Abstract

Arab Ianguage does not only come from words released by utterance ( vokal) but also uses Ianguage, signal or picture Ianguage. Language Arab study is expected to assist educative participants recognize xself, his cultural, and others culture, media surah mutaharrikah mulawwanah represents one of the alternative media in efficacy of Arab Ianguage study. Teacher will feel to be assisted in arranging its study process. Media availibility,specially surah mutaharrikah mulawwanah in a class will influence the student study where location of appropriate media will support attainment process of the arab language study itself . Through research by using approach qualitative, with exploration technique or analysis descriptive with cases manner, about Arab Ianguage study bases on media surah mutaharrikah mulawwanah at CI+BI class specially in MTS Negeri Sumber Bungur Pamekasan to strengthen finding about study theory of more quality. Research result obtained show; a) that CI+BI class MTS Negeri Sumber Bungur Pamekasan does the steps of unique study, among its unique is to defining mufrodat and qowaid before entering at istima, kalam, qiro’ah and kitabah items, b) motivation, student talent and enthusiasm in Arab Ianguage study in CI+BI class MTS Negeri Sumber Bungur Pamekasan can expand and show the improvement which enough significance if it is supported by teacher and study media matching with educative participant characteristic.

Abstract

Tujuan penciptaan manusia hanya untuk beribadah kepada Allah. Allah menurunkan Al-Qur’an kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW untuk dijadikan sebagai pedoman hidup dan sebagai petunjuk bagi umat manusia. Ternyata di dalam Al-Qur’an didapati bentuk penyembahan kepada selain Allah, dan juga terjadi peristiwa perampokan di Indonesia seperti yang dilansir dalam detik.com. Kondisi yang seperti ini tidak sesuai dengan tujuan penciptaan manusia. Maka, di dalam QS. Al-Furqân ayat 63-74 inilah Allah membahas tentang hamba-hamba yang disebut ‘Ibâd Al-Rahmân yang harus dijadikan pedoman dan teladan dalam kehidupan ini. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui a) pengertian‘Ibâd Al-Rahmân dalam QS. Al-Furqân Ayat 63-74 menurut M. Quraish Shihab b) bagaimana bentuk implementasi ‘Ibâd Al-Rahmân dalam kehidupan sosial menurut M. Quraish Shihab. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang dilakukan secara pustaka (library research), sumber data primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kitab tafsir Al-Mishbah karya M. Quraish Shihab. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode maudhu’i (tafsir tematik). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep ‘Ibâd Al-Rahmân menurut M. Quraish Shihab yaitu sahabat-sahabat Nabi Muhammad SAW, atau bahkan mencangkup kepada semua orang mukmin selama mereka menyandang karakter yang disebut dalam QS. Al-Furqân Ayat 63-74, karakter ‘Ibâd Al-Rahmân yaitu rendah hati, pemaaf dan lemah lembut, menghidupkan Qiyâm al-Lail, takut dengan azab Jahannam, menginfakkan harta atau sederhana dalam membelanjakan harta, tidak musyrik, berzina, membunuh, taubatnya benar, tidak memberikan kesaksian palsu, apabila disebut nama Allah mereka tidak acuh, dan karakter ‘Ibâd Al-Rahmân mempunyai dampak positif bagi kehidupan sosial.Kata Kunci: konsep ‘Ibâd Al-Rahmân, tafsir Al-Mishbah, QS. Abstract

Information globalization has fundamentally transformed the structure and practice of political communication in contemporary democracies. Rapid, cross-border digital information flows mediated by global media platforms have weakened the capacity of states and political parties to control public narratives. Political communication no longer operates within centralized and hierarchical spaces, but rather within fragmented and competitive digital public spheres. This study aims to analyze how the Golkar Party, as an established political party, conducts political communication in the context of information globalization and the weakening role of the state. This research employs a qualitative approach within a constructivist paradigm using a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with local Golkar Party elites and document analysis, and analyzed using critical discourse analysis. The findings indicate that Golkar’s political communication functions as a process of mediated meaning negotiation within digital media environments. Political power is no longer derived solely from formal institutional structures, but increasingly depends on media visibility and public trust. The Golkar Party adopts a hybrid political communication strategy by combining organizational structures with adaptive digital communication practices. This study concludes that political communication of established parties in the era of information globalization should be understood as a dynamic and relational arena of mediated power, where political legitimacy is continuously negotiated within digital public spaces.
