Sinergitas kebijakan pemerintah daerah dalam menyambut serta menerapkan Kurikulum merdeka yang telah ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi merupakan rangkaian sistem yang tidak dapat dipisahkan secara garis kebijakan untuk mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka. Pemerintah daerah adalah bagian dari sistem yang sangat menentukan arah kebijakan pendidikan di daerah dan termasuk di dalamnya mendorong pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka untuk masuk dalam sistem kebijakan dalam bentuk regulasi daerah dan intervensi anggaran, pengawasan, pembimbingan dan pengarahan sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab atas perintah Undang-undang sistem pendidikan nasional dan undang-undang pemerintahan daerah. Keberadaan guru yang ada di daerah sebagai sumberdaya yang dikendalikan oleh pemerintah daerah adalah ujung tombak pelaksanaan kurikulum pendidikan di daerah, maka dari itu guru juga harus dipersiapkan oleh pemerintah daerah dengan dukungan program dan pendanaan yang cukup. Kurikulum merdeka adalah bentuk penguatan sistem pembelajaran dalam menjawab tantangan zaman dengan mengacu pada arah pembangunan dan potensi lokal daerah, dengan tujuan utama dapat menghasilkan peserta didik yang berkompetensi unggul dan mampu bersaing secara nasional dan global

Perkembangan populasi umat Islam di Indonesia, juga berpengaruh pada perkembangan mualaf di wilayah terpencil dan pedalaman serta minoritas Papua Barat. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pembinaan dan bimbingan komunitas mualaf yang meliputi dai, pesan ajaran Islam, media dan perubahan sikap. Metode kualitatif digunakan dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi dakwah dilakukan dengan tatap muka secara langsung dalam kelompok pengajian dan konsultasi syariat, ceramah keagamaan dan kelompok belajar baca alquran. Pesan ajaran berupa nilai-nilai dasar keagamaan, keutamaan Islam dan keindahan-keindahan Islam, salat dan mengaji. Media pembinaan adalah dengan cara tatap muka secara langsung. Dengan penerapan tersebut, terjadi perubahan sikap pada mualaf yang ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan pengetahuan komunitas tentang nilai-nilai tauhid, akhlak dan syariat yang baik.

Administrasi pendidikan yaitu keseluruhan proses bekerja sama dengan memanfaatkan semua sumber daya yang tersedia dan dibutuhkan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang telah ditetapkan secara efektif dan efesien. Administrasi pendidikan pada dasarnya merupakan administrasi dalam mengolah, mengatur dan mengalokasikan sumber daya yang terdapat dalam dunia pendidikan. Sarana adalah semua fasislitas yang diperlukan dalam proses belajar mengajar, baik yang bergerak maupun yang tidak bergerak, agar pencapaian tujuan pendidikan dan berjalan dengan lancar, teratur, efektif dan efesien. Sedangkan pengertian dari prasarana adalah fasilitas yang secara tidak langsung menunjang jalannya proses pendidikan, seperti; halaman, kebun atau taman sekolah, jalan menuju sekolah, tata tertib sekolah, dan sebagainya. Administrasi sarana dan prasarana pendidikan merupakan hal yang sangat menunjang atas tercapainya suatu tujuan dari pendidikan, sebagai seorang personal pendidikan kita dituntut untuk menguasi dan memahami administrasi sarana dan prasarana, untuk meningkatkan daya kerja yang efektif dan efisien serta mampu menghargai etika kerja sesama personal pendidikan, sehingga akan tercipta keserasian, kenyamanan yang dapat menimbulkan kebanggaan dan rasa memiliki baik dari warga sekolah maupun warga masyarakat sekitarnya.

Public interest in muamalah according to shari'ah is a growing factor in the Indonesian economy. To develop society, the principle of Islamic Banking Institutions or Syari'ah Banking is to dismantle the interest system and replace it with a system for measuring the results of savings and loan operations. The most common form of fundraising contract in Islamic banks is the savings contract, which is also known as the wadi'ah contract. This study uses a constructive paradigm with a qualitative descriptive analysis for this type of research conducted on the literature. To process data, users use two types: secondary data and primary data. Data collection techniques are carried out using documentation studies. Data analysis uses content analysis with a more thorough process which includes categorization and selection in an in-depth format. In the process of collecting and analyzing data, researchers used two models of triangulation of sources. According to evidence, Wadi'ah helps those in need. Based on its application in Islamic banking, the term "wadi'ah contract" is divided into two categories, namely "Safe Keeping" and "Safe Deposit Box". "Safe Keeping" refers to the safekeeping of documents, contracts and other important documents, while "Safe Deposit Box" refers to the safekeeping of important papers, contracts and other documents. Every sharia banking organization must carry out its banking activities in accordance with Islamic sharia principles, especially those related to credit procedures. Islamic banking not only has a destination, but also has various problems. Including sharia products and tabling based on wadi'ah contracts.

The widespread development of technology has had an impact on society in the era of globalization on Islamic cultural values, especially referring to morals, behavior, culture, and community habits. This study aims to describe the influence of globalization so that society does not cultivate these negative influences and continues to maintain Islamic cultural values in the era of globalization. The influence of globalization has had a very large impact on Islamic culture, both positive and negative impacts. The positive impact provides ease in exchanging information, broadening horizons, and being an effective means of spreading Islamic values in society. However, the negative impact of globalization also presents its own challenges, such as the emergence of a consumptive lifestyle, behavior that imitates Western nations, the decline of morals and ethics in the current generation, resulting in a decline and shift in Islamic values in society, especially among teenagers who are more interested in foreign cultures than their own culture. This study shows that globalization can bring progress in science and technology, but also threatens the morals and values of Islamic culture. Therefore, this study emphasizes the need for character formation such as instilling an attitude of nationalism, strengthening faith and morals from an early age. Thus, it is hoped that society can utilize technological advances in this era of globalization without losing its Islamic identity and values.

The issues addressed in this paper are how the digital revolution influences the development of Islamic culture and the challenges Muslims face in navigating these changes. Furthermore, it is important to understand the positive and negative impacts of the digital revolution on Islamic cultural values. The purpose of this research is to analyze the dynamics of change in Islamic culture within the context of the digital revolution and to identify strategies that can be implemented to maintain and strengthen Islamic values. The research also aims to understand the adaptation of Muslim communities to digital technology. The method used in this research is a qualitative study using a literature analysis approach and observation of the phenomenon of digital technology use within Muslim communities. Data was collected from primary and secondary sources related to digital developments and the dynamics of Islamic culture. The results show that the digital revolution has brought about a major transformation in the way Muslims access, disseminate, and practice their cultural values. In addition to strengthening Islamic communication and education, digital technology also poses challenges in the form of the dissemination of inaccurate information and rapid changes in traditions. Muslim communities must be able to balance cultural preservation with the wise use of technology. In conclusion, the digital revolution has had a significant impact on Islamic culture, requiring an adaptive approach to ensure Islamic values remain relevant and maintained in the digital era. The relationship between Islam and economics from a historical perspective highlights the values, principles, and evolution of Islamic economic practices from the time of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) to the modern economic era. The book Islamic Economics (Amar, 2016) serves as the primary reference to explain the conceptual and normative framework of Islamic economics. This study employs a qualitative approach based on historical literature studies and content analysis of classical sources (the Qur'an, Hadith, and books on Islamic jurisprudence) as well as modern academic literature. The results show that Islamic economic principles, such as the prohibition of usury, social justice, and wealth distribution, have become the basis for the formation of an economic system oriented towards social welfare (maslahah). In the modern context, these values are reinterpreted in the form of Islamic financial institutions, Islamic capital markets, and redistribution policies through zakat and waqf. Therefore, a historical understanding is crucial to ensure the relevance and authenticity of the application of Islamic economics in the contemporary era. The development of digital technology has brought about major changes in the global economic system, including in the economic practices of Muslims. This article aims to review the relationship between Islam and the digital economy from historical and contemporary perspectives. Historically, Islamic economic principles are rooted in justice, balance, and the prohibition of riba (usury), gharar (gharar), and maysir (gambling). In the contemporary context, the digital economy offers significant opportunities to improve the welfare of the Muslim community through sharia-compliant e- commerce, halal fintech, and blockchain-based payment systems. However, these developments also pose challenges in maintaining adherence to Islamic values. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method. The results demonstrate that the synergy between sharia principles and digital technology can create an inclusive, transparent, and equitable economic ecosystem.
