Abstract

AbstrakBerdasarkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X di SMK Kartikatama Metro yang masih relatif rendah yang dapat dilihat dari kriteria ketuntasan minimum (KKM) dimana berdasarkan hasil observasi masih kurangnya pencapaian nilai kriteria ketuntasan minimum (KKM) yang telah ditetapkan oleh sekolah. Hasil belajar yang masih rendah ini juga disebabkan oleh metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan masih mengguanakan metode ceramah (metode konvensional). Metode -metode ini membentuk siswa salah satunya adalah model Active Learning tipe Team Quiz.Hasil belajar yang belum tuntas berjumlah 15 siswa dengan presentase 62,5%,  dan yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar berjumlah 9 siswa dengan persentase 37,5% Sedangkan nilai ketuntasan minimum (KKM)  Kelas X SMK Kartikatama Metro pada pelajaran kewirausahaan adalah 75. Alternatif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa digunakan Model Active Learning Tipe Team Quiz, sehubungan dengan masalah tersebut maka rumusan masalahnya adalah “Apakah ada pengaruh Penerapan Model Active Learning Tipe Team Quiz Terhadap Hasil Belajar Kewirausahaan pada Siswa Kelas X Semester genap SMK Kartikatama Metro tahun pelajran 2014/2015” .Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan Model Active Learning Tipe Team Quiz terhadap hasil belajar Kewirausahaan pada Siswa Kelas X Semester genap SMK Kartikatama Metro tahun pelajran 2014/2015”. Adapun kegunaannya adalah dengan mengetahui pengaruh penerapan Model Active Learning Tipe Team Quiz Terhadap Hasil Belajar Kewirausahaan pada Siswa Kelas X Semester genap SMK Kartikatama Metro tahun pelajaran 2014/2015”, maka dapat digunakan sebagai acuan peneliti. Dan sebagai bahan informasi dalam usaha meningkatkan hasil belajar kewirausahaan di SMK Kartikatama Metro khususnya dan untuk menambah wawasan dibidang pendidikan bagi pembaca umumnya. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah.”ada pengaruh positif Penerapan Model Active Learning Tipe Team Quiz, Terhadap Hasil Belajar kewirausahaan pada Siswa Kelas X Semester genap SMK Kartikatama Metro tahun pelajran 2014/2015”.Setelah dianalisis data hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari analisis perhitungan nilai thitung dan ttabel , diketahui bahwa thitung > ttabel. dapat dilihat pada daftar  G, pada daftar signifikan 5% yaitu 9,10 > 1,72. Dan pada taraf signifikan 1% yaitu 9,10 > 2,51. Dengan demikian hipotesisnya berbunyi  bahwa : ada pengaruh yang positif Penggunaan Model Active Learning Tipe team Quiz dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kewirausahaan siswa kelas  X.TKJ 1 semester genap SMK Kartikatama Metro pada pokok  bahasan: mengeola konflik. Siswa yang dinyatakan tuntas dengan KKM  (75) setelah treatment sebanyak 14 siswa atau sebesar 58,33% dan siswa yang dinyatakan belum tuntas sebanyak 10 siswa atau sebesar 41,67%. oleh karena itu untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa,  guru  dapat  menerapkan penggunaan model Active Learning Tipe Team Quiz dalam  pembelajaran yang diselenggarakan.

Abstract

The goal to be achieved in this research is to know the influence of the use of Problem-Based Learning Method (Problem Solving) to the economic learning outcomes of students of class X semester even MAN 1 Metro Lesson Year 2016/2017. While the hypothesis that penelitia ask is "There Positive Influence of Use of Problem-Based Learning Solving (Problem Solving) to the results of economic learning students of class X semester even MAN 1 Metro Lesson Year 2016/2017". Based on data analysis and hypothesis test of research using Simple Linear Regression formula obtained thitung> ttabel, and seen that at 5% significant level that is 8.37> 1.70. And at a significant level of 1% ie 8.37> 2.46, H0 means the hypothesis is rejected with an acceptable H1 alternative. And from the results of the study can be concluded that: the use of Problem-Based Learning Method (Problem Solving) can improve student economic learning outcomes class X semester even MAN 1 Metro Lesson 2016/2017

Abstract

Leadership is an effort made by someone with all their abilities to influence, encourage, direct, guide and mobilize other people to work with enthusiasm and confidence in achieving common goals. A person's leadership style is something important in human relations and depends on the level of maturity of the members and the goals they want to achieve. This educational activity is carried out online via Google Meet and uses an interactive lecture method to deliver the material. To warm up the media to give their opinions about leadership using the media meter given at the beginning and end of the activity. The results obtained from the initial media were regarding their response when they heard the word leader and in their opinion a leader must be able to be an example, protect and set an example for the people they lead. And in the final media minutes, to the question of what leadership model the participants chose, most of the participants chose a leadership model with a transformational thinking system when becoming a leader, because this leadership model is able to follow technological developments and advances, work professionalism demands, and changes in character. its users. Abstract

This research is based on the fact that student learning outcomes are still low, which is caused by the use of conventional learning methods that tend not to encourage students' active involvement in the learning process. One alternative that can be used is a cooperative learning model with  the type of Student Teams Achievement Division (CITY). This study aims to analyze the impact of the application of the STAD learning model on the achievement of learning outcomes of grade VIII students at MTs Darul Ulum Karang Sari. The research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. This study involved two sample groups: class VIII.3 as an experimental group with the application of the STAD model, and class VIII.1 as a control group that continued to use conventional learning approaches. The instrument used in this study is a test to measure student learning outcomes. Data analysis was carried out using the Mann-Whitney Test, because the data distribution was abnormal and the purpose of the analysis was to compare learning outcomes between two groups of students. The test results showed a significant difference between the two groups, with a significance value of 0.043 (below 0.05). These findings indicate that the application of the STAD learning model is effective in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan struktur klausa independen dalam bahasa Kaili dialek Rai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa metode simak dan metode cakap melalui wawancara dengan informan serta pengamatan terhadap penggunaan bahasa. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode padan dan metode agih (distribusional). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahasa Kaili dialek Rai memiliki tiga jenis klausa independen, yaitu klausa intransitif, transitif, dan ekuatif. Klausa intransitif dicirikan oleh tidak adanya objek, dengan variasi pola struktur S-P, S-P-Aj, P-S, P-Aj-S, P-S-Aj, dan Aj-S-P. Klausa transitif ditandai oleh adanya objek dengan pola dasar S-P-O serta variasi S-P-O-Aj, P-O-S, P-O-Aj-S, dan P-S-O. Sedangkan klausa ekuatif memiliki predikat ekuatif yang menghubungkan subjek dengan komplemen, dengan variasi pola S-P-Komp, S-Komp, Komp-S, S-P-Aj, dan Aj-P-S.

Abstract

The learning outcomes of class XI high school students are still low. In an effort to improve economic learning outcomes, the researcher intends to use a cooperative learning model of the Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) type. This learning model is used with the aim of helping economic education teachers in an effort to improve student economic learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of the Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) Cooperative Learning Model on the Economics Learning Outcomes of Class XI Social Sciences Students. The population in this study were students of class XI IPS SMA, which amounted to 63 students and consisted of 3 classes. The sample of this study amounted to 41 students which was carried out in 21 students of class XI IPS1 as the experimental class, and XI IPS2 as the control class which was determined by purposive sampling. To determine the level of validity and reliability, the K-R formula is used. 20: r_11=(k/(k-1))×((V_t pq)/Vt) and to test the hypothesis, the Simple Linear Regression formula is used, namely = a + bx. The value of =36.0217+0.6594X followed by the t-count formula, namely t_hit= b/S_b = 6.81 and t_table = 1.73 with a significant level of 5% and t_table = 2.54 with a significant level of 1%. That way thit > ttab are 6.81 > 1.73 and 6.81 > 2.54.Keywords: Cooperative Learning Model, Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD), Learning Outcomes, Economics.
