Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan loyalitas pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pegawai Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) di Kota Solok. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 49 responden berdasarkan usia, jenis kelamin dan tingkat pendidikan dengan sampel sebanyak 49 responden yang diambil secara total sampling. Data dari penelitian ini diolah menggunakan aplikasi Spss 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, loyalitas pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Penelitian ini telah membuktikan secara bersama-sama bahwa Kompetensi, Loyalitas Pegawai berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) di Kota Solok.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of the Solok Regency Tourism and Culture Office in the Development of the Alahan Panjang Resort Tourism Object which is located in Nagari Alahan Panjang, Lembah Gumanti District, Solok Regency. The method in this research is a descriptive qualitative method using SWOT analysis through the IFAS and EFAS matrix approach. With the SWOT analysis, the situation of the Alahan Panjang Resort tourist attraction can be identified by identifying the internal factors and external factors that influence the tourist attraction. The research results based on the SWOT Analysis Diagram show that the coordinate position of the Performance Analysis of the Solok Regency Tourism and Culture Office in developing the Alahan Panjang Resort tourist attraction is in quadrant 1 with a cut point of 0.73; 0.33. This shows that the Alahan Panjang Resort tourist attraction is in a growth oriented strategy position or implementing a strategy referring to aggressive growth so as to enable the Solok Regency Tourism and Culture Office to carry out further development.

Abstract

The interest of visitors in a tourist attraction can determine the quality of the services provided and the various factors that shape their behavior. Among these factors are the image and promotion of the destination. The image of a destination in a tourist spot can serve as a catalyst for the attraction of the tourist spot itself; promotion aims to convince consumers to utilize the provided services or products, and it can boost and enhance tourist visits by ensuring their satisfaction. Bukit Cinangkiak Tourism in West Sumatra Province conducted this research. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of destination image and promotion on visitor interest. The accidental sampling method relies on chance, allowing anyone who unintentionally encounters the researcher to serve as a sample. Therefore, the researcher will select 100 individuals from the current population of 7,463 as samples or respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The study's findings indicated that destination image and promotion have a positive relationship with visitor interest. The study found that both Destination Image and Promotion partially influence Visitor Interest. The coefficient of determination (R2) yielded a value of 0.097, indicating a 9.7% contribution from the variables of destination image and promotion, with other variables exerting a 90.3% influence.
