Ahli waris yang sah dan patut mewaris belum tentu cakap dalam mewaris, seperti ahli waris yang melakukan Perbuatan Melawan Hukum. Pokok permasalahan yang diangkat adalah: 1. Bagaimanakah Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata mengatur tentang pembagian harta warisan kepada ahli waris yang melakukan perbuatan melawan hukum? 2. Apakah amar Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Timur Nomor 235/Pdt.G/2014/PN.Jkt.Tim tentang ahli waris yang sah dan patut mewaris sudah sesuai menurut ketentuan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata?. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian normatif yang bersifat deskriptif analitis dengan menggunakan data primer, sekunder serta data tersier dan data diolah secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan penarikan kesimpulan deduktif yaitu menarik kesimpulan khusus dari pernyataan-pernyataan yang bersifat umum. Kesimpulan menunjukan bahwa: 1. Ahli waris sah dan patut mewaris Harta Warisan Almarhum Tanudibroto yaitu Megawati Tanudibroto dan Paul Tanudibroto dan masing-masing mendapatkan 1/2 bagian. 2. Amar Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Timur Nomor: 235/Pdt.G/2014/PN/ Jkt.Tim tentang pembagian harta waris bagi ahli waris yang sah dan patut mewaris tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata.

This research was conducted to increase the value of character education in children through written literary works, especially the novel entitled "The Value of Character Education for the Character Sri Ningsih in the Novel "Tentang Kamu" by Tere Liye". The problem underlying this research is the lack of character development in children, whether caused by parents or the environment. Therefore, the value of character education is very important for children, and it is important to instill the value of character education in literary works, because whether we realize it or not, literary works not only provide entertainment, but also have positive values that can be applied. . In real life. One way to increase the value of character education in children is to encourage them to read books that attract attention and inspire. In this research, the researcher suggested reading the novel "About You" by Tere Liye by examining the character values of the character Sri Ningsih. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. So it is very important for us to research this research because it must ensure that children have strong personalities and good morals so that they can face life's challenges well and remember how great social and cultural diversity is in Indonesia.

This research examines the psychological aspects of language in the use of language in the character Hendra in the film My Idiot Brother. This research aims to analyze how the language of an individual with severe intellectual disabilities, especially idioty, is depicted through Hendra's speech patterns. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, by analyzing Hendra's verbal expressions in the film. Data collection was carried out by watching, recording and noting relevant speech examples from films. Research findings indicate that Hendra's language use reflects significant challenges in understanding complex instructions, producing clear speech, and interacting socially, which is consistent with characteristics of severe intellectual disability. This research contributes to understanding language difficulties in individuals with severe cognitive impairment, especially in relation to their ability to communicate and process information. The implications of this research are relevant for educational and therapeutic practice for individuals with similar conditions, emphasizing the importance of providing a supportive environment to meet their communication needs.

This study examines the use of feminist language in the film Barbie and the Three Musketeers (2009) from a sociolinguistic perspective. The film raises the theme of women's empowerment through the main character, Corinne, who struggles to prove that women can also be knights. In this context, the film utilizes dialogue and narrative to challenge gender stereotypes and depict solidarity between women in achieving common goals. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a note-taking technique in collecting data from conversations in the film. The results of the analysis show that the language used in the film reflects feminist values, including gender equality, courage, and cooperation between women. In addition, the film also successfully breaks down social barriers that hinder women and inspires viewers, especially the younger generation, to fight against norms that limit their potential. This study suggests the need to develop media content that supports women's empowerment to form a more inclusive and equal perception in society.

“The Value of Character Education in the Novel I'm Not Stupid” by Khusnul Art was the primary text used in this research to support the argument that students can benefit greatly from character education programs introduced through literature. Whether it's a result of parents or the environment, the absence of character development in children is the root problem of this research. Thus, character education is crucial for kids, and books are a great way to inculcate these values. Books, whether we know it or not, teach us valuable lessons and entertain us, but they also contain positive messages that can be applied in real life. Reading novels that captivate and motivate youngsters is one approach to help them develop positive character traits. This study recommends reading Khusnul Art's "I'm Not Stupid" and thinking critically on the book's themes and characters' moral fibre.
