Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Emotional Intelligence on Transformational Leadership at Management Level at PT. Tunas Baru Lampung, Tbk-Banyuasin. The research method that the author uses in this study is a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach with an emphasis on theory testing through the measurement of research variables through the distribution of research questionnaires. The population in this study amounted to 70 employees at the management level at PT. Tunas Baru Lampung, Tbk-Banyuasin. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling with the technique taken is Simple Random Sampling. The analytical technique used in this research is simple linear regression using SPSS version 25 software.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to know the analysis of the impact of communication, as well as industrial relations on employee job satisfaction, and their effect on employee job satisfaction. The tentative assumption put forward is that communication has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction and there is a significant influence of industrial linkages on employee job satisfaction. It is evident from the research results that communication and industrial relations have a significant relationship with employee job satisfaction. In this research, it is proven that the most influential on employee job satisfaction is communication.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Fatigue and Workload on Organizational Commitment at PT. Tunas Baru Lampung, Tbk-Banyuasin. The sample in this study was 70 respondents. This type of research uses a quantitative approach and uses a Likert scale. The analysis used is multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing using T-test and F test which is processed using SPSS V.25 program and produces the regression equation Y = 32.694 – 0.127X1+0.155X2. The result of this research is that work fatigue has no significant effect on organizational commitment while the workload has a significant effect on organizational commitment at PT. Tunas Baru Lampung, Tbk-Banyuasin. This can be seen from the T-test, namely T count 1.893 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 T count > T table (1.893> 1.667.

Abstract

This study aims to identify organizational and environmental communication on the work motivation of the State Civil Servant (CS) at the district level during the covid-19 pandemic. The existence of a social restriction policy in activities that was also experienced by CS organizational communication and work environment have an influence on employee motivation. The results showed that during the Covid-19 pandemic the level of CS motivation was low. Through indicators of Basic needs, security needs, social needs, esteem needs and self-actualization, it is known that all indicators in the motivational variable have low values and only indicators of security needs have sufficient values. From the results of regression analysis, it is known that organizational communication and the work environment have an influence on motivation, where good organizational communication can be seen from the effectiveness and openness of information and the relationship between leaders and their subordinates which includes trust, joint decision making, honesty, openness in communication to others. up and down and attention to high-performance goals. Due to a good work environment, it will have an impact on increasing employee motivation to work together to achieve better office goals.
