The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison before and after using SIEMEN in the recruitment process at Siti Fatimah Az-zahra Hospital. In this study using three informants. The method used in this research is comparative descriptive with a qualitative approach. The analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Based on the study conducted, it can be concluded that the recruitment process using SIEMEN is more effective than recruitment before using SIEMEN or offline recruitment. This can be seen from the answers that have been submitted by informants that the recruitment process using SIEMEN has many advantages and advantages, including cost savings, ease of recruitment, ease of use for organizations, improving the employee recruitment process, and success in finding employees as needed. The effectiveness of recruitment using SIEMEN from the target aspect at Siti Fatimah Az-zahra Hospital is very effective but there are still obstacles in the recruitment process such as many applicants who have difficulty verifying the applicant's own email. When viewed in terms of cost, energy, and time spent on the recruitment process using SIEMEN is not classified as much when compared to recruitment before using SIEMEN.

Human Resource Management (HRM) is a crucial discipline in managing labor relations to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. HRM integrates scientific elements and artistic aspects in managing human resources. The scientific approach focuses on systematic understanding of labor management, while the artistic approach emphasizes talent and skills in influencing individuals to achieve specific objectives. This research aims to explore the impact of Search and Rescue (SAR) training and leadership on employee performance, considering job satisfaction as a mediating factor. The research sample includes 128 personnel of the South Sumatra Regional Marine and Air Police Directorate using a quantitative descriptive analysis method. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using linear regression. The findings indicate that SAR training and leadership significantly affect employee performance, with job satisfaction serving as a crucial mediator. Additionally, 45% of personnel have not attended SAR training, which can negatively impact their performance in emergency situations. These insights are valuable for the management of South Sumatra Regional Marine and Air Police Directorate in enhancing operational effectiveness and employee performance through improved training and effective leadership.

This research discusses efforts to optimize human resources (HR) in the construction industry at PT. Pusadega Superior. Effective HR management is crucial for increasing productivity and reducing risks in construction projects. The main problem identified is how HR optimization strategies influence project performance and job satisfaction. This study offers a new perspective by analyzing a comprehensive approach to HR management in the construction sector, an area that has not been widely explored in previous research. The research employs a qualitative case study method, utilizing qualitative analysis through interviews with project managers and staff, as well as document review related to HR management at PT. Pusadega Superior. The findings reveal that despite having good HR policies, their implementation is often inconsistent, which negatively impacts project performance. The main influencing factors are the quality of training and internal communication. The conclusion of this research is that increasing consistency in the implementation of HR policies and improving training and communication can enhance project performance and job satisfaction. The implication is that PT. Pusadega Superior must invest in better training programs and more effective communication strategies. The key message is that effective HR optimization is critical to the success of construction projects and worker satisfaction.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dukungan organisasi dan kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan keterlibatan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada PT. Pembangkit Listrik Nasional (Persero) Rayon Ampera. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang melibatkan 117 karyawan sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mengukur persepsi karyawan terhadap dukungan organisasi, kualitas kehidupan kerja, keterlibatan kerja, dan kinerja mereka. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis) untuk menguji hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan organisasi dan kualitas kehidupan kerja secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, keterlibatan kerja terbukti menjadi variabel mediasi yang memperkuat hubungan antara dukungan organisasi dan kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya meningkatkan dukungan organisasi dan kualitas kehidupan kerja untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan kerja, yang pada gilirannya akan berdampak positif pada kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam memahami mekanisme hubungan antara dukungan organisasi, kualitas kehidupan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan melalui keterlibatan kerja, serta memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi manajemen PT. Pembangkit Listrik Nasional (Persero) Rayon Ampera dalam mengembangkan strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

This paper explores the factors that either hinder or support performance improvement among civil servants (PNS) in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The topic is vital due to the critical role of government employees in delivering effective and efficient public services, as well as the need for practical strategies to enhance organizational performance. The study investigates the challenges faced by local governments in improving employee performance, with the aim of identifying key factors and proposing actionable solutions. A quantitative approach was employed, using stratified random sampling to gather data from 378 civil servants via Likert scale-based questionnaires. The relationship between transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and employee performance were analyzed using SEM-PLS. The analysis revealed that transformational leadership significantly influences both job satisfaction and employee performance. Additionally, the results showed a strong correlation between these factors, underscoring key areas where leadership and satisfaction improvements could enhance performance. The study concludes that strengthening transformational leadership and job satisfaction can have a positive impact on employee performance. The findings provide practical implications for local government policymakers to implement targeted interventions aimed at boosting organizational efficiency. The key takeaway is that leadership development and job satisfaction are crucial to achieving higher performance in the public sector.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh kualitas layanan melalui aplikasi PLN Mobile terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Palembang ULP Rivai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pelanggan PLN. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode statistik untuk menentukan hubungan antara kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan yang diberikan melalui aplikasi PLN Mobile memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas layanan melalui teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan memperkuat reputasi perusahaan.

This study aims to analyze the impact of e-performance implementation and work motivation on employee performance with technology acceptance as a mediating variable at the XX Department of XYZ Province. This study discusses issues such as declining employee performance, utilization of new technology, and employees who are 45 years and over. Using a quantitative approach with an explanatory causal design, data were collected from a total of 114 employees through a Google Form-based questionnaire and printed questionnaire sheets. The results indicated that the implementation of e-performance and work motivation significantly influenced technology acceptance, which further impacted employee performance. The implementation of e-performance and work motivation contributed positively to employee performance, with technology acceptance as a key factor in increasing specific areas of productivity. This study highlights the importance of prioritizing the implementation of e-performance and work motivation to enhance employee performance and productivity.

Tujuan Penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengetahui Analisis Sumber Daya Pekerjaan dan Keterikatan kerja Dalam Meningkatkan Perilaku Proaktif pada Dinas Sosial Kota Palembang. Jenis penelitian dari analisis sumber daya pekerjaan dan keterikatan kerja dalam meningkatkan perilaku proaktif pada Dinas Sosial Kota Palembang adalah penelitian kuantitatif konfirmatori.Lokasi Penelitian Dinas Sosial Kota Palembang yang beralamat di Jl. Merdeka No.26 Kelurahan 22 ilir Kecamatan Bukit Kecil Kota Palembang. Sumber data dari penelitian Analisis Sumber Daya Pekerjaan dan Keterikatan Kerja dalam Meningkatkan perilaku proaktif pada Dinas Sosial Kota Palembang adalah data kuesioner. Metode pengumpulan data dari penelitian Analisis Sumber Daya Pekerjaan dan Keterikatan Kerja Dalam Meningkatkan Perilaku Proaktif pada Dinas Sosial Kota Palembang adalah metode survei. Survei dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Palembang. Kuesioner tersebut berisi pertanyaan-pertanyaan untuk mengukur variabel-variabel yang diteliti, yaitu sumber daya pekerjaan, keterikatan kerja, dan perilaku proaktif.Teknik Analisis Data Dalam Studi Independen ini peneliti menganalisis data dengan melakukan kuesioner kemudian data tersebut diolah menggunakan excel, Hasil Penelitian ini menjelaskan Bahwa Sumber daya pekerjaan berpengaruh positif terhadap keterikatan kerja, Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sumber daya pekerjaan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keterikatan kerja. Keterikatan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku proaktif Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa keterikatan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap perilaku proaktif. Keterikatan kerja berperan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara sumber daya pekerjaan dan perilaku proaktif, Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keterikatan kerja berperan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara sumber daya pekerjaan dan perilaku proaktif.

This paper explores the impact of Mobile Banking services, specifically the BSB Mobile application, on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency at Bank Sumsel Babel. As Mobile Banking becomes increasingly vital in the digital era, offering greater convenience and speed, this study investigates how the BSB Mobile application affects these aspects of banking service. The research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the BSB Mobile application in enhancing customer service and reducing operational errors. It addresses a gap in existing literature by providing fresh insights into the specific challenges and benefits experienced by Bank Sumsel Babel. To achieve this, a qualitative research approach was employed, involving three months of direct observation at the Bank Sumsel Babel Tanjung Raja Sub-Branch, complemented by in-depth interviews with both staff and customers. Additionally, a thorough literature review was conducted to support the analysis. The findings reveal that the BSB Mobile application positively influences customer satisfaction by decreasing wait times and improving transaction accuracy. However, it also highlights persistent issues with network connectivity and application usability. The study concludes that while the BSB Mobile application contributes to improved customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, continuous enhancements are required to address these technical challenges. The main implication of this research is that Mobile Banking can significantly boost banking operations, provided that technological reliability and effective user training are prioritized to overcome existing limitation.
