Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini menemukan, pertama: Pada masa pemerintahan Andi Mappanyukki Sultan Ibrahim mengalami banyak perubahan, seperti diadakannya “Pertemuan Ulama Celebes Sulawesi Selatan” pada tahun 1932 M. Tahun 1933 M didirikanlah Al-Madrasah Amiriyyah Al-Islamiyyah Watampone, politik dan ekonomi juga mengalami banyak perubahan, dan berkontribusi dalam Proklamasi Kemerdekaan Indonesia. Ketiga: Andi Mappanyukki berkontribusi dalam bidang agama dan bidang edukasi dan moral, seperti, beliau mendirikan Masjid Raya Watampone. Madrasah yang berhasil didirikan Andi Mappanyukki Sultan Ibrahim memiliki banyak kontribusi terhadap masyarakat dan mampu melahirkan banyak tokoh-tokoh agama di Sulawesi Selatan. Metode penelitian yakni: (1) Heuristik (pengumpulan data), (2) Kritik sumber (verifikasi), (3) Interpretasi, (4) Historiografi. Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar untuk melakukan pengkajian dasar yang lebih mendalam. (2) Peneliatian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan sumbangan yang positif untuk melestarikan nilai-nilai agama pada masyarakat Bone.

Abstract

This type of research is qualitative research using historical, anthropological and isociological research approaches. Sources of data in this research are village heads, traditional leaders, religious leaders, and several other community leaders. iThe data collection methods used are through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing and data analysis techniques are carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusion drawing.This research shows that the Baku'puli is an ittradition that originates from Inenek Imo, who has existed since the past, and still exists and has been carried out by the people of iBonto Bulaeng village until now as a form of respecting the heritage of ancestors. Ibaku'puli in iBonto Bulaeng village is done because of several factors and they think that ibaku'puli is a normal thing for some people. Because of its existence, it is the same as the other's submission. In iBonto iBulaeng village, every wedding uses my ibaku'puli which is regarded as an inheritance from an uncle who must be cared for, preserved, and protected as a form of respect for the culture that has been passed down from generation to generation.Regarding the implementation process, it has several stages, namely planning, preparation and implementation. This meaning of ibaku'puli i has a positive meaning in Desa Bonto Bulaeng's marriage, besides both brides want to be willing to establish a relationship in the household that is isakinah, imawaddah, iwarahma, it is hoped that they will remain united in the sense that it is hoped that there will be no disagreements that will result in the separation of his wife and his wife's separation I stay united and I can solve every problem in the households they raise, I also strengthen the husband and wife so that they remain harmonious, and I feel that I love each other.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze about; 1) the influence of principal madrasah leadership on teacher performance; 2) the influence of the work environment on teacher performance; 3) the influence of leadership and work environment together on teacher performance. This study uses primary data through a questionnaire of as many as 391 teacher respondents as a sample of the total number of teachers, as many as 1,790 teachers spread from all Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in South Sulawesi. The results show that together the two independent variables, namely: leadership (X1) and the work environment (X2), have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance (Y) which can be shown by the value of F count = 30,872 and Probability (sig) = 0.000 < = 0.05. While the contribution or contribution of the influence of the two independent variables is relatively significant, namely: leadership (X1) and work environment (X2) on teacher performance which can be shown through the value of the determination index (R2) = 0.637 or 63.70% variation in teacher performance and there are 0.363 or 36.30% teacher performance is determined by other factors not included in this study.
