Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of financial variable on stock price of Index LQ45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange, such as Return on Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR). The data was obtained from the financial statement of Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD) based on the publication of the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2012 and 2018. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result indicated that there was significant effect simultaneously between financial variable [Return on Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR)], while partially shows that the five independent variables which indicated the presence of significant influence were Return on Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS) on stock price of Index LQ45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study provided evidence about the financial variable on stock price of Index LQ45 shows that Return On Equity (ROE) Ratio was more dominant on Index LQ45.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Non Performing loan (NPL) dan operational efficiency Ratio (BOPO) terhadap Profitabilitas Perusahaan (Studi Kasus PT Bank Jago Tbk Tahun 2017-2021). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan SPSS 24 dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa NPL dan BOPO tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) PT Bank Jago Tbk baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Sehingga bisa diambil kesimpulan bahwa NPL dan BOPO tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA) Perusahaan Studi Kasus PT Bank Jago Tbk. Terdapat banyak keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini baik dari segi data dan juga tahun penelitian.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how the business process is carried out and how the development of the business is carried out and how the process of applying ethics in doing business. The research method carried out in this study is using a descriptive qualitative approach where descriptive qualitative research is only looking at and describing the results of case studies in the field, the case study used in this study is Mas Bro Palembang meatballs. The results of this study show that the business run by Mr. Dirman as the owner of the Bakso Mas Bro Palembang MSME, that he has applied ethics in doing business and has also adjusted to circumstances and conditions such as consumer and customer demand and also the Pak Dirman meatball business has applied ethics in doing business and also has a strategy in selling.

Abstract

Bisnis merupakan usaha yang menyediakan barang maupun jasa, bisnis bergerak di berbagai macam bidang, salah satunya ialah kuliner. Bisnis kuliner yamg sering kita jumpai salah satunya pecel lele. Namun yang membedakan dari setiap usaha tentunya dari segi rasa, namun bukan hanya itu saja yang di perhatikan oleh konsumen, dari cara pelayanan tentunya sangat berpengaruh, pelayanan dalam konsumen tentunya didasari dengan etika. Etika dalam berbisnis berpengaruh terhadap berlangsungan bisnis itu sendiri. Pada usaha pecel lele kang candi ini peneliti bertujuan untuk untuk mengidentifikasikan apakah penerapan prinsip etika bisnis diterapakan dan mengevaluasi prinsip mana yang belum diterapakan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunkan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi melalui pendekatan wawancara kepada pemilik usaha berdasarkan studi kepustakaan sebagai landasan teori. Berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip etika yang berlaku dalam bisnis adalah prinsip otonomi, prinsip kejujuran, prinsip keadilan, prinsip saling menguntungkan dan prisip integritas moral. Berdasarkan kelima prinsip tersebut pecel lele kang candi telah berhasil menerapkan prinsip-prinsip tersebut

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality and brand image on the feasibility of a business. The importance of understanding the factors that influence brand loyalty to a product. In this research, business ethics has been applied to brand image. This scientific journal reviewed several previous studies showing that Brand image, product quality, customer satisfaction and customer trust influence customer loyalty in brand image. By using quantitative methods, therefore, this research aims to determine the influence of product quality and brand image on customer satisfaction, with the increasingly developing brand image which influences product quality, companies can maintain product quality and improve the quality of brand image and how consumers apply and manage it. satisfaction with the brand image used by consumers.
