Abstract

Learning is a process of changing the behavior through experience and training. The changing of behavior involves knowledge, skills, attitudes and even all aspects of the organism or individual himself. Unfortunately, many students have difficulty in understanding the abstract concepts of a subject. Therefore, we need the alternative learning model to overcome the difficulties in learning. One of the learning models is Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) learning model. STAD model is a cooperative learning model encouraging students to actively discover knowledge through the skills process. The objective of this study is to determine the average difference of students’ learning outcomes through cooperative learning model with STAD type and the expository model on the subject material of Market Price Formation. The population of this study was all VIII Classes of SMP Negeri 1 Randudongkal in the academic year of 2007/2008. There were 7 classes consisted of 292 students. Samples are taken randomly, the first group was VIIIC students as the experimental group using STAD learning model, whereas the second group was students in VIIID class as the control group. Data was collected by test method, and then analyzed by the mean difference test. The results showed that there was a significant mean difference in students’ learning outcomes. The average score for experimental group was 75.93 and for the control group was only 71.36. Based on this study, it is suggested to use STAD learning model based on constructivism in teaching and learning process because it can encourage students to be active with their own skills.

Abstract

Changes in conditions that are so fast demand a shift in management, as well as mosques, mosques are an entity that has the opportunity to follow a shift in management model, this triggers conflict. This study aims to determine conflict management in the perspective of transformational leadership (a case study of the Al-Musthofa Bogor mosque) conducted by DKM Al-Musthofa Bogor City. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research and analysis that have been carried out can be concluded that conflicts occur between young people and old people regarding the issue of contributions that do not agree between young people and old people. This is based on the main source of conflict, namely communication jammed between the two parties. The results of this conflict management The conflict manager in this case by using a transformational leadership style is able to collaborate on ideas, roles and performance from old people and young people so that both parties can contribute side by side so as to obtain a win-win conflict solution. Both parties benefited and managed to get what they wanted.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat sebagai strategi penting dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan yangmenekankan keterpaduan antara dimensi ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan. Namun, praktik dilapangan masih menghadapi tantangan berupa fragmentasi program, keterbatasan partisipasimasyarakat, serta kurangnya integrasi antar-aspek pembangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuanmerumuskan pendekatan holistic dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat berkelanjutan, melalui studiliteratur dengan mengkaji teori, praktik, dan best practices dari berbagai sumber ilmiah dalamsepuluh tahun terakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan yang berorientasi padakeberlanjutan harus mengedepankan sinergi antara peningkatan kapasitas ekonomi masyarakat,penguatan kohesi sosial, dan pelestarian lingkungan hidup. Pendekatan yang diusulkanmenekankan pentingnya peran budaya lokal dan pemanfaatan teknologi sebagai katalis dalammempercepat transformasi. Integrasi ini mampu menghasilkan kerangka manajemen yangholistik, partisipatif, dan adaptif terhadap dinamika global. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwakeberhasilan pemberdayaan masyarakat berkelanjutan tidak hanya diukur dari pertumbuhanekonomi, tetapi juga dari terbangunnya kesadaran kolektif, keadilan sosial, serta keberlanjutanekologi. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi teoretis bagi pengembanganilmu pemberdayaan masyarakat, sekaligus menawarkan rekomendasi praktis bagi pemerintah,lembaga swadaya masyarakat, dan komunitas lokal dalam merancang strategi pembangunanyang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis transformasi manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) di Pondok Pesantren Alhikmah Mereng, Kecamatan Warungpring, dengan menyoroti dinamika antara tradisi dan inovasi. Penelitian berangkat dari realitas bahwa pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan Islam yang memiliki sistem manajemen berbasis tradisi, namun dituntut untuk beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan SDM di pesantren masih berakar kuat pada tradisi, terutama dalam rekrutmen, pembinaan santri, dan sistem kepemimpinan. Namun, telah terjadi upaya integrasi melalui penggunaan sistem administrasi sederhana, pelatihan pedagogi, dan pemberian insentif bagi tenaga pendidik. Arah inovasi terlihat dari keterlibatan teknologi, peningkatan kesejahteraan pendidik, serta kolaborasi dengan lembaga eksternal. Transformasi berlangsung secara bertahap dan dipengaruhi oleh faktor budaya organisasi, peran kiai, serta dukungan santri senior. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa transformasi manajemen SDM di pesantren merupakan proses evolutif yang menjaga keseimbangan antara tradisi dan inovasi, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan sekaligus mempertahankan identitas pesantren
