik dan benar pada ibu terutama di minggu- minggu pertama postpartum.

Abstract

Islamic Boarding School Strategy in Forming Leadership Character in Santri in Darul Uluum Lumbu Kutowinangun Islamic Boarding School. The research objectives are: (1) to know the steps of forming leadership character in students at Darul Uluum Lumbu Kutowinangun Islamic Boarding School. (2) to know the impact of leadership character building on students at Darul Uluum Lumbu Kutowinangun Islamic Boarding School. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. The informants in this study were caregivers, ustadz/ustadzah, and students. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and verification/drawing conclusions. The results of this study are: (1) the cultivation of leadership character in students at Darul Uluum Lumbu Kutowinangun Islamic Boarding School is carried out by implementing the creation of organizational environment/culture, direction, habituation, exemplary, and supervision. (2) The impact of cultivating leadership characters on students is the impact personally, the impact on others, the impact on the environment, and the impact on the future.

Abstract

The results of this scoping review prove that the quality of nurses' working life in the Emergency Department (ED) is influenced by various emotional, psychological, and structural factors that interact with one another. The levels of burnout and compassion fatigue detected are quite high, indicating significant physical and emotional stress in the ED work environment. However, the presence of compassion satisfaction and effective coping strategies serves as a protective factor that reduces the negative impact of workplace stress. Organizational elements such as management support, availability of resources, and supportive working conditions also play a crucial role in enhancing nurses' well-being. These findings emphasize the importance of structured organizational intervention strategies, training in coping strategies, and strengthening a positive work culture to improve nurses' work life in the ED, which ultimately will have a positive impact on the quality of care and patient safety.
