Abstract

This study aims to describe and explain the implementation of village fund management in improving village community empowerment, perhaps in the Orong Telu sub-district. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The technique used to collect data is through observation, interviews and documentation. Informants in this study were the village head, head of finance, head of welfare, head of BPD, head of youth organization and community beneficiaries of village funds. The data were analyzed using Miles Huberman's theory. The results of this study indicate that the management of village funds in the Possi Village, starting from planning, implementation, administration, to reporting and accountability is carried out properly and transparently. For the realization of village funds in the Possibility Village in the field of physical development in the form of road and agricultural infrastructure development, while in the field of empowerment in the form of, Socialization and Technical Guidance, Equity Participation in Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), PKK and Posyandu Activities, Social Empowerment, Direct Cash Assistance Funds Villages (BLTDD) and Covid-19 Prevention and Handling.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic stimulus program funding on the income of micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) in Sumbawa Regency. This type of research is associative research which is used to determine the relationship between variables and how the level of dependence between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The variables that will be studied in this study are the economic stimulus program assistance funds as the independent variable, and the income of UMKM entrepreneurs in Sumbawa Regency as the dependent variable. The type of data used is quantitative data collected directly from the source through questionnaires distributed to research respondents. Respondents used as data sources amounted to 60 people. Researchers use a questionnaire or questionnaire to collect data. The data that has been collected will then be processed using the SPSS program to be studied using techniques that include simple linear regression analysis, individual parameter hypothesis testing (t test), and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results of this study indicate that the economic stimulus program has a positive and significant effect on the income of UMKM business actors in Sumbawa Regency. The ability of the economic stimulus program to influence variations in changes in the income of UMKM business actors in Sumbawa Regency is 96.2%, while the remaining 3.8% is influenced by other variables beyond the scope of this research, such as the level of education of business actors, type of business, consumer demand, and others.

Abstract

Kabupaten Sumbawa adalah salah satu daerah yang memiliki potensi untuk pengembangan peternakan. Pembangunan peternakan merupakan salah satu bagian dari prioritas pembangunan daerah yang pada dasarnya adalah untuk menyediakan pangan yang berasal dari ternak baik kualitas maupun kuantitas. Peningkatan produksi ternak akan berhasil dengan baik, jika ketersediaan pakan dapat dipenuhi secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang tersedia secara kontinyu. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk mengetahui strategi peningkatan pendapatan peternak di Kabupaten Sumbawa melalui pembuatan pakan ternak memanfaatkan limbah masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan sosialisasi dan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Serading Kecamatan Moyo Hilir Kabupaten Sumbawa pada hari Sabtu, 15 Mei 2021. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukan bahwa limbah tanaman pangan memiliki potensi yang cukup besar sebagai makanan ternak. Berbagai metode yang dapat dilakukan dalam pengolahan bahan pakan, diantaranya silase, amoniasi dan penyusunan konsentrat. meliputi kegiatan sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang metode penyediaan dan pengolahan pakan bagi peternak dengan optimalisasi pemanfaatan limbah pertanian yang sangat membantu peternak dalam penyediaan bahan baku pakan alternatif untuk hewan ternaknya. Penggunaan limbah tanaman pangan mempunyai keterbatasan seperti Kurangnya informasi yang bisa diperoleh mengenai teknik pengolahan dan pemanfaatan limbah pertanian, Kurangnya perhatian peternak terhadap ternak kambing dan kesibukan penduduk desa.
