Abstract

Suatu dealer mobil harus memiliki kualitas sumber daya manusia yang baik terutama bagian front office yang langsung berhubungan dengan konsumen. Bagian front office yang menjadi salah satu kunci sukses pada dealer yaitu tenaga pemasar. Dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya, tenaga pemasar perlu memiliki kinerja yang baik. Sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari mitra untuk menganalisa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasi karyawannya dalam mencapai target penjualan. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasi kerja seorang tenaga pemasar adalah grit. Selain bakat dan potensi diri yang dimiliki oleh seorang tenaga pemasar juga diperlukan karakter grit yang tinggi dalam mencapai tujuan. Karakter grit yang tinggi akan memotivasi seseorang dalam bekerja sehingga sales performance juga akan tinggi pula. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan dapat menjadi sarana peningkatan grit pada diri seorang tenaga pemasar pada Dealer Mitsubishi Cakung. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yakni penyuluhan dan workshop langsung berupa pemaparan materi grit dan hubungannya dengan motivasi dan sales performance. Sasaran dan target pada kegiatan ini adalah seluruh tenaga pemasar di Dealer Mitsubishi Cakung. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan tingkat pemahaman peserta terkait dengan grit pada diri sehingga dapat motivasi dalam bekerja dan dapat meningkatkan performance dalam mencapai target penjualan dan tujuan perusahaan.

Abstract

Leather and Footwear Industry as one of the priority and strategic industries to be developed in Indonesia still encounter problems in the availability of raw materials. The availability of raw materials for leather and footwear industries is minimal in the domestic country causing the industry to import from abroad. The next problem is the raw material must go through the quarantine process by the Agricultural Quarantine Agency, Ministry of Agriculture. This research is an empirical law study. The research material was obtained by field research to obtain primary data and library research to obtain secondary data. Data analysis method used was descriptive qualitative. The results showed that First, the Agricultural Quarantine Agency as one of the government agencies is obliged to apply the Good Principles of Good Governance, which includes the Principle of Utilization, the Principle of Accuracy and the Good Service Principle in the quarantine process of raw material. The write-off of quarantine obligations for the import of finished leather is one of the embodiments of the Utilization Principle. The principle of accuracy is realized by examining the completeness of documents, examination results and test results of raw materials. Second, the application of quarantine that has not been in consistent with service standards has become a note in the application of Good Service Principles. Through the application of Good Governance Principles, it is expected that the availability of raw materials in the leather and footwear industries can begin to be overcome.

Abstract

PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) is a state-owned company engaged in agrochemicals, petrochemicals and agrotechnology. Like other companies, PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) was also affected by several major events that have occurred in the world recently, one of which is the Covid-19 Pandemic, whose effects can be felt to this day. This study aims to determine the level of company bankruptcy after running a business under pandemic conditions such as in 2020. This research uses an analytical tool in the form of the Altman Z-Score, Springate & Zmijewski Model.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at PT Srikandi Diamond Motors Cakung. PT Srikandi Diamond Motors Cakung is a company engaged in the automotive industry for four-wheeled vehicles and is an authorized dealer of Mitsubishi. This study uses a questionnaire method. Meanwhile, the sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique on 70 respondents who had performed general services at PT Srikandi Diamond Motors Cakung. Data analysis in this study used the path analysis method with the help of SPSS software as a data processing application. The research results show that: (1) The service quality variable directly has a significant influence on customer satisfaction and has a t count of 4.596 > 1.995. (2) The service quality variable directly has a significant influence on customer loyalty and has a t count of 2.130 > 1.995. (3) The customer satisfaction variable directly has a significant influence on customer loyalty and has a t count of 4.310 > 1.995. (4) There is an indirect and significant effect on the service quality variable on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, which has a t count of 3.099 > 1.995.

Abstract

AbstractAfter the amendment to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, the Election of President and Vice President was not conducted by the People's Consultative Assembly but voted directly by the people. Amendment to the provision for the election of President and Vice President have invited debate, partly because they are deemed incompatible with Pancasila. This study examines the appropriateness of the presidential and vice-presidential election based on Pancasila. The research method uses normative juridical, using secondary data obtained through literature study and qualitative analysis. The result and discussion of this research are that the implementation of the election of President and Vice President based is in accordance with Pancasila, especially with the fourth principle.Keywords: Democracy, Direct Election, and Pancasila AbstrakSetelah amandemen Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945, Pemilihan Presiden dan Wakil Presiden tidak dilakukan oleh Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat tetapi dilaksanakan langsung oleh rakyat. Amandemen terhadap ketentuan untuk pemilihan Presiden dan Wakil Presiden telah mengundang perdebatan, sebagian karena mereka dianggap tidak sesuai dengan Pancasila. Поправки к положениям о выборах президента и вице-президента вызвали дебаты, отчасти потому, что они считаются несовместимыми с Панчасилой. В этом исследовании рассматривается соответствие принятия положений о президентских и вице-президентских выборах на основе Панчасилы. Метод исследования – нормативно-юридический, используя вторичные данные, полученные в результате изучения литературы и проанализируемые качественным методом. Результаты и обсуждение этого исследования заключаются в том, что осуществление выборов президента и вице-президента на основе Панчасилы соответствует Панчасиле, особенно четвёртому принципу.Ключевые слова: Демократия, Прямые Выборы, Президент и Вице-Президент, Панчасила.

Abstract

PT XYZ has not evaluated the workload received by employees in the fan grille part in the assembly department and the management of PT XYZ does not yet know the effectiveness of the work of employees in the fan grille part in the assembly department after carrying out labor efficiency. From the results of workload calculations using the FTE method after labor efficiency, there is 1 operator who has ineffective work effectiveness because the operator's FTE value is overloaded (> 1.28), including operator 1 with an FTE value of 1.36 while 5 other operators have effective work effectiveness because the FTE value of the five operators is <1.28, including operator 2 has an FTE value of 1.17, operator 3 has an FTE value of 1.11, operator 4 has an FTE value of 1.23, operator 5 has an FTE value of 1.18 and operator 6 has an FTE value of 1.22.

Abstract

Human resource management is the key to company excellence. Employees who are satisfied and free from stress contribute to good performance. Factors such as motivation, rewards and career development also influence performance. PT. Tunas Mobilindo Perkasa-Tunas Daihatsu Pondok Gede is a company operating in the automotive industry by providing 3S activities in the form of vehicle unit sales, spare parts sales and service services. PT. Tunas Daihatsu Pondok Gede, an automotive company in Indonesia, measures the success of its service through vehicle unit service targets. Their sales data for 2021-2022 can provide an idea of the company's performance. PT Tunas Mobilindo Perkasa-Tunas Daihatsu Pondok Gede is experiencing problems in achieving monthly targets related to service department employee satisfaction in 2021-2022, this problem is also caused by employee performance based on the company's KPI values. Therefore, this research aims to determine the effect of work stress on employee performance through job satisfaction. In this research, we use the variables Job Stress (X), employee performance (Y), and job satisfaction (Z). The method used in this research is an analysis technique using Path Analysis assisted by the IBM SPSS version 25 application. The results of the research show that work stress directly has a significant influence on employee performance, this can be seen from t-count > t-table. The results of this research show that work stress indirectly has an influence on employee performance through job satisfaction. This can be seen from the path coefficient results showing that the indirect influence value is greater than the direct influence.
