Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of the Village Fund for the 2020 fiscal year in handling covid-19 in the Barutahan Village, including the use of the Village Fund for the use of BLT-DD, prevention and handling of covid-19, village cash labor intensive prioritized for community needs during the pandemic. The purpose of this study was to find out the extent of the implementation of the use of village funds during the covid-19 pandemic in the Baru Tahan Village. The data used are primary data and secondary data. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The type of data in this study is qualitative data. Data were analyzed using Miles Huberman interaction. The results showed that the use of Village Funds for covid-19-Free Villages, used for BLT-DD, prevention and handling of covid-19, and the village cash-intensive work in Desa Baru Tahan was in accordance with the Permendes which Village Funds were designated for handling covid-19.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and explain the implementation of village fund management in improving village community empowerment, perhaps in the Orong Telu sub-district. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The technique used to collect data is through observation, interviews and documentation. Informants in this study were the village head, head of finance, head of welfare, head of BPD, head of youth organization and community beneficiaries of village funds. The data were analyzed using Miles Huberman's theory. The results of this study indicate that the management of village funds in the Possi Village, starting from planning, implementation, administration, to reporting and accountability is carried out properly and transparently. For the realization of village funds in the Possibility Village in the field of physical development in the form of road and agricultural infrastructure development, while in the field of empowerment in the form of, Socialization and Technical Guidance, Equity Participation in Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), PKK and Posyandu Activities, Social Empowerment, Direct Cash Assistance Funds Villages (BLTDD) and Covid-19 Prevention and Handling.

Abstract

This study aims to know the contribution of the Village Fund in Rural Infrastructure Development in Pungkit Village, Moyo Utara Sub-District.This study was conducted at the Pungkit Village Office. The type of this study was descriptive quantitative. The data collection method used in this study were through documentation and literature study.The data analysis tool used in this study was the contribution analysis in which consisted of contribution formula and contribution analysis scale. The results of the study showed that the contribution of Village Fund to infrastructure development was categorized as very good.The average percentage of Village Fund contributions in rural infrastructure development in Pungkit Village, Moyo Utara Sub-District was 64.96%. This showed that the contribution of the Village Fund in infrastructure development in Pungkit Village, MoyoUtara District was classified as very good because the contribution analysis scale was more than 50%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal pada komoditas Jagung di Kawasan Pedesaan Kecamatan Utan Kabupaten Sumbawa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif kualitatif untuk memaparkan dan memberikan penjelasan tentang suatu keadaan memberikan gambaran atau melukiskan obyek yang diteliti berdasarkan fakta yang ada di lapangan. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer mengunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara terstruktur, Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis kualitatif. Analisa Data menggunakan metode analisa kualitatif. Temuan yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini adalah Peningkatan kapasitas produksi jagung bersekala lokal melalui peningkatan kualitas prosuksi jagung dan adanya ketersediaan data sumberdaya alam disetiap desa sehingga perluasan perluasan areal pertanian jagung, Penerapan teknologi tepat guna untuk merehabilitasi kemampuan sumberdaya lahan, air dan perairan umum (SA3),Pengoptimalisasian pemanfaatan produksi jagung, pengembangan konsumsi pangan berbahan dasar jagung (disverifikasi Pangan), Tersedianya sentra produksi jagung bersekala Lokal yang dikelola oleh Badan Usaha Milik Desa (Bumdes), Perlu adanya produk turunan komoditas jagung., Adanya regulasi dari pemerintah terkait perluasan lahan pertanian jagung,Peningkatan dukungan penyuluhan terkait komoditas jagung, Tersedianya sarana dan prasarana penunjang produksi Jagung bersekala lokal. Strategi menstabilkan harga adalah saat pasar dalam negeri tutup, jagung dijual ke luar negeri, campur tangan pemerintah dalam mengendalikan harga ,dan uji coba jagung berkualitas unggul untuk subsidi jagung yang akan diberikan terhadap para petani serta adanya sarana Irigasi dan dreinase yang mampu mengairi lahan kering yang digunakan oleh petani jagung.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi perempuan dalam berwirausaha terhadap pendapatan keluarga di Kecamatan Moyo Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode analisis deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif berupa jumlah pendapatan keluarga yang bersumber dari pendapatan perempuan/istri, pendapatan suami dan pendapatan anggota keluarga lainnya yang bekerja. Data dikumpulkan langsung dari responden, yaitu 32 responden yang bekerja pada industri tenun dan 49 responden yang bekerja pada industri permen susu di Kecamatan Moyo Utara menggunakan teknik wawancara. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan rumus pendapatan dan rumus indeks share (kontribusi) dengan bantuan program Microsoft Excel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi perempuan dalam berwirausaha untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga di Kecamatan Moyo Utara adalah sebesar 23,90% yang berasal dari pendapatan perempuan yang bekerja pada industri kain tenun dengan skala interval kontribusi dalam kriteria sedang. Sedangkan kontribusi perempuan yang bekerja pada industri permen susu sebesar 33,14 % dengan skala interval kontribusi dalam kriteria cukup.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kredit usaha rakyat (KUR) terhadap pendapatan Pengusaha usaha mikro kecil menengah di Desa Pukat Kecamatan Utan Kabupaten Sumbawa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Data penelitian diperoleh langsung dari sumber primer melalui teknik wawancara kepada pelaku usaha mikro kecil menengah di Desa Pukat yang berjumlah 27 orang. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik pengujian t statistic dan determinasi (R2). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kredit usaha rakyat (KUR) berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) di Desa Pukat Kecamatan Utan Kabupaten Sumbawa dengan nilai thitung lebih besar dari pada ttable (9,088 > 1,708). Sedangkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh sebesar 0,768. Artinya sebesar 76,8% perubahan variabel pendapatan usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) di Desa Pukat dipengaruhi oleh kredit usaha rakyat (KUR), sedangkan sisanya sebesar 23,2% perubahan variabel pendapatan usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) di Desa Pukat dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim to know and analyze the strategy of developing woven cloth handicraft businesses in increasing revenue in Lengas Hamlet, Poto Village, Moyo Hilir Sub-district. Type of this study was descriptive, a study that aims to know the value of the independent variable without connecting or making comparisons with other variables. The data used in this study was qualitative data in the form of informants’ answer obtained directly from the source through interviews. The informants in this study were headman, Cooperative, Industry and Trade Office and the woven cloth business actors in Lengas Hamlet, Poto Village, Moyo Hilir Sub-district with number of informants were 20 informants. The data analysis method was done using SWOT analysis technique. The findings of this study showed that the calculation results of the IFE and EFE matrices obtained a total score that position the woven cloth handicraft business in Lengas Hamlet, Poto Village, Moyo Hilir Sub-district in the IE matrix on cell IX, which was in decrease condition. The IE matrix was adjusted with the SWOT Matrix into possible alternative development strategies, namely minimizing the use of capital, increasing promotional activities, placing businesses in strategic locations and optimizing the use of technology to increase production volume.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim to know the optimization of subsidized fertilizers supervision in Labuhan Badas Sub-district, Sumbawa District. Type of this study was descriptive. Type of data used was qualitative that have got through interview. The informant in this study were Head of the Agriculture Office, the head of KP3, the supervisor of the subsidized fertilizer, the agent of the distribution of subsidized fertilizers and the farmers or farmer groups which consisted of 2 people. Data analysis was done using qualitative data analysis techniques of Miles and Huberman which included data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion / verification. The findings of this study showed that the distribution of fertilizers in Labuhan Badas Sub- district, Sumbawa District was in line with the process that have determined by government through the decision of the Sumbawa Regent. Optimization of distribution subsidized fertilizers supervision by KP3 in Labuhan Badas Sub- district, Sumbawa District consisted of supervision procedures and fertilizer distribution mechanisms, supervision flexibility, accuracy of distribution and modes of distorting the distribution. However, improvements were needed in the supervision procedure, namely the determination of measuring instruments, assessing, guidance to retailers and farmer groups, and evaluation of the distribution which is routinely implemented every year.

Abstract

This study aims to know the effectiveness, efficiency and growth rate of parking retribution in Sumbawa District in 2015-2019. This study was a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The data used was the number of parking retribution received in Sumbawa District 2015-2019 which was obtained from available documents. Data collection was done through documentation techniques. The data that has been collected were analyzed using the ratio analysis technique of effectiveness and efficiency and analysis of variants of revenue and costs. The findings of the study showed that parking retribution in Sumbawa District in 2015-2019 were less effective and inefficient. Based on results of the test showed that the effectiveness value of parking retribution was of 57.91% or was in the less effective category, while the efficiency value of parking retribution was of 139.98% or was in the inefficient category. The growth rate of parking retribution in Sumbawa District in 2015-2019 was of 109.16% or was in the positive category. This showed that the growth of parking retribution receipts in Sumbawa District in 2015-2019 can be said to be good.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the effect of the number of industries toward employment in Sumbawa Regency in 2011-2019. Type of this study was associative with a quantitative approach. The data used was secondary data obtained from cooperative and trade service (Diskoprindag) and the Central Bureau of Statistics of Sumbawa Regency. Data was collected using documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the variable of the number industries (X) had a significant effect toward labor absorption (Y). This conclusion was based on evidenced by the results of the t-value of 19.282 which was higher than the t table of 2.365 (19.282>2.365), the significance value of 0.000 was lower than 0.05 (0.00<0.05). Thus, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. This means that there was a significant effect of the number of industries toward employment in Sumbawa Regency in 2011-2019. The more the number of industries, the more labor that can be absorbed will also increase.
