Abstract

Dengan adanya teknologi sekarang ini, maka informasi yang telah diperoleh pun menjadi cepat dan tepat waktu. Hal ini disebabkan karena tuntutan masyarakat akan penting sebuah informasi. Proses sistem penjualan saat ini pada PT. Jumbo Power International masih berjalan secara manual dengan menggunakan sales dan brosur sebagai media untuk menawarkan produk kepada customer untuk itu diperlukan perbaikan dalam penjualan. Perancangan sistem informasi dalam penjualan online pada PT. Jumbo Power International ini yang diusulkan akan lebih memudahkan sales maupun customer yang ingin memesan produk, penulis menggunakan metode analisa SWOT, UML dan sistem usulan yang dijabarkan dalam bentuk Prototype maka dilakukan pengembangan sesuai dengan kebutuhan user, kemudian dilakukan pengujian Black box testing apakah sistem berjalan dengan baik atau tidak sesuai dengan pengguna. Dan penulis menggunakan software Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 sebagai tools dalam pembuatan program, XAMPP, dan MySQL sebagai media database.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Prevalensi stunting mengalami peningkatan dari tahun 2019 yaitu 27,5% menjadi 29,6% tahun 2020. Kabupaten Tasikmalaya merupakan peringkat ke 10 tertinggi di Jawa Barat yaitu mencapai angka 24,2%. Kecamatan Sukarame memiliki prevalensi stuntingnya tertinggi yaitu sebesar 14% atau 166 orang. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi kesehatan melalui media terhaap pengetahuan dan sikap kader dalam pencegahan stunting di Kecamatan Sukarame.Metode: Penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi-experimental). Populasi penelitian 124 anggota, dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah sampel  95 analisis dilakukan dengan univariat dan bivariate.Hasil: Sebagian besar responden merupakan kader perempuan (61,1%) dan berusia 18 tahun (61,1%). Intervensi paling banyak yang diberikan menggunakan media video sebanyak 37,9%, leaflet 31,6% dan kombinasi antara video dan leaflet sebesar 30,5%. Untuk hasil analisis bivariat kelompok kombinasi baik pada variabel pengetahuan (75±12,05) dan sikap (7,28±1,03), yaitu masing-masing memiliki kenaikan sebesar 75 dan 7,28.Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh pemberian promosi kesehatan melalui media video, leaflet dan kombinasi video dan leaflet. Intervensi berupa kombinasi antara video dan leaflet memberikan pengaruh yang paling baik.

Abstract

The background of this research is because there are still many parents who are wrong in applying parenting to their children, this is due to various things including the busyness of parents who have various activities and also parents who do not understand the form of parenting applied to their children. Parents should participate in the implementation and monitoring and evaluation of parenting. Therefore, the objectives of this study are to: 1) Knowing the role of parents in improving the child's upbringing. 2) Knowing the form of parenting style for their children. 3) Knowing the factors that support the participation of parents and schools. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, the subjects studied consisted of: managers, teachers, and parents, with data collection tools using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The results showed that: 1) The forms of participation contained in the school program were parenting, communication, and learning at home. Parents act as supporters, 2) The form of parenting in the family, proper parenting is a form of parenting from both parents and teachers given to children who have the freedom and rules to adapt to the conditions of each child. 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors for successful parenting can limit the success of the program. Supporting factors include aspects of age, gender, education, and occupation. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find the effect of Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Wonokoyo Jaya Kusuma, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling using a sample of 60 respondents. Data analysis using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance based on the hypothesis test obtained with T count> T table (6.810> 1.672), ? value <Sig.0.05 or (0.000 <0.05) which means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted and the regression equation value Y = 14.538 + 0.391 X1, the coefficient value obtained is 0.667 meaning that both variables have a positive relationship level. The determination value or contribution of its influence is 0.435 or 43.5%. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance based on the hypothesis test obtained with the calculated T value > T table (4.143 > 1.672), ? value < Sig.0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05) which means that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted and the regression equation value Y = 3.988 + 0.375 X2, the correlation coefficient value is 0.478 meaning that both variables have a positive relationship levels. The determination value or contribution of its influence is 0.215 or 21.5%. Leadership style and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance based on the hypothesis test obtained with the calculated F value > F table or (27,600 > 3.16) ? value < Sig.0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05) which means H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted and the regression equation value is Y = 4.190,+ 0.332 X1, + 0.189 X2. The correlation coefficient value or level of relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 0.492, meaning it has a positive level of relationship. The determination value or contribution of its influence is 0.474 or 47.4%.
