Abstract

The campus world in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic storm is also not much different from other agencies, there are those who think that covid does exist, some think that covid is just a lie. Of course, it is a separate homework for the campus world, which consists of academics, lecturers and education staff, in color to face problems that can be said to be trials that are not easy, or not easy. The problem is that it has not been maximally socialized about the handling of prevention of health problems evenly and PPKM throughout the education staff of Unmer Ponorogo. In addition, the psychological and economic readiness of several education personnel with the storm of the covid pandemic, as well as employees who themselves and their families have been attacked by Covid-9 (Positive Covid 19). In this activity using the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method by being problem solving, providing socialization and engaging in direct assistance. The Pangabdi team from the Lecturer group at the Merdeka University, Ponorogo, realized that in dealing with the storm of the COVID-19 pandemic, we had to work hand in hand with educational staff so that we could get through these difficult times together. Not only is it an obligation, but without the spirit of devotion that exists in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, it is not necessarily the movement of this group of lecturers to apply elsewhere.

Abstract

Fenomena yang berkembang di Kota Ponorogo saat ini adalah masyarakat secara swadaya memasang polisi tidur (speed bump dan speed hump), padahal tindakan itu dilarang oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten. Larangan itu tertuang dalam Perda Kabupaten Ponorogo Nomor 5 Tahun 2011 tentang Ketertiban Umum dan Ketenteraman Masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian diskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Data yang telah terkumpul dilakukan analisa secara kualitatif dengan membandingkan teori evaluasi kebijakan menurut Charles O Jones, bahwa evaluasi kebijakan harus meliputi beberapa kegiatan, yaitu pengkhususan (spesification), pengukuran (measurement), analisis dan rekomendasi. Melalui penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa tujuan ketertiban umum dan ketenteraman masyarakat tidak tercapai karena dalam pelaksanaannya masyarakat tidak mematuhi larangan tersebut. Hal ini dapat diukur dari banyaknya pelanggaran masyarakat dalam memasang polisi tidur tanpa memberi tahu kepada Dinas Perhubungan. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa pemasangan polisi tidur oleh masyarakat adalah tindakan pragmatis untuk mencegah kecelakaan di kawasan pemukiman, oleh karena itu Negara harus hadir untuk mencegah pelanggaran-pelanggaran lainnya. Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan oleh penelitian ini adalah mengganti kebijakan larangan dengan kebijakan regulasi atau pengaturan pemasangan, meningkatkan pemasangan rambu-rambu lalu lintas sampai ke jala-jalan lingkungan atau pemukiman, meningkatkan sosialisasi perilaku tertib lalu lintas, dan meningkatkan koordinasi antar instansi terkait.

Abstract

Pada umumnya perangkat desa kurang menyadari bahwa aktivitas merekadalam organisasi pemerintahan desa menganut pada suatu pola yang merekaciptakan dan mereka sepakati yang disebut dengan budaya kerja atau budayaorganisasi. Karena mereka tidak menyadari keberadaan budaya kerja maka merekatidak melakukan evaluasi guna melakukan pembaharuan-pembaharuan ke arahyang lebih baik. Selain dari itu adanya kecenderungan mempertahankan status quojuga menghambat berkembangnya budaya kerja. Oleh karena itu pemerintah desaperlu menyadari bahwa mereka mempunyai budaya kerja yang merupakan refleksidari kearifan lokal yang bisa dijadikan landasan dalam melaksanakan tugaspemerintahan dan pembangunan desa.Penerapan penerapan budaya kerja yang relevan dengan pemerintahan desaadalah gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif, pola komunikasi persuasif, keteladananyang baik, pemberian motivasi, pemberian kepercayaan, dan pengambilankeputusan secara musyawarah.Kata kunci : Budaya kerja, perangkat desa, pemerintahan desa.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the strategy for implementing the city branding policy for Madiun, the City of Pendekar and its impact on the City of Madiun. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Then for data analysis, the researcher did it in the following stages: (a) data collection; (b) data assessment; (c) data interpretation; and (d) data inference. The results showed that the implementation of the city branding policy for Madiun City Pendekar was well implemented through several program strategies, namely: 1) making the Madiun City Pendekar logo and clothing; 2) identity development through warrior statues; 3) Development of the Pencak Silat Gallery; 4) the Friends of Pencak Silat program; 5) organizing pencak silat events; and 6) empowering youth communities and the creative economy. The city branding policy of Madiun City of Pendekar has had a positive impact, namely improving communication between silat schools, increasing security and public order, and providing support for city tour policies. However, this positive impact is considered not optimal because clashes or brawls between silat schools still occur at low intensity.

Abstract

In order to organize a good and integrated population administration system, accurate and valid population data is needed because population data can be used as a basis for development planning, both short and long term. There are still many people who are not aware of the importance of population documents and the accuracy of population data for purposes of administering public services, and there are still many people who do not understand population administration service procedures. Regarding community conditions like this, lecturers and students at Merdeka University, Ponorogo Regency Campus are trying to participate in community service activities in socializing conscious and orderly population administration movements in the Ponorogo Regency area. The aim of this activity is to increase public knowledge and awareness regarding the importance of population documents in everyday life, the public understands the procedures for processing population administration documents and the public is more orderly in reporting if there are changes to their population data. This method of implementing community service uses a participatory method, namely through lectures, discussions and consultations, which allows the service team to interact, communicate intensively, discuss and ask questions directly with the community. By building public awareness of orderly administration, especially population administration, population data can become more accurate and valid so that data in the Population Administration Information System becomes more perfect.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan adalah proses menuju berdaya. Pemberdayaan tidak hanya menyangkut perekonomian masyarakat melainkan penguatan pola pikir atau mindset. Peningkatan kualitas sumberdaya manusia menyangkut ketahanan diri, kesehatan, soft skill, semangat dan jiwa wirausaha. Bina usaha menyangkut difersivikasi usaha, pengetahuan tentang segmen pasar, promosi, dan sedangkan bina lingkungan menyangkut kondisi fisik, kebersihan, kelestarian sumber daya alam, dan kondisi sosial. Kebijakan pemerintah tentang Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan strategis dalam menggerakan roda perekonomian masyarakat pasca pendemi. Keberadaan UMKM memberikan pengaruh yang besar karena jumlah UMKM tersebar di berbagai pelosok daerah, variasi bidang usaha yang beraneka ragam, dan daya serap yang besar terhadap tenaga kerja.. Tujuan dan manfaat kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Kelurahan Tambakbayan Ponorogo ini adalah; 1) Memberdayakan UMKM melalui peningkatan kemampuan manajerial pelaku UMKM; 2) Memperkuat pemasaran dengan memperkenalkan digitalisasi pemasaran dan pengemasan produk. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah observasi, wawancara, penyuluhan dan pelatihan serta pendampingan. Berdasarkan permasalahan maka pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan solusi dengan melalui digitalisasi pemasaran dan pengemasan produk (packaging), pengurusan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan pembuatan kalender kelurahan yang memuat aktivitas kelurahan dan UMKM setempat sebagai promosi.

Abstract

Selection is a step to choose people with predetermined qualifications in order to fill positions in an organization. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of village apparatus selection in Sidomulyo Village, Pule District, Trenggalek Regency. The type of research is qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques using observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Respondents in this study were village heads, committee chairs, Bhabinkamtibmas, and community leaders. The data was successfully collected, processed and analyzed with the help of descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that the selection of village apparatus is generally effective, seen based on 1) transparency of the recruitment process; 2) clarity of laws and regulations; 3) participant competence; 4) quality of the implementing committee; 5) supervision; 6) community involvement. The results of the selection passed competent participants according to the needs of the village government. The village security situation during 2020 to 2024 was safe and there were no disturbances, where during that period 4 village apparatus selection processes were carried out. The implication of this study is that if you want to increase the effectiveness of village apparatus selection, then village leaders, village elite figures and the entire community must commit to not committing fraud and nepotism.
