Abstract

Having a sholeh and sholehah child is a desire of all parents. There are many ways that children can be desirable. One of them is putting children in pesantren. Seeing the behavior of young people today is really very concerning. The promiscuity out there very much tends to be bad. In Kertasada Village, this is one of the assemblies that wants to ground Surat al-Ikhlas and improve the behavior of young people.  The establishment of this assembly was because there was one religious figure who tried to make the young man behave well. This assembly tries to invite young people to always increase worship to Allah SWT. On the basis of the above background, the author conducted research on the influence of the Surat al-Ikhlas remembrance assembly on the behavior of young people using qualitative research methods with the type of field research (Field Research), namely data collection by observation and direct interviews with the congregation. This research is descriptive-analpoint with sociological and phenological approaches then analyzes it with qualitative methods. The results of research conducted on the influence of the Surat al-Ikhlas remembrance assembly on the behavior of young people in Kertasada Village, show that the amaliah activities carried out by the Surat al-Ikhlas remembrance assembly congregation in Kertasada Village have a role and benefits as well as a positive influence in shaping the behavior of young people.

Abstract

Tujuan penciptaan manusia hanya untuk beribadah kepada Allah. Allah menurunkan Al-Qur’an kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW untuk dijadikan sebagai pedoman hidup dan sebagai petunjuk bagi umat manusia. Ternyata di dalam Al-Qur’an didapati bentuk penyembahan kepada selain Allah, dan juga terjadi peristiwa perampokan di Indonesia seperti yang dilansir dalam detik.com. Kondisi yang seperti ini tidak sesuai dengan tujuan penciptaan manusia. Maka, di dalam QS. Al-Furqân ayat 63-74 inilah Allah membahas tentang hamba-hamba yang disebut ‘Ibâd Al-Rahmân yang harus dijadikan pedoman dan teladan dalam kehidupan ini. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui a) pengertian‘Ibâd Al-Rahmân dalam QS. Al-Furqân Ayat 63-74 menurut M. Quraish Shihab b) bagaimana bentuk implementasi ‘Ibâd Al-Rahmân dalam kehidupan sosial menurut M. Quraish Shihab. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang dilakukan secara pustaka (library research), sumber data primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kitab tafsir Al-Mishbah karya M. Quraish Shihab. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode maudhu’i (tafsir tematik). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep ‘Ibâd Al-Rahmân menurut M. Quraish Shihab yaitu sahabat-sahabat Nabi Muhammad SAW, atau bahkan mencangkup kepada semua orang mukmin selama mereka menyandang karakter yang disebut dalam QS. Al-Furqân Ayat 63-74, karakter ‘Ibâd Al-Rahmân yaitu rendah hati, pemaaf dan lemah lembut, menghidupkan Qiyâm al-Lail, takut dengan azab Jahannam, menginfakkan harta atau sederhana dalam membelanjakan harta, tidak musyrik, berzina, membunuh, taubatnya benar, tidak memberikan kesaksian palsu, apabila disebut nama Allah mereka tidak acuh, dan karakter ‘Ibâd Al-Rahmân mempunyai dampak positif bagi kehidupan sosial.Kata Kunci: konsep ‘Ibâd Al-Rahmân, tafsir Al-Mishbah, QS. Abstract

This study explores the ideological and cultural influences on the interpretation of Qur'anic verses through a comparative analysis of the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag) translation from Indonesia and the translation by Muhammad Taqi al-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan from Saudi Arabia. Focusing on theological, political, and gender themes, this study examines key verses addressing concepts such as tauhid (the oneness of God), awliyā’ (relations between Muslims and non-Muslims), and gender roles. The Kemenag translation reflects Indonesia's pluralistic and inclusive policies, promoting interfaith harmony, mutual respect, and gender equality. On the other hand, the Hilali-Khan translation adheres to a literal framework influenced by Wahhabi ideology, emphasizing theological exclusivity and traditional gender hierarchies. These differences highlight the impact of socio-political contexts on Qur'anic translation strategies and their implications for societal perceptions and theological discourse. Through a comparative textual and discourse analysis approach, this study demonstrates that inclusive and context-aware translations contribute to promoting justice, tolerance, and social cohesion. The findings underscore the need to balance theological fidelity with socio-political responsiveness to serve diverse Muslim societies.

Abstract

The low level of Quran literacy among the people of Lancar Village, Larangan Subdistrict, Pamekasan Regency is a fundamental problem in strengthening religious values. This condition is caused by a shortage of teachers, the lack of a systematic learning method, and the community's lack of motivation to study the Quran continuously. To address this problem, the community service team implemented a community empowerment program through strengthening Quran literacy based on the Yanbu'ul Quran method. This method was chosen because it has a clear, tiered, and effective system for improving the ability to read the Quran with tartil. The community service activities were carried out in three main stages, namely: (1) analysis of community needs through observation and interviews; (2) training and mentoring of Quran teachers on the application of the Yanbu'ul Qur'an method; and (3) Quran literacy classes involving children, teenagers, and adults. The implementation method used a participatory community development approach, in which the community became the main subject in the learning process and activity management. The results of the community service showed a significant increase in the community's ability to read the Qur'an, especially in terms of pronunciation of letters, accuracy of tajwid, and increased interest in participating in religious activities. In addition, the formation of mosque-based Qur'an study groups was the first step towards community independence in maintaining the culture of Qur'an literacy.
