Abstract

This research departs from the phenomenon of declining character values ​​in the world of education. Differences that arise in social life are often a source of conflict, due to the lack of tolerance in responding to diversity. Therefore, the character of tolerance that is instilled through the learning of moral aqidah to students needs to be pursued in order to create peace in the midst of diversity. The focus of this research is: 1) What are the character values ​​in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif Labschool Sintang? 2) What is the strategy of the teacher of moral aqidah in instilling character values ​​in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif Labschool Sintang? This research uses a qualitative approach and the type of case study. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses an interactive analysis model which includes data reduction, data display, and verification/drawing of conclusions. The results of the study show the following: 1) The character values ​​instilled in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif Labschool refer to the Character Education Strengthening (PPK) program established by the government, namely religious, nationalist, integrity, independent and mutual cooperation; 2) The strategy of teachers of Islamic faith in instilling character values ​​in madrasas is very varied, starting with using the PAIKEM strategy model, to internalizing the content of character values ​​in intracurricular, co-curricular and extracurricular activities.

Abstract

This study discusses the instilling of Islamic Religious Education Values ​​in PAUD Rezeki Kartiasa Village, Sambas District. This thesis is motivated by the Internalization of Instilling Islamic Educational Values ​​in Early Childhood At PAUD Rezeki Kartiasa Village as the 2nd (second) education place after education in the family environment. This research approach uses a qualitative approach with a Field Research pattern of research (field research). This study intends to examine the values ​​of worship, creed, and morals and to reveal methods and evaluations in inculcating Islamic religious education in Early Childhood Education institutions. The results showed that the methods of inculcating Islamic religious education values ​​in PAUD Rezeki Kartiasa Village were: a) Storytelling method, to instill moral values ​​and exemplary; b) The singing method, to instill the values ​​of spirit, life and awareness, because through the singing method children feel happy and happy; c) The method of playing, to instill moral values ​​related to the attitude of being willing to give in, cooperation, helping, queuing culture and respect for friends; d) The exemplary method, to instill moral values ​​so that they can behave and speak well and appropriately; and e) Question and answer method, to instill the value of courage and initiative.

Abstract

Educational institutions are considered as the most effective institutions in cultivating students' character values because they are considered capable of making a major contribution in limiting changes in situations from a moral crisis which can result in the decline of the good character of the nation's children. Given the importance of instilling character values in students from an early age, SDN 11 SP 4 Paoh tries to instill character values and implement them in everyday life. Good character can continue to develop and be realized with maximum effort, and is able to produce positive activities. The development of character values from an early age is absolutely necessary so that the values displayed when they grow up will be better and understand all the differences that exist. The results of the study show: 1. The values of character education that are integrated into learning are religious values, discipline, perseverance, curiosity, caring, and responsibility. 2. The implementation of character education values in extracurricular activities is through TPA, dance, sports and enrichment activities by providing motivation, understanding, role models, advice, sanctions and prizes.

Abstract

Portfolio assessment is a continuous assessment based on a collection of information that shows the development of students' abilities in a certain period. This information can be in the form of students' work from the learning process that is considered the best by students. In the portfolio assessment contains important things, namely the collection (storing), selection (sorting) and determination (dating), of a task (task). This Portfolio Assessment also has many benefits, objectives, assessment steps, methods of assessment and advantages and disadvantages.

Abstract

This research departs from what researchers see in the field, especially from student learning outcomes which have decreased every year. From this, the question arises why this can happen, there are indeed many factors that influence student achievement outcomes, one of which is external factors, namely from teacher performance because as teachers we it is impossible to blame the students for that. The formulation of this problem is 1). Is there a significant influence between the principal's supervision on teacher performance at Sambas 1 Public Middle School? 2). Is there a significant influence between teacher performance on student learning outcomes at Sambas 1 Public Middle School? 3). Is there a significant influence between the principal's supervision on teacher performance and what impact does it have on student learning outcomes at Sambas 1 Public Middle School?. The results of this study can be concluded: 1) There is no significant effect of the supervision carried out by the principal on teachers in terms of advancing teacher performance in learning as evidenced by the sig value: 0.367 > 0.0r so that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. Ho: There is no significant influence from the supervision carried out by the principal on teachers in terms of advancing teacher performance. The results obtained in the data analysis obtained that only 2.9% had the effect of supervision on teacher performance and the remaining 97.1% was influenced by other variables. 2). There is no significant effect of teacher performance on student learning achievement, as evidenced by the sig value: 0.248 > 0.05; means that Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. Ho: There is no significant effect of teacher performance on student achievement. As for the data analysis, it was found that only 2.9% had the effect of supervision on teacher performance and the rest was influenced by other variables. 3). There is no significant effect of the supervision carried out by the principal on teacher performance and has no impact on student achievement. This is evidenced by the results obtained in the path data analysis in the summary of the correlation coefficient, both the direct effect of supervision on learning achievement and the effect of supervision simultaneously with teacher performance on learning achievement, there is no probability value smaller than 0.05.
