Abstract

Westernization is a cause for the phenomenon of violations of Islamic law in Aceh. These various forms of foreign culture have entered into people's lives. Foreign culture that entered so quickly accepted and adopted in his life. Even though Aceh is one of the areas with the largest Muslim majority population in Indonesia and has the rules contained in the Qanun regarding the implementation of Islamic law. The purpose of this study is to answer how the implementation of Islamic law in Aceh and the extent of the impact that occurs due to westernization in the midst of the implementation of Islamic law in Aceh. The research method that the author uses is using qualitative research methods. The results of the research are that westernization in Aceh is dominant to the negative side and is contrary to the teachings of Islam and Islamic law (Qanun). In people's lives, violations such as how to dress that is not in accordance with the Shari'a, promiscuity, being alone with the opposite sex who is not a mahram, content on social media but not dressing according to religious advice and so on have become commonplace and are no longer taboo in society.

Abstract

An integrated Islamic school is a school that implements a curriculum to optimally integrate religious and general sciences. Independence is the ability in a person to act and do something so that it creates a positive attitude of responsibility in others. This research wants to know the formation of independence in early childhood through the PAI curriculum. For further research, it is possible to combine religious and public schools. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. Sources of data obtained from field studies (Field Research), which comes from written data and interviews. Based on the results of research at TK IT Rabbani Quran School Babahrot on the Analysis of Independence Formation in Early Childhood Through the Integrated Islamic Religious Education Curriculum at TKIT Rabbani Quran School Babahrot Independence is a description of the school's vision. The school's vision is revealed in the form of a mission, curriculum. Islamic education is one of the most important educations that must be given to children from an early age with the aim of forming a strong Islamic generation with elements of aqidah, morals, and worship.ABSTRAKSekolah Islam terpadu merupakan sekolah yang mengimplementasikan kurikulum untuk memadukan secara maksimal antara ilmu agama dan ilmu umum. Kemandirian merupakan kemampuan dalam diri seseorang untuk bertindak dan melakukan sesuatu sehingga menimbulkan sikap tanggungjawab  yang bersifat positif pada orang lain.  Peneitian ini ingin mengetaui pembentukan kemandirian pada anak usia dini melalui kurikulu PAI.  Untuk peneitian selanjutnya bisa mengabungkan antara sekolah yang agama dan umum. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data diperoleh dari studi lapangan (Field Research), yang bersumber dari data tertulis dan hasil wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di TK IT Rabbani Quran School Babahrot tentang Analisis Pembentukan Kemandirian pada Anak Usia Dini Melalui Kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam Terpadu di TKIT Rabbani Quran School Babahrot Kemandirian merupakan penjabaran visi sekolah. Visi sekolah tersebut diturunkan dalam bentuk misi, kurikulum. Pendidikan Agama Islam merupakan salah satu pendidikan yang amat penting yang harus diberikan kepada anak sejak usia dini dengan tujuan agar terbentuk generasi Islam yang kokoh dengan unsur aqidah, akhlak, dan ibadahnya.

Abstract

Islamic Sharia education holds a vital role in sustaining the religious and cultural identity of Acehnese society, this is based on the implementation of Islamic Sharia as the applicable law in Aceh. However, since the declaration of the implementation of Islamic Sharia in 2002, until now there are still various problems in its implementation. This research aims to explore more deeply related to Islamic Sharia Education in Aceh by identifying the implementation process and its challenges. The research method uses Descriptive Qualitative method. Data sources were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that: 1) In the implementation of Islamic Sharia in Aceh, until now there has been no Islamic Sharia education aimed at generations at every level of education, both formal and informal. The implementation of Islamic law itself is also still full of violations that occur with various variations. 2) Challenges in the implementation of Islamic Sharia in Aceh include the Aceh government's policy that seems not serious in taking action against various violations that occur. Furthermore, it is caused by the absence of Islamic sharia education for the next generation, on the other hand the current development of the times and westernization is also a challenge in the life of the people of Aceh. Abstrak Pendidikan Syariat Islam memiliki nilai penting dalam keberlangsungan hidup masyarakat Aceh, hal ini didasarkan atas pemberlakuan syariat Islam sebagai hukum yang berlaku di Aceh. Namun, sejak dideklarasikannya pemberlakuan syariat Islam pada 2002 silam, hingga saat ini masih menyisakan berbagai permasalahan dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi lebih dalam terkait dengan Pendidikan Syariat Islam di Aceh dengan mengidentifikasi proses pelaksanaan dan tantangannya. Metode Penelitian menggunakan metode Kualitatif Deskriptif. Sumber data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Dalam implementasi syariat Islam di Aceh, sampai saat ini belum adanya pendidikan syariat Islam yang ditujukan pada generasi pada setiap jenjang pendidikan, baik formal maupun informal. Implementasi syariat Islam itu sendiri juga masih penuh dengan pelanggaran yang terjadi dengan berbagai variasi. 2) Tantangan dalam implementasi syariat Islam di Aceh antara lain dari kebijakan pemerintah Aceh yang terkesan tidak serius dalam menindak berbagai pelanggaran yang terjadi. Selanjutnya disebabkan oleh tidak adanya pendidikan syariat Islam bagi generasi penerus, disisi lain arus perkembangan zaman dan westernisasi juga menjadi satu tantangan tersendiri dalam kehidupan masyarakat Aceh.

Abstract

Islamic preaching and Sharia law are important instruments in realizing a society that is in accordance with Islamic values. In the province of Aceh, Islamic preaching serves as the spiritual and intellectual foundation for supporting the comprehensive implementation of Sharia law. This study aims to identify the role of the government and religious institutions in strengthening da'wah (proselytizing) and the role of the Aceh government in supporting the implementation of a holistic Islamic sharia based on local wisdom. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative method. Data was sourced from observation, interviews, and documentation. Dakwah in Aceh is a socially and religiously integrated system, structurally and culturally, involving collaboration between the government, religious institutions, and the community. The Aceh government plays a central role in implementing Islamic law through various regulations and strategic programs such as Border Da'i, Jinayat Training, and strengthening the practice of worship. However, the implementation of Islamic law still faces multiple obstacles, so synergy and sustained commitment from all elements are needed to ensure that Islamic law is fully realized. Dakwah in Aceh is an integral part of implementing Islamic law, involving synergy among the government, religious institutions, and the general public. The government of Aceh itself plays a crucial role in the implementation of Islamic Sharia law, from policy-making to the actual implementation of Sharia programs. Although many strategic programs have been implemented, their execution still faces various challenges, making cross-sectoral collaboration essential to achieve a comprehensive implementation of Islamic Sharia law in the daily lives of the people of Aceh, known as the “Bumi Serambi Mekkah.”

Abstract

This article examines the urgency of strengthening tourism education in supporting the development of halal tourism in Aceh which has great potential, especially due to the implementation of Islamic law which is in line with the principles of halal tourism. The purpose of this study is to identify tourism education and halal tourism development in Aceh. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a data analysis approach according to Miles and Huberman which includes the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that although the potential for halal tourism in Aceh is very promising, the aspect of tourism education in this area is still minimal and general in nature. The absence of a focus on education that specifically discuss the concepts, standards, and practices of halal tourism is a major obstacle in producing competent and professional human resources. Therefore, a strategy to strengthen the halal tourism education ecosystem is needed to support the development of sustainable and competitive global tourism in Aceh. Abstrak Artikel ini mengkaji urgensi penguatan pendidikan pariwisata dalam mendukung pengembangan wisata halal di Aceh yang memiliki potensi besar, terutama karena penerapan syariat Islam yang selaras dengan prinsip-prinsip wisata halal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi pendidikan pariwisata dan pengembangan wisata halal di Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan analisis data menurut Miles dan Huberman yang mencakup tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun potensi wisata halal di Aceh sangat menjanjikan, aspek pendidikan pariwisata di daerah ini masih minim dan bersifat umum. Belum adanya fokus pada pendidikan yang secara khusus membahas konsep, standar, dan praktik wisata halal menjadi kendala utama dalam mencetak sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan profesional. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi penguatan ekosistem pendidikan pariwisata halal guna mendukung pembangunan pariwisata Aceh yang berkelanjutan dan berdaya saing global.

Abstract

Parenting is a series of obligations that must be carried out by parents. If parenting is not done properly and appropriately, various problems and conflicts will often arise, both within the child and between the child and parents, as well as with the surrounding environment. The condition of society in general is very unfortunate. It has undergone changes, and the implementation and use of traditions based on local wisdom have been increasingly displaced in everyday life. Traditional values are even being almost eliminated and forgotten. The essence of traditions is now beginning to be forgotten with the influx of foreign cultures. Millennial mothers today generally tend to prefer to raise their children in a modern environment that is far from religious values. This can have an impact on the formation of children's characters that are not in line with expectations, deviating from the norms established in Islamic teachings, and making them less able to deal with various life problems. The purpose of this study is to determine the values of parenting in shaping children's religiosity through the peurateb aneuk tradition in the city of Lhokseumawe. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis process involved data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that there are values of faith parenting, including the pillars of faith; values of moral parenting, including obedience and respect; and values of worship parenting, including the pillars of Islam.
