Abstract

Teachers realize that each student has different abilities, there are students who can understand the material presented quickly, moderately and slowly. Of course we are very happy if participants can understand the lesson quickly, on the other hand a teacher faces and accepts the situation of students who are indeed slow in learning, based on this problem, this study was conducted aiming to examine strategies that can be applied by classroom teachers in teaching slow students. study. The research method used by the researcher is the literature review method, namely the process of placing, obtaining, reading and evaluating various research literatures related to or related to the problem being studied. The data from this study are the results of research related to the problem of teacher strategies in teaching slow learner students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas, respon siswa dan guru terhadap Penilaian Sikap Ilmiah berbasis inkuiri dengan berorientasi pendidikan karakter pada pelajaran IPA. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pengembangan berdasarkan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop dan Disseminate). Hasil penelitian pengembangan ini memenuhi validitas isi, penyajian dan bahasa dengan rata-rata 94,7% yang berkategori sangat valid serta layak digunakan, serta respon siswa mendapat 96,25% dengan kriteria sangat baik dan respon guru mencapai 94,95% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil instrument penilaian sikap ilmiah berbasis inkuiri dengan berorientasi pendidikan karakter layak dan sangat baik untuk digunakan sebagai alat ukur guru dalam menilai sikap dan penilaian proses belajar mengajar pada mata pelajaran IPA di SD. Sehingga, perlu dikembangkannya sebuah produk khususnya insturumen penilaian sikap ilmiah berbaisis inkuiri beroirentasi pendidikyan karakter pada mata pelajaran IPA di Sekolah Dasar agar mendapatkan proses, produk dan hasil belajar yang meningkat secara menyeluruh pada semua pokok bahasan khususnya pada materi IPA.

Abstract

Besides having to master the material, the teacher must also master the basic skills of teaching, so that they can carry out their role optimally. However, there are teachers who have difficulty in applying basic teaching skills in schools or there are still many obstacles that prevent teachers from developing their basic teaching skills. For this reason, this study aims to find out how to develop basic teaching skills for teachers in lower grade elementary schools that can be a source of reference and information for readers. Based on the author's observations in learning, it is known that knowledge about basic skills of teaching in lower grades is still very minimal, this is evidenced in the limited skill performance activities by researchers whose components in each skill are neglected. Practically, the provision of teaching skills can be trained through microteaching activities or micro teaching. The subject of this research is the teacher/prospective teacher in developing basic teaching skills. In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods and literature study. The procedure carried out is by observing data from various sources related to the problem of teacher difficulties/obstacles in applying basic teaching skills in low-grade elementary schools, then the author develops an idea to raise a study on how to develop basic teaching skills of a teacher in elementary schools. low class.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the application of problem based learning (PBL) and classroom management innovations on improving the quality of learning and critical thinking skills of students in elementary schools. The research methodology is a meta-analysis that collects information from relevant articles that meet the research criteria. The data were then analyzed and checked for generalizable results. The results showed that the application of Problem Based Learning (PBL) methods and innovations in classroom management had a positive effect on the quality of learning and students' critical thinking. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the application of problem-based learning methods (PBL) and classroom management innovations are important for improving the quality of elementary school learning.

Abstract

The rapid development of the flow of technology and media has had an impact on various sectors in society, one of which is the use of good and correct language. Nowadays, especially among elementary school students, a new trend is emerging, namely slang. Slang is a language that students usually use by using cool terms in everyday speaking. Some examples of slang vocabulary are "mantul", "santuy", and so on. The use of language causes polemics in society towards the development of Indonesian language among lower grade elementary school students. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of slang on Indonesian, to determine slang vocabulary, the development of slang among lower grade elementary school students, as well as the positive and negative impacts of slang. The method used in data collection uses a survey method given to several respondents and also a literature study method obtained from books, magazines, and the internet related to the problems being studied. The novelty in this study is the use of slang on the development of Indonesian among lower grade elementary school students.

Abstract

Education in the digital era is an era where education must integrate communication and information technology into all subjects. The increasingly rapid development of technology in the current era has resulted in the emergence of positive and negative things for humans. The development of digital technology in the current era has resulted in the role of parents in educating their children also changing. Parental involvement in supervising children's education in the digital era is very important because it will really help children in the success of their children's education in the digital era. This research aims to identify and analyze the strategies used by parents to support their children's learning process in the digital era. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach in document study. The document study in question is a study that searches for literature in accordance with study materials such as books, articles, the internet and so on. (Long in Marani, 2017). The methods for collecting data include; First, carry out a literature review that is appropriate to the material being researched. Then these materials are collected. Second, after obtaining the data, the author carried out an analysis based on his understanding using descriptive methods.

Abstract

Research on the identification of children experiencing psychological disorders due to bullying in elementary school students is important because it can help identify and address mental health problems that often go undetected in children who experience bullying, and can provide a basis for the development of effective intervention programs to prevent and address the impact worse than bullying in children. The aim of the research is to identify psychological symptoms that appear in children who are victims of bullying, evaluate the long-term impact of bullying on children's mental health, and design appropriate intervention strategies to help children who experience psychological disorders due to bullying. The research method uses a quantitative and qualitative approach. The selected population is all elementary school students who experience bullying, while the selected sample is a small portion of the population which is represented by children who have experienced psychological symptoms due to bullying. Data analysis techniques that can be used are descriptive analysis to analyze quantitative data, and thematic analysis to analyze qualitative data. The results of research on identifying children who experience psychological disorders due to bullying in elementary school students show that children who are victims of bullying have a higher risk of experiencing psychological symptoms such as depression, anxiety, fear, social isolation, and other behavioral problems. The long-term effects of bullying on a child's mental health include lowered self-esteem, decreased academic achievement, difficulties in building interpersonal relationships, and a higher risk of developing mental health disorders in the future
