Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-commerce terhadap tingkat penjualan pada toko omcoll second store. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Analisis datanya menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS 26. Sedangkan dalam pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh, sehingga semua populasi dijadikan sampel yaitu berjumlah 25 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hasil uji t variabel fasilitas secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap volume penjualan di toko omcoll second store. Hasil t hitung yaitu 2,795 dan t tabel 2,073 artinya t hitung > t tabel. Variabel platform digital dengan nilai t hitung yaitu 3,681 dan t tabel 2,073 artinya platform digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap volume penjualan. Dan uji F diperoleh F hitung sebesar 6,825 dan F tabel 3,24 artinya F hitung > F tabel, artinya fasilitas dan platform digital secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap volume penjualan. Sedangkan koefisien determinasi didapatkan sebesar 0,383 atau 38,3% sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa variabel independen (fasilitas dan Platform digital) mampu mempengaruhi variabel dependen (volume penjualan) sebesar 38,3% dan sisanya sebesar 61,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.Kata Kunci: E-commerce; Fasilitas; Volume Penjualan.

Abstract

AbstrakPendidikan merupakan usaha yang dilakukan manusia agar memiliki pengetahuan serta wawasan untuk kemajuan dirinya di masyarakat. Keberhasilan kinerja guru akan terlihat apabila terdapat etos kerja yang baik. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian kuantitatif merupakan penelitian dengan menekankan pada analisis data numerik (angka) yang kemudian dianalisis dengan metode statistik. Variabel budaya organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMPIT & SMAIT IQBS, karena memperoleh nilai Sig. 0,002. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru di SMPIT & SMAIT IQBS. Variabel etos kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMPIT & SMAIT IQBS, karena memperoleh nilai Sig. 0,030. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial etos kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMPIT & SMAIT IQBS. Variabel budaya organisasi dan etos kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di SMPIT & SMAIT IQBS karena memperoleh nilai Sig. 0,008. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan budaya organisasi dan etos kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMPIT & SMAIT IQBS.Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Etos Kerja, Guru

Abstract

Financial literacy is a knowledge that everyone should know and understand, not just to manage income but to manage their finances well. More and more e-commerce that provide various kinds of payment systems, for example paylater, this is also a reason that someone must understand financial literacy. Students are synonymous with life that follows trends and likes to shop online which in turn causes consumptive behavior because they do not know how to manage finances properly. Therefore, financial literacy is essential for students when facing individual or group financial problems, but its implementation in everyday life will be even better. From this background, this research was conducted with the title "The Influence of Financial Literacy and the Paylater Payment System on Consumptive Behavior of Students in Ciamis Regency in the Perspective of Sharia Economics". This study used quantitative research methods and for primary data collection, data collection techniques were carried out by distributing Google form questionnaires and this study also used purposive sampling as a sampling method so that 100 samples were found, namely students in Ciamis Regency with data analysis using multiple linear regression. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of financial literacy and the paylater payment system on the consumptive behavior of students in Ciamis Regency in the perspective of Islamic Economics. The results of this study show that the results of the T-test variable financial literacy partially have a negative and significant effect on consumptive behavior (Y) of students in Ciamis Regency, the results of tcount -2.236 and ttable 1.984 means that tcount ttable with a significance of 0.028 0.05. The results of the T-test of the paylater payment system partially have a positive and significant effect on student consumptive behavior, the results of tcount 3.116 and ttable 1.984 mean that tcount ttable with a significance of 0.02 0.05. While the F test obtained Fcount of 8,135 and Ftable of 3.09 meaning that Fcount Ftable with a significance of 0.00 0.05 so the variables of financial literacy and the paylater payment system simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students in Ciamis Regency

Abstract

This research was conducted at BPRS HIK Parahyangan Ciamis, where there are various kinds of products and services that suit customer needs. A good business strategy is needed to face increasingly complex and competitive business competition. The method carried out in this study is qualitative method. Data collection techniques in this study were conducted by interviews and analyzed using SWOT. The data type consists of primary and secondary data. The results of research from the descriptive methodology of SWOT analysis can be obtained matrix values from internal factors of 3.18 and external matrix values of 3.00. From the results of this study, BPRS HIK Parahyangan Ciamis is in quarter I (positive, positive), which shows that the company is in a advantageous position and has strengths and opportunities. And can use these strengths and opportunities to the fullest by implementing strategies that support aggressive growth policies

Abstract

While achieving customer satisfaction is no easy task, it is the most common issue in every service-based business unit. Because there are many other things that can affect whether or not the level of customer satisfaction is achieved. The purpose of this study is to establish priority criteria and ascertain the extent of customer satisfaction of BPRS HIK Parahyangan Ciamis savings customers with the perception of service provider performance. BPRS HIK Parahyangan Ciamis must prioritize improvement by utilizing the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method to determine the level of customer satisfaction and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method to determine the importance of each service attribute. Employee attributes provide flexibility to save which can be taken at any time with an average value of 4.77, according to the interest rate of BPRS HIK Parahyangan Ciamis customers which is calculated using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. With an average value of 4.42, the Banking Transaction Room Cleanliness attribute is considered to have the highest level of performance in terms of company performance. With a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score of 83.73 percent, the calculation results show that respondents and customers are satisfied with the performance of the service provider.
