Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan kepuasan pada BTN Syariah Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif sdengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin didapatkan sebanyak 99 nasabah. Teknik analisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah (thitung = 8,190) > ttabel = 1,984). Hasil uji statistik kepuasan nasabah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah (thitung=8,459) > ttabel=1,984). Pengujian yang dilakukan secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel Z (kepuasan nasabah) dapat memoderasi atau memperantarai pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan) terhadap loyalitas nasabah (hasil thitung = 2,214) > ttabel = 1,982 dan dengan nilai P-Values 0,027 < 0,05). Kata Kunci: kualitas pelayanan, budaya organisasi, loyalitas pelanggan

Abstract

Remaja merupakan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang akan menjadi generasi penerus bangsa. Intelektualitas, keterampilan (Skill) dan semangat entrepreneurship atau kewirausahaan merupakan salah satu hal yang penting untuk dimiliki di masa depan mereka. Keberhasilan berwirausaha berkaitan dengan jiwa kepemimpinan dan motivasi berwirausaha yang akan memunculkan kreativitas ataupun inovasi yang tinggi dalam berwirausaha serta menumbuhkan semangat belajar. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi berwirausaha dikalangan generasi muda. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan pada hari senin, 28 November 2023 di Desa Simpang Pelabuhan Dalam Kecamatan Pemulutan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Sumatera Selatan. Kegiatan ini dihadiri 28 orang, termasuk generasi muda dan perangkat desa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan minat dan motivasi untuk menjadi wirausahawan.

Abstract

As the consumer becomes more aware of environmental issues and global warming, consumers will be asking more questions about the food they are consuming. Some regions noted that cullinary business dominated most of the existing micro, small and medium enterprises. This research aim to describe the practice of the green supply chain management among cullinary micro, small and medium enterprises in the city of Palembang. A descriptive survey was conducted at 39 culinary SMEs at Palembang, South Sumatera with 272 participants. The participants were selected from the various SMEs using purposive random sampling. The participants of the study were business owner, manager and employee of the SMEs. The results of the study show that SMEs have not practices the environmental friendly system either in production, manufacturing and distribution of food products. Majority of participants argue that the raw material in building GSCM is expensive and high cost.

Abstract

This study was conducted at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Unit Ilir Timur 2-2 Palembang to measure the effect of service quality and trust on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty. The background of this study is based on the rapid economic development in Indonesia, which drives an increase in the financial needs of the community, making the role of financing institutions increasingly important. The purpose of this study is to explore how service quality, trust, and satisfaction affect customer loyalty. The method used is a quantitative method with a positivistic approach, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis. Data were obtained from 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. The results of the study indicate that service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty, with a regression coefficient of 0.763 and a significance value of 0.000. However, customer trust and customer satisfaction do not show a significant effect on loyalty in this model. Therefore, it is recommended that PT. PNM focuses more on improving service quality to strengthen customer loyalty, while trust and satisfaction should still be considered through a more specific approach and measurement. The study concludes that although service quality is a major factor in building loyalty, it is important for companies not to ignore the role of trust and satisfaction in the long term

Abstract

Organizations face intensified competition in the era of globalization, making effective Human Resources (HR) management crucial for success. This study investigates the impact of education and field training on employee competency at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divre III Palembang, an enterprise aiming to enhance its railway services. The problem identified is the discrepancy between educational qualifications and practical competencies, exacerbated by insufficient training resources. This research aims to examine how education and field training influence employee competency and to provide recommendations for improving HR practices. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 122 employees through questionnaires and observations, supplemented by a literature review. Hypotheses were tested using multiple regression analysis and statistical tests. The findings reveal that education significantly and positively affects competency, which means that higher education levels necessarily equate to higher competency. Then, field training also significantly improves competency, highlighting its effectiveness in developing practical skills. The study also found that both education and field training, when considered together, significantly impact employee competency. Based on these findings, it is recommended that PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) should consider further evaluating job assignments, differentiating the training materials to meet the competency needs of each position better, and strengthening training programs that focus on developing critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills.

Abstract

Socialization and education about Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) are important to be implemented in MSMEs, especially in the aluminum craft sector, to encourage environmental desire and efficiency. In Tanjung Atap Barat Village, most aluminum craftsmen still use practices that are less environmentally friendly, such as less than optimal waste management and the use of raw materials that are not fully based on recycling. Therefore, a GHRM approach is needed that integrates the principle of desire through increasing the ability, motivation, and opportunities for craftsmen to contribute to preserving the environment. This study aims to understand and analyze the implementation of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) in aluminum craft MSMEs in Tanjung Atap Barat Village, with a focus on preserving human resources that support environmental sustainability. The method used in this study consists of three main stages: socialization, education, and evaluation. The results of this study indicate that the socialization and education of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) carried out on aluminum craftsmen in Tanjung Atap Barat Village with the ability-motivation-opportunity (AMO) approach successfully introduced GHRM principles such as energy efficiency, use of recycled materials, and waste management.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama dalam aspek pengembangan kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas program pendampingan dalam optimalisasi pengembangan kompetensi SDM UMKM guna meningkatkan daya saing di sektor ekonomi kreatif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, pelatihan dan workshop, pendampingan intensif, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan digital, di mana 75% peserta mampu memanfaatkan platform digital untuk pemasaran produk. Dalam aspek manajemen keuangan, 70% peserta berhasil menerapkan sistem pembukuan dasar dan memisahkan keuangan pribadi dengan bisnis. Di bidang inovasi produk, 60% peserta mampu menciptakan produk baru yang lebih kreatif dan sesuai dengan permintaan pasar. Secara keseluruhan, pendapatan rata-rata UMKM mengalami peningkatan sebesar 30% dalam tiga bulan pasca-pendampingan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendampingan dalam pengembangan kompetensi SDM efektif dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di sektor ekonomi kreatif. Diperlukan keberlanjutan program melalui sinergi antara akademisi, pemerintah, dan pelaku usaha untuk memastikan dampak jangka panjang.

Abstract

Keripik Singkong Alif, a micro-enterprise located in Suka Damai Village, faces challenges in managing human resources due to its traditional and unstructured operational system, leading to inefficiencies and obstacles in business development. To address this issue, socialization and education on Digital Talent Management (DTM) were conducted as a solution to improve HR management through a simple and applicable digital approach. This activity aimed to educate micro-business actors on the importance of talent management. The methods used included field observations, interviews, socialization, training, mentoring, and step-by-step evaluation to ensure that business owners could understand and independently implement the system. The results of the activity show that the socialization program consisted of several stages, namely observation, problem identification, implementation of socialization and education, and evaluation. Through four days of socialization and education, Keripik Singkong Alif successfully established a clearer division of tasks, recognized employee potential, and agreed on work procedures through the development of a simple Guidebook. The digital approach used effectively raised awareness among business owners about the importance of work documentation and performance evaluation, despite initial challenges in digital literacy.

Abstract

Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) has emerged as a strategic approach to integrate environmental sustainability principles into human resource practices. This study aims to examine the effect of GHRM on employees’ green behavior at PT Buana Sriwijaya Sejahtera. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, data were collected from employees through structured questionnaires and analyzed using regression analysis. The results indicate that GHRM has a positive and significant influence on employees’ consistent engagement in environmentally friendly behaviors. Key factors such as continuous training, supportive incentive systems, active employee involvement, and the alignment of HR policies with sustainability principles were found to play a crucial role in fostering a green organizational culture. These findings imply that organizations seeking to promote environmental awareness and sustainable practices should strengthen their GHRM implementation. This research is limited to a single company, and future studies are recommended to expand the scope to different industries and company scales, incorporating moderating or mediating variables such as green leadership or organizational commitment.
